My guess - Maan is termianlly sick or something like that...he did all this so that his loved ones will not miss him and took help from his best friend - Pari...

well hope they find Maan soon and reunite a wife/child with thier life...

Do jatke ,maan had relation with pari n some hospital papers...i think maan is suffering frm some illness so he acted like betraying...
