If its not related to his illness then maybe its about his feelings for Gangaa.. just like Gangaa, maybe he also started developing feelings for her as he grew up esp after the sindoor thing but is in denial about it so Jhanvi is just a way to distract him from all that! 😆 but of course, this probably isnt the reason! 😆

Nope I think the reason is...gangaa...

I think he might know that he does have feelings for gangaa and knowingly doesnt want to realize it..

He might knowingly want to run from the truth cz may be he thinks how could I love her..she is just my best friend.

This might be the reason

Sagar has already seen how crazy Gangaa becomes when it comes to love 😆 As of now, I'm sure Sagar has no idea about his or Gangaa's feelings. He is just scared that if Gangaa comes to know about him dating Jaanvi, she would just freak out and make it a national news 😆
Although, Sagar knows that Gangaa won't just let him get married to Jaanvi (remember how he freaks out Gangaa in temple?) I think that Sagar is scared that Gangaa would do something that will make him regret, considering that she is so impulsive.

u know what i also feel is that sagar is still not so matured person... he is still like any youngster is with their parents and family.. tensed to speak about their gf and all 😆.. and so he doesnt want to tell gangaa also about it... cos as he said she is open minded but benaras level.. and he must be like 24 or 25.. so marriage is surely not on his mind... its very relatable actually.. like any of us in that age would be😆...

cos till now they havent shown SaGa to be so matured with any of their actions... dey r just stubborn and outspoken but do all kiddish immature stuff... 😆

It can't be illness reason cz that priest told ammaji and gangaa if a girl applies vermeilion of sagar's name then any problem that would be for sagar will come first to that girl and he will be illness free or problem free v can say so ilness can't be the reason I'm pretty sure...and i think that reason is his unsure feelings for gangaa

Sagar is a just scared of commitment

He is a young guy who wants to work in London and not be tied down.

If his girlfriend isn't demanding anything and is happy pretending they aren't anything serious he is probably living the dream of most young guys
