ya ofcourse..maan wud certainly punishing dev...but i really want dev to be punished by law because that wud be a good message to give to the society..these fake nri marriages are a common practise which we hear of in the society n it wud be a really gud message to give to the society if dev is shown to be convicted 4 bigamy..
I also want Dev to be punished for what he did legally. Somehow I think Maan will first find out about Geet's pregnancy and will be confused. I'm not saying that he'll think of Geet in the wrong way but the thought must cross his mind and he will be very confused as to how to react to the situation. He might avoid her, etc. And when Geet's pregnancy comes out in the public, she'll be scared. I think at that point, it will be up to Maan to believe her or not. I dunno if Geet would even consider providing Maan any explanations. Maan would be angry, knowing how quickly he usually gets angry. And although people would think that going to court or tackling this situation legally would not save Geet's honour, I think otherwise. Geet did not do anything wrong. She has no reason to sit at home and cry. She was wronged and the person that did this to her deserves to be punished. Dev should be convicted and so should Naintara and even his mother and the other girl because they were involved too. It would be kinda filmy if Maan is confused about what to do and then he gets a call from the guy he bought Geet's land from and then somehow finds missing pieces of a puzzle and puts them together to realize that Geet isn't lying. Imagine a court hearing going on and Maan coming in right before the judge declares his decision and then Maan provides the last supporting bit of evidence and saves Geet...How filmy...I think Dev's true punishment should be that he's left alone after all of this – Naintara will go crazy, and Dev will be left in jail without anybody – his Dadi disgusted by him and his brother hating him.
