BTW, I think u have read my detailed posts regarding maan's ironic n contradictory views long time back...

In my analysis today, I mildly speculated that Sameera was a crush...implying that Geet was the true love thus making all of Maan's "yeh pehli ehsaas" waala type statements still valid. Then...there has to be a different source to Maan's distrust. All this of course would only be true if the writers were actually writing a consistently logical story...🤣

Jaya: Love u... I too feel the same... plus Maan has extremely contradictory views on women.. In HP he was on n on bout women being foolish n weak n meek n easily swayed etc etc etc..

Then in delhi he accussed them of being shrewd, clever, manupulative etc etc etc..

If she is foolish, how can she be shrewd??? If she is weak n bendable, how can she be manupulative???

Swati. Maan's ego could have been more hurt when Sameera left him. He would be especially hurt if, as I imagined, she had aborted his child. As to whether he really knew about love before Geet my answer is no, he did not. A very strong infactuation could be easily mistaken for love. I think meeting and getting to know Geet Maan realised that he was erally in love for the first time. Sameera may not have evoked such feelings in him. As to his contradictory views on women, my reading is that he married Sameera because she was the exact opposite of his mom who may have been weak, helpless etc. Sameera on the other hand was the other extreme. So he is totally disgusted with the entire women kind because he clubs them into the basket which represented his mom or in the basket which represented Sameera.

By the way for men, the physical and the emotional need not always go hand in hand. They could have had an intense physical relationship with a woman but not really be in love, or be emotionally connected with them.
