"Coffee?" Maan asked Geet.

Geet nodded and Maan paid for the coffee shocking Geet. Still she remained silent. They moved towards the seat next to the window. It was raining and Maan signaled Geet to start drinking her coffee.

Maan was busy sipping his.

"Do you like coffee?" he asked.

"No!" Geet admitted. "Then why did you'?" Maan started and Geet chipped in "because you'd asked"

Maan giggled and asked "so are you free tomorrow night ' it's Saturday"

"Hmm, today, we having our girls' party at Josh, yeah by eight a.m, I'll be"

"We can meet"

"Here ' can you help me with my homework?" Geet asked. Maan smacked his forehead and said "no, silly, somewhere tonight? like the cinema for a movie"

Geet blushed'!

Maan saw her blushing like crazy.

"So?" Maan said.

"So'set" Geet answered.

"Fine, see you tomorrow" Maan said. "Come on, I'll drop you home!" Maan offered her.

"Err ' Maan, can you drop me at Josh, please" she said giving her a pleading look.

Maan grinned and said "can you live without your friends?"

"Never!"

Maan dropped Geet and thought "I wonder why I like being with her so much!"

Geet was having the same thought "I like him; he's very nice."

Geet rang the doorbell at Josh.

"Hi Josh" Geet said brightly red while entering.

"Hi Geet, where' the man?" Josh said glancing outside before closing the door. She was in her green 'Save Earth' top and for the first time in kilts.

"Which man?" Geet asked confused.

"Uff...Maan, your man, whom?" Nikki; dressed in a mini-dress, said coming downstairs and laughing like crazy.

"Guys, rendezvous doesn't mean you're in lurrve" Geet giggled.

"Oh Geet, get a life" another voice said. Priya appeared from the kitchen with a tray containing four steaming mocha lattes. Priya was her usual self; jerseys and baggy trousers.

"You guys are just having a big illusion" Geet tried to maintain her calm and trying not to blush.

"Did you know that Maan kissed Samira on the cheek" Nikki said in a high tone.

"What?" Geet said shocked.

"You didn't know" Priya said playing along and winking at Josh.

"Gosh, the whole college knew about it!"

"No-way" Geet said nearly in tears.

"Why are you so hurt anyway, Geet" Nikki said trying to make Geet jealous.

"Nothing" Geet mumbled and stormed in Josh's room.

Nikki, Priya and Josh high-five each other as they knew they were getting to the point.

Josh and Nikki were tagging slowly while Priya went to add more salts in Geet's wound.

"It's almost one month since these guys are meeting at the caf but they act as if everything is easy-peasy, can't believe it!" Nikki said sighing.

"Yeah" Josh added and her eyes twinkled evilly "I think it's something more than what we thought"

"Every day Thursdays and Fridays, at Click Coffee-shop and sometimes dropping home... I definitely find about this fishy" Nikki grimaced.

"After all, we are the famous trio, nah" Josh giggled racing upstairs.

"Right" Nikki grinned and followed Josh.

Meanwhile

"Why are you so hurt, Geet?" Priya asked trying hard to hide her grin.

"Nothing, I am doing my homework, so stop disturbing me" Geet said trying to be serious.

"Geet, are you alright!" Priya exclaimed loudly. "Shall I call the doctor?"

Geet looked at her confused and said "what for?"

"For checking my dumb sick friend who's busy doing her homework on a Friday night when her friends are around" Priya said in a dramatic voice.

Geet giggled weakly and said "it's because of Maan..." Geet said faintly and added "and Samira..."

"What happened to them? They were fine today" Priya said.

"Yeah, I know they are, but..." Geet said hesitating.

"But..."

"But how could Maan do this to me!" Geet burst and started crying.

At that time, Nikki and Josh had already arrived.

"Are you okay Geet?" Priya asked quite terrified with her emotional outburst. Josh was already comforting her and Nikki was giving her tissues.

"Nope, I am not" she said in a low tone. The tissues were almost wet with tears.

"Why are you crying?" Nikki asked softly.

Priya started giving them hints while making faces. But the two stared at her blankly.

"How could Maan date two persons at the same time?" Geet cried.

Priya glanced wickedly at each other.

"Why? Friends date doesn't mean they love each other" Josh pointed out.

"Well, some of them can!" Geet shouted back.

"What are you trying to tell us?" Nikki asked confused.

Priya couldn't resist so she quickly added "that you like that lad Maan"

"Yes" Geet finished and started to cry again!

"Wow, I would have never knew that if you wouldn't have tell!"

"He...He..." Geet said choking.

"He..." Priya repeated like a faithful dog her eyes jumping with joy.

"He asked me for movie tomorrow night"

"So?" Priya said rolling her eyes.

"So what?" Geet said and wiped her tears.

"So you have to go!" Josh yelled.

"Huh?" Geet said, she was very confused with their reactions.

Priya started to chuckle following Nikki and Josh "Geet...W-We're sorry" Priya mumbled through her hysterical laughs.

Geet looked even more confused "why?"

"Because Samira and Maan thing is not true!" Josh said sitting down and placing her head on Geet's lap.

"We just faked it all, you know, to know if you've got a thing for our MSK...and...And you drool!!!" Nikki giggled.

Geet smacked them lightly and blushed to the roots of her hair.

"Can't believe I was crying for nothing!" Geet mumbled.

"Yup!" Priya added.

"You people nah" Geet said shaking her head in amusement.

"And you Geet, nah" Josh imitated "trying to hide your little secrets from us!"

"...Which can never happen, never ever" Priya finished laughing crazily as Geet blushed.

Geet's cell-phone started to ring

Geet blushed red as she checked the caller id.

Her friends were winking madly at each other.

"Hi" Geet said softly.

"Hey Geet, Wassup?"

"Nothing special" Geet said all dreamily.

"What!" Priya cried loud so that Maan could hear.

"Nothing special! We were busy right NOW"

"Whoops, looks like I've disturbing you" Maan said.

"No...No..." Geet added quickly moving from there.

"So...What are you doing?" Maan repeated.

"We were busy sharing secrets..."

"Like?"

"Why should I tell you"

"Like you like me!" Maan blurted out.

"Ha..ha..ha very hilarious joke" Geet replied blushing.

"Just wanted to talk to you here!"

"Hmm, so tomorrow at movies" Geet asked.

"Oh gosh, I thought I was the only impatient one" Maan giggled.

"shut up!"

"Can't, okay, wear something nice tomorrow"

"Like a jean and a big fuzzy tank top, eh" Geet teased.

"What? No way, your green salwar kameez, you look perfect in green"

Geet blushed and said "didn't you say last week that yellow was perfect for me?"

"Oh did I? Actually every colour suits you"

"Bye" Geet said cutting his call before he start to tease her again.
