Hello my lovelies, wanted to give my take on today's episode. Well had a long day at college and just watched the episode right now. Very tired, but wanted to write. This is my first analysis in the devils den. Do tell what you guys think after reading.
Today's episode was good, it was perfect for those who thought this week was too depressing. Had plenty of light and sweet moments. Needless to say, something was lacking. Perhaps it was what doodleberry had mentioned; the lack of continuation. They should have shown the Maan and Geet reflecting on what happened the previous night. It would make more sense for them to do that. I also think the viewers needed to see it. I wonder why the CV's did not do that. Maybe they wanted to move on with the Hoshiarpur track. But, I guess its alright. I don't expect them to have it perfect all the time.
I loved the whispering in each others ears moment Maan and Geet had. It was so sweet. It showed them as a little more mature than before. At least they were listening to each other. Both of them had an understanding and Maan attempted to maintain his composure. I think we need more moments where they talk like this, instead of having so many "fall in Maan's arm" moments. I like those moments too, but there should be a balance. Also loved how Maan hugged Geet all of a sudden and then turned her head to show her Tasha was there. That was unexpected from his part.
Now about the "suniye". Oh how cute Geet is. However, I think they over did it a little. She just kept going with the "suniye" way too many times. She's afraid to call him Maan. I get it, she respects him and he's her future husband and all (though she doesn't know it. I'm not talking about the fake engagement.). But come on, times have changed. It's perfectly okay for her to call him by his name. She should call him Maan. Plus they have both surpassed that level. She shouldn't be afraid to call him Maan, because they have passed the boss/secretary relationship a long time ago. They have become something more now and they both know it.
In today's episode I have again, seen how much Maan and Geet love each other. Both of them are trying to protect each other, like always. Geet who has left Hoshiarpur with pain and grief would probably have never looked back. That place reminds her of the worst thing that has ever happened to her. Yet, for Maan, she went back. She went back to save him. Maan who knows how Geet feels towards the place and knows there might be danger waiting for her in Hoshiarpur, runs there to save her. I absolutely love his protectiveness towards Geet. Then he also stood up for her in front of the entire office staff. What is this, if not true love? These two are willing to go to any length for each other. Now all I wish is that Maan stands by Geet when he finds out her truth. That will be the real test of his love. Though I have full faith that he will pass. That is, unless the Cv's decide to change it up. I hope not. CV's, don't disappoint. Prove Maan to be the man we know him to be; a true knight in shining armor.
