RECAP:Kashish's mom dies and sujal helps them in bailing chandru and
also he takes them to his home as they were thrown out from their
present home...

Umesh is very upset with shruti...he balsted her off for balming
kashish without even knowing the truth properly....shruti kept a
sorry face but inside she is very happy that her plan is successful
and she got rid of kashish forever....cos she knows how swabhimani
kashish is and after such thing she will never show up....
umesh can think of only one person with whom he can share the
suffering that he is going thru...so he decides that the time has
come to tell sujal abt kashish,that she is his own daughter....so he
calls sujal on his cell phone...
sujal:hello
umesh:hi sujal...
sujal:ha boliye uncle...kaise hai aap?
umesh:mein tho theek hu beta...do u have some time today....actually
i 've to talk to u abt something...
sujal:actually uncle even i 've to tell u something...but u have to
forgive me uncle..today its not going to be possible..
umesh:oh...that's ok beta...
sujal:uncle i will call u later uncle..ok..
umesh:alright...bye sujal
sujal:bye
he wonders why umesh is sounding so upset...

Kashish did not stop crying after that day...she's been not eating
but only crying all the time, cos of which she becomes very week and
one day parvati comes running to shyam lal and sujal saying that
kashish fell behosh...
sujal gets worried and calls the doctor right away...doctor comes and
checks up kashish and tells them that there is nothing to worry but
she needs to take food properly ...he gives some tonics etc and goes..
kashish regains her consciousness and sees the worried faces of
chandru,shyamlal and parvati...she looks for sujal but he is no where
around...
sujal is actually instructing ramu kaka what food he needs to prepare
for kashish...first he asks him to make tomato soup....
kashish looks at chandru and gets really agitated...she wants to
throw him out of her sight...
kashish:u..how dare u come before me?dont show me ur face....u've
totally broken my faith...i dont want to talk to u get lost from
here...
parvati and shyam lal try to pacify her but she is out of
control...listening to her shouting sujal comes there running and
takes chandru out of that room...
kashish is very angry on sujal for getting chandru out and keeping
him at his home...she knows that chandru is at wrong and she feels
that he shld be punished....
sujal on the other hand wants to see what he can do in chandru's
case...he knows that if he is able to get chandru on the law's side
and make him tell all the things that he had done and also abt the
people who r helping him and who he is working for,it will be of a
great benefit to everybody and who knows the court may leave chandru
with very minimal punishment...
chandru is feeling very sad and low...he is sitting there on one
corner of the sofa and feeling very guilty...he is not able to meet
eyes with anybody...he did all this to earn a lot of money so that he
can keep his sister happy...but never thot abt the vehicle he took to
reach his destination...
sujal looks at chandru and asks him to come into his office room...
chandru quietly goes and sits inside his office room...
sujal also comes in and starts asking general things...but even
before he cld complete kashish barges in and holds chandru by his
shirt collar and demands an explanation for why he stooped down to
such a low level...
chadru is speechless and not able to lift his head...
sujal tried to pacify kashish...
sujal:kashish please..let me talk to chandru...trust me..i will solve
this thing...
kashish:no...today only i'm talking to him...please dont try to tell
me anything...i know what i have to do...
sujal:kashiish....i told u leave this room...did u hear....leave
now...and go into ur room...is that clear?
kashish ignores him and holds chandru's collar even more
tightly...chandru gets choked...
sujal gets very angry :kashish u know very well what are the
consequences of not listening to me...and also u know that i dont
like to repeat myself....are u leaving now?

sujal has had enough of it by now...he lifts kashish in his hands
from there and carries her into her room and almost throws her on the
bed in her room...all thru the way kashish went on beating him but he
doesnt care...
kashish starts crying bitterly...
sujal feels very bad for her and goes close to her and tries to
console her...
she cries even more badly...sujal cld not control himself and wraps
his arms around her and tells her...:pleas kashish...trust me...i
will do everything that needs to be done and solve this case...i'm
there for u...please dont cry...
kashish clings on to him and in between her crying she says..."mamma
did not even talk to me before dying and she left me forever and
chandru also did such a thing and i'm sure he will be punished for
that....i have no body in this world...i have no body"
sujal feels really bad now and he wants to say that he is there for
her...but cld not mutter the courage to say those words...he was
scared that he will increase her problems even more if he tries to go
close to her....so with a great difficulty he seperates himself from
her and leaves the room...
kashish feels very ashamed of herself for clinging on to him like
that....and also she realizes that sujal did not say anything when
she said that she has no body in this world...she misunderstands
sujal that he still has no feelings for her...she decides that very
soon she shld take her folks and leave that house as its not a good
idea to throw all her problems on sujal...
Sujal comes back into his office room and closes the door behind
him...he looks into chadru's eyes and tells him to get any kind of
help from him, he needs to hear the truth and only truth...chandru
gets prepared to tell sujal...he starts telling what all happened so
far.and how he got into this this........

Sujal calls umesh to tell him that he is coming to his home that day
to talk to him....
umesh is very happy...sujal comes and just when he was abt to tell
him the truth, sujal gets a call from home saying that kashish is
again not well...sujal immediately rushes excusing himself from
there....

kashish is lying on the bed and parvati and shyam lal are very
worried abt her...sujal gets doctor along with him...doctor,after
checking kashish says its the same problem...she is weak and all
that...and needs to follow the same things that he earlier
prescribed...
sujal drops doctor and comes home....he asks parvati and shyam lal
for the reason, why there is no development in kashish's
health...they tell him that how much ever they try,she is not eating
anything and also she is not able to forget her mom etc and etc...
sujal tells them that henceforth they tell him if she is not
listening to them...
he goes into kashish's room sits in the chair next to bed and keeps
looking at her with a very worried face...he wants to scream to the
whole world that she is not alone but he is with her....he wants to
take her into his arms and tell her how much he loves her,how much he
cares for her...he wants to ask her to forget abt everything that has
happened between then so far and start life afresh...
Kashish even in that sleep looks very upset....she is anything but
peaceful...he wants to take all her pain and give her only
happiness,pure happiness....he sits there for some more time and
leaves with a sad face...
Parvati's sister is not feeling well and she has to go immediately to
see her...but they dont know what to do...kashish is not in a
position to travel so they dont know how to leave her...kashish tells
them to leave and she will take care of herself but they r just not
willing to do that....when all three of them were engrossed in their
talks,sujal comes in and asks what was the matter...they tell him abt
the issue...sujal asks them, they shld leave right away,since here
sujal and chadru are there to take care of the things...and also
kashish is ok now and can take care of herself...so they get ready to
leave reluctantly...

Kashish is sitting in the lawn lost in her thoughts...after her
maama.maami left she is feeling even more lonely now...sujal drives
in and sees kashish sitting in the lawn...he parks his car and goes
close to her...she is so lost in her thoughts that she doesnt even
see him standing there....
sujal:kashish...
kashish:comes out of her thoughts and looks at him...
sujal:kashish lets go in...u need to take ur medicine...
kashish:that's ok....i want to sit here for some more time.....
sujal:but its getting late and u need to eat something also..so lets
go in....
kashish ignores him and looks at the other side...
sujal controlling his anger,:kashish tumne suna nahi maine khya
kaha...andar chalo....
kashish:sujal mein koi bachi nahi hu...mujhe pata hai mujhe khya
chahiya...filhaal tho mujhe meri haal pe chod do...
sujal:kashish tum kyo harbaar mujhe boore banne ke liye majboor karti
ho....maine kaha andar chalo....
kashish gets very uneasy but she doesnt want to give up...
kashish:nobody forces anybody to become bad...anyways i'm not scared
of u...please leave me alone...
sujal: as long as u r at my home tumhari manmani nahi chalegi...u
have to listen to me...
kashish looks at him very hurt...
"theek hai i will leave then...right away.."
sujal:ha u can leave but before that dont forget the Rs.1 lakh that
i've spent for ur brother...u can leave my plave only after returning
that money to me...otherwise who knows....
kashish is really stunned at what he said...
"alright i will pay u back everything...after that i will not stay
here for a second also"
sujal smiles at her zid..."ok...done..but for now lets go in"
