The million dollar question on everybody's mind: will she leave, won't she leave? Of course, nobody knows but I was thinking of some possible future developments and one came to mind, which I actually liked, so I thought I would share.
While, I would love her to just stay in the house, I don't mind Geet leaving KM for a little while, as long as she stays in touch with Daadi and Maan knows exactly where to find her when he has such an inclination. Also, it should not be for too long. Maan is going to need a lot of convincing from Daadi (as hinted in the precap) to believe his relationship with Geet. and her being around with her eyes full of tears is just going to aggravate him, so let her leave him to his tai-chi, and give him some space to think.
I was thinking, if Geet had to leave, it would be lovely if she went back to the village in Rohtak and stayed in dadaji's house there. Now, this hypothetical imagining partially stems from my love of that underused set, and the bankruptcy track but I also see several practical plot-possibilities coming from it:
1. Geet can prove that she is not interested in his money by supporting herself with the help of the friendly villagers/sarpanch who already love their "masterni"
2. We can have flashbacks of the bankruptcy track and maybe they can show those cute scenes from the SBS/SBB (don't remember which) segment, which they edited out at the time
3. She is away from Maan, making him miss her, and yet, within reach if he ever feels like finding her. Also the house could trigger memories when he ever visits her.
4. If Maan ever does come, he will see the life they set up there together in the worst of times. Along with understanding how much she loves him and not his money, he will see that he shared the knowledge of his dadaji's house with her, establishing how much he trusted her (I know, I know Daadi could have just told her, but what about the handprints?).
5. Daadi, Adi, Pinky etc could visit her to buoy her spirits and give her Maan-updates. Nandini could go live with her as a support (since she will need to go into hiding when NT finds out about her) and they could show some sisterly bonding and develop Nandini's character as a bookworm/scholar-girl She could help Geet teach!
6. FINALLY, a remote village is the perfect place for NT to administer some sinister plot, making way for some very exciting action!
So this is just me trying to be optimistic about the possibility of Geet leaving KM. I think revisiting this part of the story could be cute, if only for a short while.
