basically Kanya is not with Ranbir at the moment...the story goes in flashback and then comes back to Ranbir now...it goes back and forth...anything with RK together is from the past...anything with Ranbir alone is the present...

to find out what happened to Kanya you have to stay tuned 😉😉

hi all...here is the next installment for SD...i got PM's asking why i dont update the other ff...and why i update this one..the thing is...this ff...is all ready done...its finished because i did it last yr for another forum...so this one all i have to do is copy and paste...so i can update daily 😃...hope you understand why i cant update the other one...with exams and papers due...i have to update on the weekend 😃😃😃...so here is the next part...😉

Part 9

Ranbir leaned his head back on the couch. He looked to his left and saw his alarm clock. He didn't need the use of an alarm clock once he married Kanya. Ranbir went back to the morning after his wedding to Kanya…

*flashback*

It was 6:30AM. Ranbir was still sleeping. He was exhausted after his wedding and ahemm…wedding night…he was sleeping a very peaceful sleep. Then out of nowhere he felt cold water on his face. He opened his eyes to see a fresh out of the shower Kanya. She was leaning on his chest so that she was face to face with him. In one hand she had her hair and she was shaking the water onto his face to get him up.

K- Good morning Mr. Nanda
R- Indeed it is Mrs. Nanda. So you really like me huh, to be waiting for me to wake up.
K- Nope I don't like you, in fact I don't like you at all.
R- What…that's not funny…
K- Well I don't lie, I'm telling you the truth…I don't like u…not even one bit…
R- Then why the hell did you marry me for?
K- Well isn't it obvious, you are Ranbir Nanda…business tycoon, rich and I must say handsome.
R- What?! You are just like every other girl, only after my name and money
K- Well there is one other reason that i married you.
R- Oh and what is that, my vacation homes…
K- Nope…because I LOVE you.
R- What…u just said u didn't like me…
K- Yeah…I don't like you because I love you.

Hearing Kanya finally say those words was like music to his ears. He had waited to hear them for so long. He grabbed her and turned her so she was on her back and he looked right into her eyes. Those chocolate deep eyes, and he said "I love you too". Then Ranbir kissed her. He had never felt so much passion like he felt when he was with Kanya. That kissed seemed to go on forever, it probably would have if Pooja Bhabi hadn't called for Kanya to go down stairs. Interruptions galore!

For the first month after the wedding Ranbir and Kanya and been interrupted all the time. Every time he would get a little romantic some would call Kanya or him. Then of course there was Aryan that would wail out in the most inopportune times. It's like he knew that his Cacha and Massi were busy. Finally after one month Ranbir and Kanya went for their honeymoon. He took her to Paris. They spent three glorious weeks there. They did their share of sight seeing. However, most of the time they stayed indoor. There were no interruptions there. Thank god for "Do Not Disturb" signs…thank god for people actually leaving them alone.

They spent a good chunk of their honeymoon in bed. Ranbir just couldn't get enough of his new bride. They only came up for air and food. It was heaven. What more could Ranbir ask for, he couldn't be happier. Turns out that he could be happier. A few weeks after they returned from their honeymoon Ranbir had noticed Kanya not eating well and not feeling well. He would take her to the doctors himself but his work just didn't let him. He asked Pooja Bhabi to take Kanya. She told him not to worry and that she would take care it. A few days later Kanya and asked Ranbir to meet her at a restaurant. He was surprised that Kanya asked him that. He didn't know what was going on.

When Ranbir walked in no one was there, just one waiter who handed him what he thought was a menu. There was only one solitary table decorated in blue and pink. The whole room was decorated in blue and pink. There were baby toys and things all over. He was sure he had mistakenly walked into the wrong room, this had to be a kids party. Ranbir was about to turn to leave when he saw Kanya coming out from the back, she too in a pink and blur sari. She was glowing, absolutely beautiful. Nothing made sense to him.

R- Kanya what going on…what is all this?
K- I just thought we could enjoy a romantic dinner together.
R- Ok, but what is this kids decorations for.
K- Oh that, well the party b4 us was a baby shower so they didn't have time to change, I said it was ok.
R- Oh…ok I guess.
K- Well I'm starved should we order?
R- Yeah, but r u feeling better, will you be able to keep the food down? Did you go to the doctors with Pooja Bhabi?
K- Yes I'm better, I don't know if ill keep the food down and yes I did go to the doctors. Lets talk after we eat.
R- Ok…

Ranbir opened the "menu'…but he wasn't looking at food. He opened the folder and saw a beautiful piece of paper with blue and pink accents. It had a picture of a stork with babies too. It said….

Ranbir's mind just wasn't paying attention to what he was reading. He must have read it over and over like 15 times b4 it finally clicked for him. He looked at Kanya…

R- Kanya….are we. I mean..are you…am I….
K- Yes I am, so there for we are and yes you are…
R- I need to hear you say it.
K- Well Mr. Ranbir Nanda…I'm pregnant and you r going to be a father….

Ranbir had literally jumped up and grabbed Kanya spinning her around. Soon he put her down afraid he may hurt her or their precious baby. He was ecstatic. Kanya had given him what he had always wanted he was delirious with joy.

That joy was short lived; Kanya had a miscarriage the following week. Her body just couldn't support her and the baby at once. The doctor said not to worry, it happens with first time pregnancies. Kanya and become depressed, she just cried and cried for weeks. Finally she came back to him. She was laughing and happy again. But god had planned something else. Within their first year and a half of marriage Kanya suffered three miscarriages. She was devastated that she still hadn't been able to give Ranbir the child his heart longed for……
