pre leap sagar had a hole in his heart and their was only 20% chances for him to stay alive on the other hand priest told ammaji that if a girl apply vermilion of his name he will be perfectly fine and then that girl will be a shield to sagar ..gangaa overheared this and told everything to sagar and he filled her forehead with sindoor
