in porch,when neil came outside,dad was still there.

dad- neil.i have been waiting for u.

neil- everything ok?

dad- yeah son.i just wanted to say why dont u go with dev to drop him to ur grandpa.

neil- dad.wat r u saying.u know i just...

dad- i know u have problems with him.but afterall he is ur brother.neil,tum toh jantey hi ho k woh hamesha kuch na kuch ghalat kar k hum sab ko preshan kar deta hai.hum uss k liye hamesha preshan rehtey hein.aisey mein ussey akeley bejh k phir se worried rahen ge hum.agar koi uss k saath ho ga toh humein tassalli rahey gi.neil tum toh merey samajhdaar betey ho naa.so just go with him son.

neil- fine dad.i ll go.

dad- thanks beta.aur ussey drop kar k tum raat ko wapis aa janaa.

neil- yeah.n tell him that k hum meri gaari mein jayen ge.

dad- ok beta.mein ussey keh doon ga.


inside the house,dev was still standing there.his eyes were filled with water,which people used to say tears.raamya n dev himself was suprised on his condition.there was something killing him inside.he was not getting wat was happening to him.raamya also felt bad for her brother but she was still scared to go near him.there was such distance between the residents of this house that they were just able to see each other n not feel or console each other s feelings.


opposite to there,here everyone was so much concerned for shruti.jhilmil decided to skip college n stay at home with her.rahul was mocking on n irritating jhilmil just to make the environment light n shruti feel relax with their typical sis-bro nok jhonk.uncle was discussing on latest news this morning.n aunty as always was forcing each of them to eat more.n they all were much successful in bringing smile to shruti s face.

jhilmil- mamma.iss rahul ko bol do ab chup chap se apne so called high school chala jaye....

rahul- hello...merey school k barey mein kuch mat bolna.thats the best place in whole world.

jhilmil- kyun?kyunki tumhari woh darling raamya wahan parti hai....

uncle n aunty looked at jhilmil n then at rahul with questioning look.rahul clenched his teeth looking at jhilmil.

aunty- yeh raamya kon hai?

rahul- koi nahi.jhilmil di ko toh fazool kuch bhi bolney ki adat hai.

jhilmil- acha.mein fazool bol rahi hoon.

rahul now looked at shruti with pleading look bcoz only she could save him now.she was smiling on this whole act.

shruti- jhilmil.bas ab merey sweet se bhai ko tang karna band kar.okk.

aunty- lekin yeh raamya hai kon?

rahul now got up,

rahul- mein ja raha hoon.bye everyone.

aunty- arey lekin naashta toh khatam kar k jao.

rahul- bas ho gaya.bye everyone.bye miss chipkali.

he said to jhilmil,

rahul- bye sis.

he said to shruti n went before jhilmil could run after him.

aunty- sunn lijeye.aap k betey ne toh apne liye larki pasand kar li.

uncle- akhir beta kis ka hai.

aunty- kya?

uncle- arey bhai.ab aap hamein chaye pila den toh hum office k liye niklen.betey ki shadi mein abhi bohat waqt hai.

aunty- haan.yeh apne betey ko bhi samjha dijeye ga.pata chaley kal ko woh khud shadi kar k aa gaya.

saying this she went to kitchen.uncle now said to shruti n jhilmil,who were smiling enjoying their conversation.

uncle- lo bhai.inn ko toh apne betey pe bharosa hi nahi hai.

jhilmil- aaj kal kisi pe bharosa karne wala time bhi nahi hai pappa.

she said n looked at shruti.she was lost again now.

jhilmil- hey.kya hua?

shruti- kisi pe bharosa sach mein nahi karna chahiye.

she said n then she got up from table again being a little lost.she went from there.jhilmil lowered her head so uncle said to her,

uncle- ussey abhi kuch waqt lagey ga iss hadsey ko bhulane mein.

jhilmil- haan.lekin pappa woh akaash k accident ki wajah se pehle hi kitni upset thi...i feel like killing that dev.

uncle- bas beta.life mein aisey accidents toh ho hi jatey hein.yeh hamarey bas mein nahi hota.lekin hum sab toh uss k saath hein naa.woh bohat jaldi theek ho jaye gi pehle ki tharah.

jhilmil- haan pappa.hum sab ussey pehle jaisa bana den ge.

jhilmil said so uncle nodded his head,smiling.

shruti went to kitchen.aunty was pouring the tea in the cups now.

shruti- aunty.mamma kab chali gayi?

aunty- woh subah subah hi chali gayi.tumhein sotey hue dekhne aur pyar karne k baad.

shruti- acha.mujhe pata nahi chala woh kab aayin.

aunty- haan.tumhein achi neend aa gayi naa.acha hai tum fresh ho gayi.

shruti- haan.bohat thhak gayi thi mein.

aunty- shruti beta tumhein ab tumhari mamma ki zaroorat nahi hai,lekin beta ab ussey tumhari zaroorat hai.woh bhi ab zindagi ka safar kartey kartey thhak gayi hai.jo kuch hua woh kisi k bhi bas mein nahi tha,agar uss ne apne aap ko tum se durr kia toh woh bhi uss ki majboori thi beta.ab tum toh apni mamma k saath aisa nahi karo naa.ussey khud se durr nahi karo.haan?

aunty asked her at the end.she smiled.

shruti- i guess u r right.jo thora sa time unhe merey saath guzaarney k liye milta hai,uss pe definitely unn ka haqq hai.mein kal pehley se preshan thi isliye unn k saath thori rude ho gayi.i ll apologise to her.

aunty- apologise toh parayon se kiya jata hai.apno ki taraf muskara kar dekhna hi kaafi hota hai.

aunty said,putting the tea cups in the tray.shruti smiled,

shruti- aunty.agar aap meri life mein nahi hoti toh dont know mera kya hota.

aunty- filhaal toh yeh chaaye thandi naa ho jaye.isse le kar dinning pe chalna chahiye.

shruti- haan.chaliye.

shruti said smiling n then they went to the dinning to join uncle n jhilmil for the tea.



Dev silently agreed to go to lonavala.he did not refuse or said anything.his behaviour was really new this time bccoz he always used to refuse what his parents say to him.they started the journey.as neil said they were going in his car.neil was driving n dev was sitting besides on the front seat.he looked at neil.neil was looking at the road ahead,carefully driving at a moderate speed.dev wanted to say sorry to his young brother.he wanted to tell that he is feeling ashamed of himself for the very first time.but why...why this strange feelings were happening to him,he himself did not know that.he wanted to say but he could not say.all the distance were covered in continuous silence n they reached their destination.there,watchman opened the gate.car entered n stopped in the porch.then they went inside.grandpa was there in the lounge.he was happily surprised to see dev n neil.

grandpa- arey yeh toh kamal ho gaya.aj merey dono potey ek saath mujhe milne aa gaye.

neil- hey grandpa.wats up?

neil moved to him but he stopped him,

grandpa- woh sab baad mein.pehle paon chouo.

neil- oopppss.

he bent down n touched grandpa s feet.then hugged him.dev also came forward n touched his feet n hugged him.

grandpa- so kaisey hein jawaan?

grandpa patted dev s back.dev did not say anything,

neil- hum bilkul theek hein.aap apni sunaye.

grandpa- hum bhi theek hi hein beta.tum logon ki studies kaisi ja rahi hein.

neil- grandpa woh sab baad mein.abhi toh bohat bhook lag rahi hai.

grandpa- haan bhai.khaney ka time bhi ho raha hai.mein khana lagwata hoon.tum log ja kar fresh ho kar aa jao.

neil- yeah.

then they got freshed up n came to the dinning.

grandpa- arey bhai yeh dev ko kya hua hai.tab se bilkul chup hai.

neil- yeh toh aap inn se hi pooch lijeye ga.inn ko aap k paas hi chorney aaya hoon mein.yeh kuch din yahin rehney waley hein ab.

grandpa- acha.lekin padhai ka harj nahi ho ga.college ki chutiyan toh nahi hein abhi.

this time he was asking to dev.but dev was silent.n then suddenly he got up from dinning n went from there,leaving the food as it is.

grandpa- kuch serious hua kya beta?

grandpa asked neil,worriedly.

neil- grandpa.bhai phir se pehle ki tarah stressed out aur furious rehney lagey hein.strange cheezen karney lagey hein.u would not beleive what he just did.he kidnapped a girl,grandpa.hum sab inn k liye bohat preshan hein.i guess yeh sab uss larki ki wajah se.may be uss k inkaar kar deney ki wajah se...bhai ko aaj tak kisi ne mana nahi kiya hai naa.shayad woh egoistic ho rahey hein.aur woh aur koi silly kaam na karen isiliye mom dad ne unn ko yahan bejh diya hai.now u take care of him.

was it ego...just the humilation of being rejected...or something else,even dev was not getting it.why he did this n why now he is being so much ashamed n sorry,why he was being killed from inside.questions remain floating in his mind...whats all this.what n why???

I went outside for few days so cant come to forum, hope all of u r well. Hope no one miss me.But one thing where is Shruti.

So Adeena couldnot post comment. But now i've finished reading all of them. Your story line is going on awsum Yaar. 3 story together such a hard work, but u r doing it smoothly.While i was reading aisa lag raha tha kash yeah koi book hota or mein puri kahani beth ke khatam kar pati.Lekin agar tum itna hard work kar sakti ho to hum vi thoda intezar kar lenge. So keep writing .😊
