The scene is full of symbolism, from the infamous taveez, to Maan saving Geet from the water, to him throwing back her dupatta, to helping her despite wanting to ignore her. As viewers we already get an idea that they're about to make a big impact on each other's lives.

I just loved his entry, their first meet was so unconventional which is what had me hooked. This was the first epi I watched. I never used to watch any Indian shows after Kekta's reign on Star Plus but Maaneet had me hooked because they were unlike any other couple. Their first meet was so unique (& Maan was looking so hot with that oh so lucky coke can 😆) that I knew I had to continue watching.

Maan's anger & attitude & Geet's helplessness & innocence are portrayed so perfectly. From this scene itself we can see how she was before she met Maan & how Maan helped her grow into a strong woman during the office track & after that.

honestly saying... wen I 1st watched d Maaneet scene.. i was juz drooling over Maan...
but wen I watched it again.. OMG.. kya act kia tha yr...
