because he's Mann..because he's out of the ordinary..he wants everything to be perfect..he won't pursue geet until he is sure geet feels the same way for him..rem when in the locked room scene mann only started letting himself see her in a different light after geet told her that the guy mann helped to escape wasn't her bf. and i think this change we are about to see in the show is good..cause it's different than the typical ones where a guy first confesses only to be rejected and then later make her realize what she truly feels for him..he's doing it the reverse way and im loving it :)
