Why such a MECHANICAL kiss?? Pg17 - Page 3

Agreed! Was dissapointed with the episode today.. 😔

Now back to the kiss...
It was Maaneet's first "deliberate" kiss.. but there was absolutely no chemistry.. I felt as if maan was doing it more to impress the staff while not thinking anything about the kiss itself. CV's could have made this scene much more better.. more magic-ier?.. it was missing its spark.

Now lets say that the CV's weren't drunk at the time & made that kiss look mechanical deliberate so that Dadi would be forced to ask Maan if he "really" liked Geet or not... in that case.. its fine. But still, a kiss is a kiss.. fake or not..
even during the whole cake-cutting process - both Geet & Maan were looking sad/annoyed/tired-of-playing-fake-fiance 😕 It seemed to me as if Geet kept on worrying about Maan's reaction to everything. It was as if she wasn't sure of how he was feeling to all this..
Remember when he started shouting at everyone about the party arrangements - Geet looked over to him - she was obviously not expecting him to react like that..

Maybe it is us who have high expectations.. but the CV's matched up to them before.. why are they having trouble with it now? Keep it steady CV's!

I couldnt agree with you any more. The kiss was indeed mechanical. Mann'smood took 360 degree turn. Morning mein romantic and as the day passed he was serious and indifferent. I don't know why can't Mann and Geet remain romantic at thesame time. On the whole kafi thanda and manda (mediocre).

Ek hi din mein he forgot about their "dosti" or any other things for that matter..
Some people like the "Angry young man" look on him - but personally it didn't really suit him after he was being so nice to Geet for like the whole last week... 😕 I think CV's should have picked up on something feeling wrong?

Yes...i am disappointed...but if you can explain why I should not be disappointed, I am willing to listen. I read the post in the link, but I have yet to convinced that I should not be disappointed!!

I am glad you understand what i am saying. We all knew the KISS was fake and it was for SHOW....but I really wanted both of them to get lost in it...the office staff dis not know it was for show....hence they should have been left in awe...and I don't think that happened!!

No way...Adi is Geet and Maan's biggest supporter.....he was the first one to try and bring them on the romance track

Nargis, great post. I also felt the same as you ! Maan looked like a machine when he was supposed to be kissing, his expressions were so blah ! No teasing look or anything ! Geet the whole time looked like she was being tortured ! Eventhough the engagement is fake, they both have real feelings for each other. Whoever directed the episode totally messed up ! I am not sure if GC had any reservations about kissing also !
