There was a big argument between geet and maan regarding her resignation. She was not willing to sign it at any cost but Maan being MSK was adamant to make her sign and he was succeeded in it. Geet was very angry tat he had forced her to sign.
Next Day at Singhania's Office
Maan had informed Akshay tat today they will be working from the Singhania's office as Maan was sure tat Geet was avoiding to come to the KC and he could not take any chance. He had seen Akshay staring Geet with some weired expressions. He could not take those looks. He had sensed something wrong and this time he did not want to make any mistake. He had hired his previous detectives to keep a close watch on Akshay Singhania but they could not give him any information. He was sure tat there was some hidden motives of Akshay as he had made some background study about them and had found out tat they were just eager to work with KC even when they knew tat KC was far away from their reach. He also found out from Adi his financial department head that they quotations for the govt project were leaked but no proof was lefet behind. Maan knew it tat it was feom Singhania's but he could not go through it.He did not wanted to risk as Akshay was to smart and had played his game well by hiring Geet in London. Now geet was his main priority and he could not risk her. So he very well knew tat today his Mishti would not come to KC to avoid giving her resignation but Maan had played it smart by going to The Singhania's. Yes it was against his nature and ethics as being the Number 1 he could not do tat but for his geet he could go to any extent and right now he wanted her to be free from the Singhania's.
Akshay: So Maan its glad to see the great MSK in my office. So how come you have
decided to work from here today.
Vicky: don't be over excited Akshay its just for a day. I mean a small change for you.
Akshay: even its for a day , its our pleasure to have the business tycoon MSK at our place so just make yourself comfortable.
Maan who was looking out for geet was now sure tat she purposely did not come to KC and Akshay had to avoid going there. But Maan played his cards right.
Vicky: Anyways where is geet. I cant see her anywhere.
Akshay: She will be late for work today.
Maan: I think you are very well aware tat the project is on its last stage so it will be good if you stop giving such excuses and inform the concern people to come early.
Akshay: No Maan, its just for the day. She has some important work and wil be soon here. Till then we can start our work.
Even though Maan was angry on Geet for neglecting the work , he could not show tat. he wanted to work out everything as he planned . so he just waited for geet to come. Geet was late for around two hours and was unaware tat the Khuranna's were present. She knew Maan too well and was sure tat he will never come here, but here the great MSK was present to give her the biggest shock. She just entered the conference room and the sight made her to just froze on her place.
Geet (ST): Hey babaji yeh aapne kya kar diya. Main tho inhe avoid kar rahi thi aur aapne tho inhe yaha bhi bhez diya. Main tho sirf resignation dena padega isliye aaj KC jane se rukhi au late aayi par yeh Maan tho such ke Hitler nikale. Pata nahi shadi ke baad main inhe kaise sehan kar paungi. Babaji please help karna?
Akshay: Geet waha kya kar rahi hai. just come in we are all waiting for you. Its already late.
Geet: sorry sir, actually had some personal work so could not make it on time.
Maan: Ms. Handa this is not the time to do your personal work when you are working on such a important project, so its better you stop giving those excuses.
Geet who was all furious for the resignation matter was now on her peak of anger. If she could then she would really had answered him back but she knew tat she cant do this as even she loved him this was work and he never like any sort of irresponsibility.
Geet: Sorry sir. I will remember.
Vicky: geet its ok. Lets get back to work dear.
They all start working on their project where time to time Geet would steal glances at Maan and very well knew wat was he thinking. She just prayed tat hope he does not give her resignation and she would get some time to make him understand in her ways.
It was almost time for them to leave the office and Maan was getting more and more angry on Geet as she did not initiate to give her resignation. It was enough for him to burst out and did the same.
Maan: Ms. Handa do I have to remind you of the work to be done today.
Geet: Par Maan?.. I mean Maan Sir, I have already told you tat I wont do tat so its better we don't talk about it.
Maan: Ms. Handa I have already made it clear to you tat I don't want any excuses for it and you will have to follow my orders.
Geet: Vicky please make Maan Sir to understand tat I cant do tat.
Vicky: Sorry geet. you know bro better than me so I cant help it dear. And I think its better tat you do wat he wants.
Vicky (ST); Geet bro ki baat mano, yeh Akshay kuch theek nahi lag raha hai. please geet apne resignation do aur bro ko shant karo anhi tho tum janthi ho bro gusse mein kuch bi kar saktha hain and I don't want this Akshay anywhere near you and wat bro is doing is good for you. So plz listen to him.
Maan: Ms. Handa.. I think its better tat I do wat I have decided as it looks like you have not understood me.
Akshay who was all listening to them suddenly spoke.
Akshay: please can anyone tell me wats going on and Maan wat the hell are you asking geet to do. If you have forgotten then I will remind you tat she is my employee and not yours.
Maan: I very well know but after this Mr. Singhania.
Akshay: wat are you saying.
Maan: Yes. Here is her resignation letter and after the poject she will not be your employee anymore. Do you understand tat.
Akshay: How can this be possible. She just can leave the job.
Geet: Sir its not like tat.. I can make you understand. Please ignore it.
Maan: Geet, I have already told you tat.. and I will not change so its better you keep quite.
Akshay: It looks like she is not interested in giving her resignation
Maan: it does not matter tat she is interested or not as far as her signature is there. And for your information she has already signed the papers. So do you have any problem.
Akshay: Hold on MSK. Even if she has signed the letter she cant just go as its against the policy and its pretty clear tat she is being forced for it.
Maan: Tats not your problem.
Akshay: Maan to remind you I will tell tat she has signed a contract and according to it she just cant leave the job.
Maan: is it so Mr. Singhania.
Akshay: yes Maan. And if she does this mistake she will have to pay for it. We will sue her and even drag her to the court and in near future she wont be able to get a job anywhere. I think its just waste of time for you.
Maan: Do you really think tat you are too smart. And as far as the contract is concerned it does not say tat she cant leave her job when she is handling a particular project. The contract does not have any such clause tat she cant leave her current job after the project and you and me very well know tat she is not bonded by this contract. Yes there are some minor clause due to which you can sue her and take her to the court, but you don't worry for it. I have akready talked to the lawyer and its clear cut tat you cant do anything for it. And as far as your loses are concerned, you will be paid for it.
Akshay: but how can she just leave the job..
Maan: Mr. Singhania its better tat you read your contract first and than speak. Its just minor clauses which my lawyer has already worked out and here are the papers. Its says tat you cannot deny her resignation by any way. So I think I have made it clear to you.
Akshay was blank as he never knew tat Maan would take such decision even when geet was not ready. He coud not let this happen. Ya he realized tat it was his mistake for preparing such a contract and now it backfired him. he could not lose so easily. He just decided to go with Maan right now and replan everything as he still had some days in his hand to rexecute his plan.
Akshay: Ok Maan as you say and who m I to say anything as Handa's are a family to you.
Vicky: Its better Akshay tat you agreed without giving us more trouble otherwise we had other ways to do tat. and please do not try to create any problems, otherwise you have understood wat we are capable of doing so think it's the last warning for you.
Geet who was shocked to see Maan speaking I such a way as she never knew tat Maan was all set with his plan of making her to resign. She was thinking as how come Maan got her contract copy when she never showed it to anyone and suddenly she remembered tat the other day Vicky was asking her about it and she like an idiot gave the copy to him. now she was sure tat it was Maan's plan as he wanted to make sure tat nothing goes against him and he did it. Geet just left from there followed by the others.

Khuranna Mansion ? Evening
Geet very well knew tat its of no use to persuade further on this issue but still she will try once. She could not aks her own family as they will never go against Maan. It was their belief in him tat whatever he will do will be right so her last option was their sweet Dadima. To some extent dadima had the capability to force Maan change his decision and she continuoudly prayed tat he listens to her even though she was 100% sure tat any decision regarding her taken by Maan will never change . but she tried., so she directly went KM where she saw Dadima, Ranjit Dad and Shailaja Mom sitting in the living room. She was aware tat Maan and Vicky will be late so she had some time to talk to them.
Dadima: Geet bete ap itni gusse mein kyu hai.
Geet : gussa nahi tho kya karu dadima. Har waqt apna faisla force karna acha nahi hai. Aur yeh Maan tho sirf apni marzi chalta hai.
Dadima: tho mera andaza thek tha, aap Maan ki wajah se gusse mein hai.
Shailaja: Aakhir baat kya hai geet. Ab kya kiya Maan ne.
Geet: Mom aap janthe hai na ki main aapna resignation nahi dena chah thi phir bi Maan ne zabardasthi karake mujhse sign karvaya aur mere mana karne pe bhi Maan ne woh letter Akshay Sir ko diya.
Shailaja : Kya, Maine tho socha tha ki Maan tumari baat maan lega par yeh tho.
Geet: Baat maana tho dur ki baat hai Mom, Maan ne tho hadh hi kardi. Aap janthe hai ki jab mein aaj KC nahi gayi tho Maan aur Vicky dono Singhania's ke Office aake mere hi samne mera resignation diya aur woh bi Akshay sir ko dhamaki di hai ki agar ushne koi problem ki tho Maan unhe court lejayaga. Aap soch sakthe hai kya MSK aur kisi aur ke office mein jayege.
Ranjit: geet yeh tum kya keh rahi ho. Maan ne yeh theek nahi kiya.
Geet: Wahi tho Dad, Maan ko itna tamasha kyu karna tha. Hamesha se apni marzi kartha hai.
Dadima: Par geet Maan ne tumhe pehle hi kaha tha na ki tum resignation letter khudh de do, aur tum dono ke beech ish wajah se problem bi huyi thi phir Maan nahi maana kya.
Geet: nahi dadima, Maan ne apna decision nahi badala. Main maanthi hoon ki Maan kabhi bi galat decision nahi lete par dadima mujhe apne aap ko prove karna hai who bi bina Handa's aur Khuranna's ki madad se. Please dadima aap Maan se baat kijiye na.. please dadima.
Dadima: Main, aap pagal hai kya bete aap janthe hai na ki Maan se decision change karvana matlab sher ke muh mein haath dalna.
Geet: aur jab aap uska mazak kar rahe the tab kay tha dadima. Please dadima. Dad, mom please help me. I promise I wont work there for long just some more time and then before our wedding I will join KC. But please help me now. Even that Vicky, Maan ka champa is against me. Only you three can help me.
All three accepts to help her by looking at her sad face. Maan and Vicky returtrned after some time and when Maan saw geet there he very well knew tat why she was here. He was all prepared for it.
Dadima: Maan I want to speak with you..
Maan: hmmm
Ranjit: Maan tumahari Dadi tumse kuch keh rahi hai, sun rahe ho ki nahi.
Maan: Yes Dad, I know so lets start your important work.(looks at geet with a sweet smile).
Dadima: Maan aap ne bina geet ke marzi ushe resignation letter par sign karavya phir khud hi uska resignation letter Akshay ke haath diya. Yeh aapne theek nahi kiya.
Ranjit: Aur haan yeh kya, tumne Akshay ko dhamki bi di. Yeh sab kya hai maan, I did not expect this from you.
Shailaja: Haan Maan its not like you. How come you do such work when geet is not ready for it and Vicky tum bi apne bro ke saath ho jabki tumhe geet ka saath dena tha.
Vicky: Mom I cant help it. You know Bro very well, if I had not listen to him he would straggle me to death mom, so keep me away from it.
Maan: Ho gaya aap sabka, ab main kuch kahu. Geet ko yaha dehkarhi pata chala tha mujhe ki yeh aapse madad legi. Aur maine kal hi clear kiya tha ki I wont change my decision. She does ot have any option for this other than resigning and joining KC. So its waste of time to talk on this.
Ranjit: Par Maan I don't understand tat why are you so mean in this and why cant she work somewhere else. She can join KC later.
Maan: I don't need to clear this anymore. Its final and I wont change my decision at any cost. I hope no one will argue on this anymore.
Geet: Par Maan app meri baat?
Maan: geet shayad tumne suna nahi ki mujhe is matter mein aur koi baat nahi karni. So its better you don argue anymore. And you have only about a month now so start clearing all your pending work as after the success party of the govt project you are joining KC, and tats final geet.
