i know there are loads of people writing awesome stuff about the future track, i love each of those predictions so much myself ... i thought why not give it a shot myself as well.. well.. mine not like a scene or a moment, i am just writing down a series of events in indirect speech that could happen day wise on Geet this week.. like one of those horoscopes you get in the paper! ill write monday, and see what you guys think, and may be then proceed to tuesday and later as well.. Read On.
Monday:
Geet is happy as she realises she loves maan-she finally has answers to all thats been bothering her all the while-but then as the reality sinks in she also remembers she is pregnant, was married too and that she had come here for a purpose-she decides, she will not let this happen to her-in the meanwhile Maan also smiling to himself, comes to meet Dadi, he exceptionally nice to her-and dadi senses, he has actually come to talk to her about something but he never will start talking about it himself-dadi asks him about the deal and Maan says he cancelled it, and when dadi asks him why he says, kyunki unhone geet and he stops half way- dadi, smiles to herself and asks him, straight, have you ever wondered why you think so much about Geet? and why you are think you must always protect her- Maan tries to deny the same, but dadi is too smart for him, she says, he has been too harsh on himself, and she has also noticed how much of an effect Geet has had on maan-she says, the fact that he came to meet her at this time of the night, itself shows he wants to talk something, but she knows he wont as well-she tells him she is sure, Geet is not like other girls, no one would have taken all the crap he put her thro and still stayed back to work with you-it just means, this could a way, life is giving him back all that it had taken away from him-she asks him to think about it-maan blushes and decides to leave-as he reaches the door he see's geet and he bumps into her-an eye lock happens, for the first time he doesnt yell at her, instead he says sorry and asks her if she is okay and if he didnt hurt her-she finds it kinda weird and pretends to check him temperature and stuff like that-as they are about to break into another eye lock geet snaps out and says, i just wanted to wish dadi good night-Maan notices Geet spending time with dadi and smiles to himself as he realises both of them get along really well-he leaves from there-on his exit dadi, as Geet is also about to leave, dadi asks her if Maan has been worrying her too much-Geet denies it-Dadi says, good he better not-geet tells dadi that he is not such a bad man-dadi tells geet, she is glad she has come and she has a plan-she calls geet close and tells her somethjing in the ear which, visibly Geet doesnt like-in a trance she simply nods and comes out of the room wishing dadi good night-dadi is thrilled to see how effected geet is-dadi thinks to herself, i thought it was only maan who was stuck up, but i see i have to do so much more just to get you both together... but i will....!
geet who comes out is really worried that dadi has asked her to help her with finding a girl for Maan-she questions herself, and says, i am supposed to feel bad-i dont even know what maan sir feels for me, just because he has always protected me and cared for me doesnt mean he loves me... and yes, once i help dadi in finding a girl for him... i will also go away from here and forget all of this like a nightmare-she goes back to her room- that night both Maan and geet cant sleep-they are totally restless-maan remembers all those times they had bumped into one another-all the things she had done for him-and he smiles and thinks-if i know this girl well, i can sense this much that she must be feeling something and doesnt even know what it is-may be i must make her realise-he looks at his love sick puppy face in the mirror that looks totally smitten and suddenly straightens it and says, no no, i am not going to change for her! this is getting to me ill sleep- geet tells herself, she is here only to work and if she gets involved in all this, there is anyway going to be no solution to all these problems.. she tries to turn to the other side of the bed and can only remember that time he was lying there!
the night passes and it is a new day!
Maan has arrived at the office earlier than she had expected-she is still in her night clothes, the moment she see's him she feels awkward as her kurta is slightly not in place-she sets it and says she is sorry and says sir, i will be there in 10 mins-he tries to call out to her to tell her she need not hurry- as she leaves he cant stop dreaming of her again-next thing you know, geet is ready and she is in the kitchen-she calls out to maan and she tells him, she finally managed to get stuff for a real kitchen and that she will make aloo ke paranthey for him-she says he can work and she will call him when done-maan has a vision of him being married to her and her doing all of this for him and him kissing her bye to work each day! Geet is mumbling to herself that the guy has landed so early she just get time to herself and all that and she has aata all over her forhead, Maan comes close to her to wipe it off-the proximity makes her awkward-there is a moment that happens between the two as she tells him comically that he is not letting her work she says till she is done-he shouldnt turn or look at her as when he looks at her she get work-again she shuts her mouth half way feeling weird-Maan smiles to himself-the paranthas are ready-she taunts him saying Pasta and all that can be eaten anywhere, byut he should enjoy these desi ghee's aloo paranthas-he loves them the moment he eats them-he says these are actually very nice- Geet is like thats why i say, just get married to some sweet nice punjabi girl who will make all of this for you every day! i would have done it for you but she says in a hurry and shuts up again and is about to leave when Maan stops her and grips her hand tight and asks her, what? why cant you do this for me? geet blushes, she says, because, for moment you get this feeling she may tell him she is married-and he is waiting for her to confess, but just then sasha and tasha comes there looking for coffee-Maan leaves her hand and geet runs away from there.
