Yes i agree STOP editing the show!! 😡..Okay we get it that certain scenes needs to be edited/cut out coz you can't possibly show every single thing that is being filmed..BUT DO NOT EDIT those CRUCIAL scenes such as CONVERSATIONS between Maan n Geet and SELF DIALOGUES when they are reflecting on a certain incident/issue.!!..
I mean by doing that you are just disrupting the flow of the story!! WE NEED these scenes to have logic in the show!! WHY edit out such useful scenes and put in useless ones such as Dev being shown bare chested on a bed ..or Maan ripping his shirt..or Eyelocks..or dupatta locks..or whatever locks!! We rather have MORE OF SUCH scenes that involves PROPER DIALOGUES than u showing us scenes that aren't much impactful in the flow of the story or for the show !!
Like for example, it was heard that apparently the fountain scene from Tuesday's episode wasn't supposed to be in there the first place..and my reaction to this is : ARE YA'LL CRAZY..?? Why would u edit such an IMPORTANT scene..??..That ONE scene made that WHOLE episode worth watching and u guys thought of editing it..?? 😕
WE NEED MORE CONVERSATIONS and PROPER dialogues and these kinda scenes are mainly what that are being edited!!
I would like to think that the majority of the audience prefers QUALITY. So, so what if you have a dip in TRPs if u show such scenes filled with dialogues and less masala..??..What should matter is that the quality of the show should remain the same!!
U have to look into QUALITY more as compared to QUANTITY (this case quantity referring to a rise in TRPs)....Yes this may cause ya'll a loss....but at the end of the day the work that you do, should be of GOOD quality! What's the point of working so hard for 6 days a week filming all possible scenes and then eventually editing it all..?? (killing it literally).... Instead showing us viewers scenes that don't even make sense, lacks flow or results in the characters losing it's consistency..or the story losing it's consistency for that matter.!!. This has been the case when u do such DRASTIC editing..!! We viewers are lost at what is going on in the show because with your way of editing, we either lose the consistency in the characters..or in the show..!!
I believe the actors work EXTRA hard to get those self dialogues/ conversation kinda scenes proper..and eventually not telecasting them would be a waste on their part! Such scenes requires more work as compared to eyelocks/fall/catch/stare/whatever...The actors work hard and the least that can be done is to include those scenes in which they put in MORE EFFORT! Such scenes which i'm sure u guys have been editing out! :(
Plus it seems that it's the channel who makes the final call on what should be shown or shoudn't be....Again, this is really UNFAIR! Not to us viewers this time round but to Nissar, the director of Geet! I mean it's HIS VISION, HIS STORY,HIS DIRECTION..and it should ALSO BE HIS CHOICE to make the final decision on what needs to be shown and what shoudn't! He shd decide what to edit and what not to! The CHANNEL has to STOP INTERFERRING in the editing of the show! This is just uncalled for! And the channel is also coming in the way of the creatives!! It's their thoughts, imagination and you're hampering on them!! The channel is coming in the way of CREATIVITY for that matter!! You pay them to make shows SO leave them to do whatever they want to! The director knows BEST on what to include and what not too! NOT the channel AT ALL!!
Bold Scenes : Hello we are living in the 21st Century and you ppl are still thinking a gazillion times about showing BOLD SCENES..? What are BOLD SCENES..?
The way I SEE it, bold scenes would be Maan running around without a shirt on OR Dev lying like a dead corpse on the bed with his full torso being displayed for god knows what! 😳...Another bold scene..or rather i would say a bold thought..was the fact that Maan changed Geet out of her clothes in that one episode in the dark! I would call the THOUGHT of that bold...
So my question is, if u guys have ALREADY been showing SUCH bold scenes for so long..then why the sudden protest now..?? Why so afraid now..?? Ain't it just abt the same thing..?? I mean WE will know that a consummation takes place...The fact that it's HAPPENING it's already bold..so why consider so much on SHOWING IT..??
Plus it's not like as if people are gonna sit down infront of the TV..and take those scenes as tutorials..!! There are a gazillion ways of finding out such stuff..WE HAVE THE INTERNET!! There's EVERYTHING in there! So showing it on a show ain't a big deal at all!..No one would be silly enough to educate themselves which such scenes..😕😆
What we want :
-Channel to STOP inferring in the editing!!
-If you really HAVE TO edit, edit BUT do it properly and INCLUDE SCENES that would help make the story tighter and ensure it's flow through consistency in both characters and story! Such scene would be conversations between characters/self dialogues/reflection scenes...
- We demand u edit PROPER or U give us videos of ALL of the edited scenes!!
- Take a chill pill for BOLD scenes..come on! It's not like as if viewers will FOLLOW what is going on! This is just a form of entertainment!! If we really wanna educate ourseleves we WILL FOR SURE NOT be watching Star One..but instead Discovery Channel/News channels/National Geographic channel...Getit..?? 😃
