His heart was aching to see Geet in such position , He wished he had some power that could make everything perfect and absolutely fine , His eyes were filled with tears.Nothing will happen to you Geet. He closed his eyes and tears fell from his eyes.

********Flash Back********

That Geet reached the airport at Sharp "7" ,she got down the cab and looked here and there for Maan ,she waved her hand with excitement as she saw him.

Good Morning Sir.

Good...

Before Maan could complete it ,Geet started off with her Katha.

Sir dekha!! I'm here at the exact time ,I'm not late...aap tu avain kehte ho ki main hamesha koi gadbad karti hun ...yun hi...but dekhiye ,I proved you wrong ...Isliye kehte hai "Don't Judge the Person by his Gadbad Factor aur aapko pata hai..

Maan kept listening to her while looking at his watch.

Geet ,he showed his watch pointed the time .

Oops..chaliye ,chaliye.

Maan sighed ,From where do you bring such energy to talk!!

Geet frowned and muttered under her breath , aapki tarah I don't waste my energy by getting angry every 5 minutes. Huh!!

They soon reached Kullu and went to the hotel to get ready for the meeting

Maan came out from his room with a file in his hand ,he saw Geet standing at the receptionist and was talking to small kids who came to Manali as a part of their School trip ,he was smiling and talking to them in a very friendly manner ,he even hi-fived them .

Maan smiled to himself and kept looking at the Jaado of Geet and her non-stop talks Geet looked at him and took the file that she kept on the reception and went to him ,she didn't forget to wave a huge bye to all of them.

She picked up the wrong file by mistake and the file Maan needs was lying on the desk.

Maan..Maan Maan...Stop looking at her!! Why do you keep thinking of her all the time!! These feelings according to him were complicating his life , he tried to stay away from them but after all ,feelings and heart cannot be locked .

Geet came to him with a broad smile.

Sir yeh aapki file.

Maan turned his face away opened the file and went through it.

Geet ,what's this?? Shouted Maan in anger.

Sir..kya hua??

Yeh file dikhaogi tum clients ko , is hotel ke entries ki file.

Oh no lagta hai ki files got exchanged ,koi baat nahi..I'll change them.

Sir woh .. I'm sorry sir ,woh reception pe hai.

Shut Up Geet!! How can you be so irresponsible !!

Maan's anger was now scaring Geet.

What's the file doing at the reception?? Why can't you fulfil your duties well ,har cheez mein galti.

Geet tried to speak something.

And haan only speak when you are asked to ! Samjhi tum.

Geet nodded her head.

Maan left from there with anger.

What's wrong with him ,main kabhi kabhi inhe samajh hi nahi paati hun...Kabhi Kabhi itna gussa kyun aata hai inhe ,woh bhi ek choti si baat pe .

Maan left the place and he cloed his eyes to control his emotions ,Damn Maan!! What have you done!! He knew that his sudden anger was the result of the different way his heart was taking .

He just burst out on her Maan yeh tune kya kar diya!!!Pata nahi use kaise lag raha hoga.

After that they got busy in their meetings .

They had their Lunch in a 5star along with a client , Their meeting soon got over and the deal also got signed sooner thatn expected. Maan and Geet both were very happy to get the deal but it was morning incident which made Geet calm.

Maan went to Geet after the meeting.

Geet.

Ji Sir.

I need to talk to you.

Haan sir boliye.

Geet...Geet...I'm really very sorry ,aj subah mujhe itna gussa nahi hona chahiye the , I'm really sorry Geet. I was really rude to you but beleive me it was something else that got converted into anger and then I shouted on you.

She didn't expect this Sorry from him ,not at all.

There was something so genuine in his simple sorry.

It's ok Sir , galti meri bhi thi na...I should have been more alert .

She looked at him and smiled ,It's ok Kabhi kabhi zyaada gussa aa jaata hai , Waise bhi aap hi toh hai!!

She spoke the last sentence , Aap hi toh hai..those words had some unknown closeness in them .

Simple yet beautiful.

He smiled back , sometimes simple things give a great pleasure whether it's a simple sorry or a simply smiling and forgiving and some simple words which can act as a magic and stop things from getting complicated . Simplicity is beautiful.

They both were sitting in the car and heading back to their hotel...Geet was back to herself ,his simple and genuine words made her smile again.

Sir ,Kal ke kya plans hai ??

Hmm..the deal has been signed so we'll take rest tomorrow and then go back to Delhi ,day after tomorrow.

Geet's smile faded away ,she soo wanted to visit Manali since it's not so far from Kulu but what can she more expect from her boss .

Geet ,tu bhi na!!! You shouldn't have even thought of Manali!! It's an office trip na...Par office trip hai toh kya hua?? Itni door aa hi gaye hai toh ek din Manali bhi to jaa hi sakte hai!! Geet frowned.

Geet ,any problem??

Haan..Manali , the word accidnetaly came slipped ,she bit her tongue.

Manali??

Areh nothing sir ,main toh yun hi ...woh waha pe board tha na Manali ka, Geet smiled sheepishly.

Maan found something wrong with her sudden reaction.

Geet...waise I was just thinking if we can go to Manali tomorrow ...we are free and it's not so far said Maan while looking out from his glass.

Kya??? Sir Are you serious?? Geet blinked her eyes excitingly .

Maan didn't miss to notice her childlike-excitement from the corner of his eyes.

He turned his face ,Geet why would I joke??

Sir thanks a lot!!! I mean..I mean..It's a great idea sir ,I'll be ready by 6 in the morning ,she smiled.

Maan smiled and nodded , he wished her good night and both of them left to their respective rooms.

***The Next Morning***

They both sat in the car ,Geet was so excited she kept looking out of the window throughout thw journey ,she kept speaking about the roads ,hills , lots of cars , water-falls ,bridges ...everything.

Maan just kept hearing her ,her words were just like music to his ears , he smiled and enjoyed her description while looking out of his window ,he would steal glances at her at regular intervals ,that would automatically bring a smile on his face.

She suddenly looked at an extremely beautiful waterfall .

Maan Sir woh dekhiye...

Driver gaadi rokna.

They both got down ,she saw the water flow ,she wanted to touch and feel the coldness of the water but the water was at a lower height and they have to climb down a slope to reach there.

Geet saw the slope and got scared.

Geet let's go down.

No Maan said Geet in a scared tone.

Geet!! You wanna enjoy this na...

Yes Sir but darr lag raha hai...

Geet don't worry.

I'm here with you ,just hold my hand and leave the rest on me.

Maan smiled and extended his hand.

Geet ,even though was scared extended her hand and joined hers with Maan's.

Maan slowly went down the slope and Geet followed her .

They soon reached near the water.

Geet eyes were twinkling like that of an excited child ,she knelt down and splashed the water .

She felt the coldness of water ,it was extremely cold and she was enjoying it.

Sir ,aap bhi baithiye na , look it's so fun.

No Geet ,you enjoy ,not me!!

Sir...but why not??You are the one who brought me here and now you are refusing to enjoy this beauty .

Geet splashed some water onto Maan's face and chuckled.

Geet!!!

Mr. Maan Singh Khurana mehnet ki hai...himmat dikhayi hai uska sweet sa phal toh lena hi chahiye na..chaliye baithiye.

Sir ,a smile is knocking your door , why are you refusing to even open the door ?? said Geet in a soft tone .

Those eyes were assuring him a smile , some happiness , something so beautiful was knocking his door and he decided to open it.

He knelt down , Maan did the same but it entered Geet's eyes.

I'm so sorry Geet , I'm really very.

Sir ,Sir ,Sir...It's ok..paani hi toh hai..aap bhi na kabhi kabhi mujhe samajh hi nahi aate ho!!

Samajh nahi aata hun ??

Areh nothing..leave it !!

Geet what's that??

Baat mein baat karenge iske bare mein!

Geet slowly kept her legs in the speed water flow ,Aaah...Geet chuckled .

Bahut thanda hai sir , She kept her legs in the water and again jumped back ,she repeated that for some time .

Dekha tumhe kitna mazaa a raha hai..!!

Aur tum ho ki neeche utarne se darr rahi thi..tum bhi na Geet.

Aap ko toj kisi se darr nahi lagta !! but what abt me?? Normal Human beings do get scared at times said Geet with a childish face.

Accha..and what do you mean by that?? Ms. Geet Handa ki I'm not a normal human being??? Hmm...Said Maan while raising his eyes.

Areh maine aise kab kaha?

Abhi toh kaha.

Areh maine toh nahi kaha..lagta hai aapke kaan baj rahe hai!! said Geet while giggling

Accha ji ,said Maan while taking a step forward.

Sir aap bhi na kya bacchon ki tarah is choti si baat ko leke baith gaye said Geet while stepping backward.

What to do Geet ,baccho ke saath reh rehke main bhi aisa hi banta jaa raha hun..sangat ka asar hai ,said Maan in a teasing tone while smiling from his corner of his lips .

Haaaww!! Geet opened her mouth wide!! Aapne mujhe baccha kaha?? Hello Sir jee...main koi bacchii-wacchi nahi hun!! Samjhe aap.

Paagal kabhi yeh kehta hai kya ki woh paagal hai?? Said Maan while stepping backward after knowing the consequence of his dialogue!!

Bas bahut ho gaya ,Geet stepped forward towards Maan and Maan stepped backward.

Kya kaha aapne ???!!! Hmm...,she moved one more step and due to a lot of rocks ,she was about to fall in the water.

She was about to fall in the water and Maan held her tight and stopped her from falling after sometime she realised that she was clutching Maan's collar tightly .

She loosened her grip and sighed a breathe of relief , she passed a slight smile ..Uff...main toh darr hi gayi thi!!

There's no need to worry as long as I'm with you Geet .

Geet looked into his eyes and they shared a small eye-lock.

Maan cleared his throat and she left his collar.

She looked here and there ,to divert herself.

OMG!! Look what's there ,oh my..such beautiful flowers!!! Aren't they looking beautiful.

Pata hai Maan , When I was in school ,there wasn't a single day when I didn't go to the nearby park and played with Rajji and Channi .

The pain was visible in her eyes , I miss everything Maan ,why me ?? I never thought that Hoshiarpur would turn into a place which would always remind me of my worst phase of my life . It changed me and my life . Everything has changed , It reminds me that if would have been dead if you weren't there to gift me another life.

Geet's eyes were filled with unshed tears.

Maan placed his hand on her shoulder.

Geet turned back and hugged him tight , tears fell from her eyes ,his arms made her feel safe .

Her sudden closeness awoke Maan's hidden feelings and emotions ,he hugged her back and closed his eyes taking her completely in his arms.

Her closeness and her belief made him realise his feelings that had been growing in him from the moment she joined his company , he saw different layers of her opening each and every day .

They forgot everything for that moment .

Geet opened her eyes ,she came back to her reality and broke the hug.

I'm..I'm sorry Sir..!!

Geet left the place and went back to the car ,she couldn't say a word more.

Maan stood there ,what's happening to me ??

She came like a drop in his life filled with fire but now she has turned into an ocean and making him drown in those beautiful thoughts of her. A simple sight of her mesmerizes him and makes him forget everything!!

What's happening ,why is everything changing??

Geet is changing everything ,yes she is ...she is coloring him in her color. Her smile ,her anger, her non-stop talks , her cuteness everything came in front of his eyes ,he smiled thinking about the beauty she is spreading in his life.
