Where is Dev's mon and sister????

Is Dev step brother of Maan as Daadi or Maan has never spoke about Dev's mother and sister.

At the begining of the show, dadi wanted Maan to bring back all her grandson but not grand daughter..

OR are CV forgetting that Dev once had a mother and sister present at the fake wedding of Geet and Dev
