@Jyo: I completely agree that they have no idea, not only how to carry on after finishing the original story, but that they do not know how to properly finish the original story itself! How many loose ends are still left in the story?

Sorry, haven't watched that show in ages and this is news to me. 😆

This is why I so much regret the sacrifice of the BR track. It could have been an excellent new vision for the show, to have a young couple battling it out and emerging triumphant. Tracks like the ML and the stalker could have been incorporated into this larger story. In fact the stalker could have been amazing, being rich and powerful against a struggling Maan with some insecurity, while Geet stood by him unflinchingly. Perhaps Pammi could have been the mastermind behind the stalker also, trying to get Maan killed and giving Geet to the stalker as a reward. It would have all been so deliciously interwoven and dramatic. Plus, I loved Geet as a teacher and the respect she was getting in the village. That job was spontaneous, fresh and perfectly in character. Plus, they could have addressed the issue of rural education in a very interesting way.

My question is when the PH had a gem of a story writer in Barry who is THERE always then why not use him? It is now my firm belief that whoever is running the show is completely oblivious of how important this show is and how lucky they are to have such a combination of people working on it. How hard would it really have been to get a better story writer or just let Barry continue???

@Samana:All I can say is whatever happened after Feb was deliberate sabotage by the team because they simply lost interest after the holi episode ...I dunno the holi fiasco was PH or channel's idea ...but after that the PH gave up /..even if the holi was a blunder done by channel,still as a professional PH ,it was their duty to rectify the mistake with a stronger Amritsar script ,but they just gave up completely
