i meant that dont disturb sims, she will come when she is free and no one disturbs her because she is under my wings (bosses wings) taking someone under ones wings means providing protection. it wasnt said because she is young, i was going with the flow of firing sims and promoting bubbly that i thought i will take sims under bosses wings thats all, never was the intention to hurt her or give the idea that she is not wanted,

and since my comment is the reason why sims is leaving, then it shouldnt be her that leaves, its I who should go
