Recap:Sujal requests umesh to send somebody to his home to help him
arrange for the lunch party...umesh sends kashish...kashish and sujal
have a small conversation and kashish leaves from there...

Sujal stands there like a statue thinking of how to talk to
kashish...he did not want her to leave...he did not think her as some
employee or anything like that...he considered her as one of the
members of the house and that's why felt comfortable in taking her
help....

Umesh and family come in only to find sujal sitting there lost...

umesh:sujal..what happened?is everything done....u look so
upset...where is kashish?

sujal:hi uncle...welcome welcome...kashish has already left uncle...

umesh:yeah i told her the work will be only till noon time and then
she can leave...

sujal:got so angry that umesh said that to kashish...but as usual
kept quite...

umesh:hm...so how did everything went on...i hope she did a good
job...

sujal:yes uncle...

shruti:getting irritated with his dad who seem to be having only one
name on his tounge all the time..kashish kashish kashish...
"ok papa now lets go sit in...sujal are u going to take us in or....."

sujal:shruti do i need to say that...u r welcome maam...

shruti:thanks...

pinky:bhayya but why did kashish leave so early...

sujal:says u shld ask kashish only when u see her tomorw...

now shruti looks at the person who is coming in and says "hi,sweety"

sujal also looks at sweety and welcomes her...."hi sweety...uncle and
aunty did not come?"

sweety:no sujal...dad has some work and mom also is stuck up at the
club...that's why i came...

sujal:thanks for coming...

sweety:i have to thank u for thinking of inviting me....i thot u just
forgot all abt me...(trying to seduce him with her looks)

sujal:ok now why dont u go and sit inside along with shruti...shruti
please take her in...

there r a couple of people more... that's all(actually he called very
few people...he doesnt have many friends)

he called ramu kaka and asked him to start serving...he also helped
ramu kaka and everybody started eating...people just admired the
arrangements and sujal felt very proud...they started complimenting
him for such a great taste...

sweety:sujal i did not know that all of a sudden u've learnt all
these things...good going...

he just looks at umesh...

umesh:sweety thank God u liked the arrangements...but half of the
compliments shld go to my assistant kashish...she helped sujal
today...
sujal:yes...

sweety:servants are there to help us only, but they usually work
according to what we tell them to, so the main credit shld go to
sujal only...what say shruti?

shruti:keeps quite....

sujal gets boiled with this but just keeps quite as he knows he will
unneccesarily raise doubts in everybody's minds...

umesh:no sweety kashish is not a servant...she is one among us...dont
ever say such cheap words abt her...

sujal appreciated umesh in his mind...

sweety:whatever u say uncle truth cant be changed...anyways lets
forget abt it...alright sujal i think i need to carry on...i will see
u again...bye

sujal:bye...

shruti:papa i also need to go...

umesh:where?

shruti:i have to meet my friends...

umesh:ur friendships are getting way too much these days...u better
cup them off and sit at home....

shruti:but what did i do?why i cant even have friends is it...

umesh:shruti no talking dont forget that i;m ur father...

shruti:father?oh nice to hear that from u...but i'm sorry to say that
u've never behaved like one...

umesh:totally astonished with what she said...what? what did u say?
how dare u say that....his BP is already increasing....u said that to
me?me who always cared for my children....haaaaaaa..he collapses...

sujal,shruti run to him...with ramu kaka's help sujal carries umesh
into his bedroom and makes him sleep there....and calls a doctor...

doctor comes and treats him and says that he just needs some rest and
shld not be moved from ther atleast for 2 days and also he needs to
stay cool...

shruti feels very bad...she doesnt know what to do...sujal makes her
feel better and tells her that she doesnt have to worry abt her dad
and he will take care of her...

shruti stays there for another couple of hrs and left taking pinky
along with her.....

umesh opened his eyes to find himself in someother room...then he
remembered abt the previous day's incident..he felt bad and does not
know why this always happens between him and shruti....he is thinking
abt all this and sujal enters the room...he cld guess wht he was
thinking and asks him to stay cool and not think abt anything...umesh
says he wants to go home...but sujal refuses to send him home as
doctor asked him not to move for atleast a couple of days...

umesh keeps quite but there r some urgent things to be completed at
office and he needs kashish for that....sujal says he will send the
driver to get her here...

sujal comes out and thinks for a second that he shld go to get her
but decided against it...so he sends umesh's driver only to pick her
up...

kashish feels very bad hearing abt umesh being unwelll but at the
same time not convinced abt going to sujal's home to meet him....she
thinks for some time and tells the driver that she is actually having
some important work and will not be able to come ther today...she
tells the driver that she will call umesh and let him know abt it...

Here sujal is waiting for kashish...he knows that she will come for
sure....

The car came and stopped in the drive way and sujal has a smile on
his lips...he is not able to control his happiness that he will be
able to see kashish again...he is making effort not to show that on
his face...he doesnt want to look like as if he is dying to see
her...his smile automatically disappeared without making any effort
as soon as he saw the driver...he told sujal that madam is having
some important work to do and she will not be able to come...and also
she is going to call umesh and let him know abt it...

Sujal never felt as disappointed as he is feeling now...he doesnt
know what to do...he just wants to go to kashish's home and get her
here even if it means that he will have to use force...but he knows
too well that with each thing kashish will only hate him more....he
controls himself and tries to focus on his work...very soon he gets
lost in it as he has one very important case to fight the next day,
and also after looking into the case he will have to go and attend
one important meeting for raheja corporation...(he is the acting CEO
in the absence of Lalit and till piyush takes over...but now both of
them r in Europe so sujal had to take care of their business also)

Kashish doesnt know what to do....she very coolly sent back the
driver,but is not able to stay cool..she wants to go and see
umeshji...in this one month she got very close to him and started
seeing her missed father in him..." why is God testing me like
this,why is he making me go to sujal's home again and again...i dont
want to see his face God...u know what he did to me?then why?why do u
do all these things to me?"...........

Sujal is just abt to get up as he finished studying the case...he has
to go get ready to attend the meeting now...he cld see that somebody
entered the hall and he lifts his head only to be pleasently
surprised...Yes,kashish is standing there very hesitantly....he is
very happy but acts very normal and goes to her....she lifts her head
and looks straight at him....

sujal:uncle is in my room...u know where it is.....

saying this he just walks off....

kashish slowly walks towards the room where umeshji is....

Umesh is sleeping very peacefully...

she just goes and stands next to the window and keeps looking out...

sujal comes in and stands next to her...for the first time he
observes her properly and is really taken aback by her beauty...

kashish suddenly sees that he is there and is observing her...she
feels a little uncomfortable and looks at him if he has anything to
say...

sujal:hm...the medicines r right there on the table...as soon as he
gets up, u need to give him some juice and half an hour after that
some food...food is already ready, u just have to warm it...after he
takes food give him the pills in the red yellow cover.etc etc...

kashish listens to everything but doesnt nod or anything like that...

sujal gets irritated with her behaviour but he knows that he will
have to face a lot of things like this from her, for the cruel thing
that he has done...he prays God to give him a lot of patience...

He stands there for a minute....checks upon umesh again and looks at
kashish for a second and leaves....

Kashish felt relieved when he left...she doesnt want to be around
him...she cld sense some change in sujal and she is scared of
it...she is scared now what is in store for her...

umesh got up and is very happy to see kashish there...kashish does
everything that sujal asked her to do and sits next to umesh's
bed...he tells her how happy he is to see her there...he says now
with sujal and kashish taking care of him, he feels very secured...he
wants to meet shruti and pinki also...kashish asks him not to talk
too much and she take more rest...she promises him that the next day
she will get shruti and pinki there...he tells her sorry for sending
her to sujal's home to help him the previous day,but he did that only
because he considers her as his own daughter and also the only person
capable of doing that work....kashish just smiles and asks him not to
think too much...umesh while talking goes into sleep...

its 8pm already....kashish came down to leave....the last bus to her
house also wld;ve left...she is wondering how to reach home as she
doesnt feel safe taking an auto and all that...while lost in her
thots she slowly walked out...sujal just entered with his car and he
saw kashish lost in her thots leaving...he stopped his car next to
her and came out...."chalo i will drop u"

kashish also saw him but doesnt respond...

sujal:dont worry i will not eat u up...i know its not safe to go now
all alone...so let me drop u...

kashish is confused...why is he showing so much care...is he the same
person who destroyed my life....she stands still...

sujal:i said get into the car...did u not hear me...or if u dont know
how to get into car i can show u....

kashish:gave a very serious look and sat in the car...
sujal a quick smile to himself and started the car...

Kashish is totally stiff and looking straight as if there is nobody
sitting next to her...

sujal is observing her...

sujal:what time are u coming tomrw?

kashish doesnt say anything....

sujal:hello i'm asking u only....what time r u coming tomrow?

kashish:i dont have to tell u...

sujal:as u wish...after a pause...kashish....

kashish:for the first time she heard her name taken so sweetly by
somebody...

sujal:kashish i want to talk to u...i also dont know how to say it..i
cant get away saying one simple sorry to u...but u also have to be
blamed as u never told me the truth and always provoked
me....whatever it is i'm ready to take whatever punishment u want to
give...i'm willing to give u whatever u want....(in a true sujal
style...for such a big thing also he did not tell a proper sorry)

Kashish looks at him very hurt...what does he mean by 'he will give
me whatever i want...he thinks that he can wash off his hands by
throwing some money at me...how cheap he thinks'...

sujal:kashish say something...

kashish:there is nothing to say or hear...we dont have anything
between us to talk....leave me alone...(she wanted to question him
why she did that to her...but she doesnt want to make him feel that
he was successful in creating trouble for her...)

sujal put his hand on her shoulder with a very sorry face...

kshish with so much vengence threw that hand and gave him a very
sharp look...

in the meanwhile her house came...he stopped the car and she got
down...he also came out to say bye to her but she did not even look
back and walked off....

Recap:Sujal drops kashish at her home and on the way tries to talk to
her but she is not interested...

................................................

sujal never felt so helpless...kashish is walking off and he doesnt
even know what to do....he wants to do something...wants to say
something...he wants to make her listen to what he has to say.....in
a fit of rage he runs to her and grabs her arm from behind...

kashish is astonished with this unexpected thing...she looked at him
with mixed emotions of anger,fear,hatred etc and etc...her eyes
conved so many things to him...they kind of challenged him...he got
so angry and provoked looking at her eyes that he forgot abt what he
wanted to say...he dragged her back to the car and made her
sit...then he also came and sat and drove off to the sea
shore...kashish is resisting all the way but to no use...sujal pulls
kashish out of the car and makes her stand...she is totally in a
dazed state and just staring at him like as if she is looking at some
monster or something...

sujal:now listen to me kashish...listen to me properly....i want to
tell u, i know what u r going thru...but do u know what i'm going
thru?...do u know after that day i never slept peacefully?do u know
that..........anyways forget it...there is no use even if i tell
u...i know that i'm ur gunegaar...but why dont u give me a chance to
explain?

Kashish:explain what?i'm not interested in anything...nobody is my
gunegaar...i've nothing to hear nor to say...and i dont have to know
what everybody is going thru...cos i simply dont care....

Sujal:now he is totally out of his mind...u dont care?really...then
what is this...he pulls the mangalsutra out that she nicely concealed
inside....tell me what this means?

kashish looks at him with disbelief...not believing tht he can ask
such a thing....she just pulls the mangalsutra from his hands and
says"how dare u ask me this? u thot i've started loving u and
respecting this and that's why i have it with me?u dont know how much
i curse myself for not being able to throw that away....but dont
worry very soon i will be able to do that also....right now this is
no less than a snake around my neck....i hate it and i hate u....dont
ever try to talk to me again...and dont dare touch me....i know how
to take care of my life and this piece of necklace that u 've put
around me forcefully is not going to stop me from enjoying my
life...what did u think of urself?just because u wanted to talk to
me, i will start dancing to ur tunes?just forget it..okay...dont even
dream abt it...i can do a lot of things to u...all these people who
love u so much,who dont know ur real face and how cruel it can
be...just imagine if i expose u to them what will be ur
position...but ghabrana mat...mai aisa kuch nahi karungi...i dont
want to have anything to do with a evil person like u...just get
lost..." she leaves him there stunned and devastated and goes and
sits in the car...

sujal stood there for a minute totally shattered...he drags himself
towards the car...without even looking at kashish, he drives her back
to home and drops her off there...kashish gets down banging the door
behind her...and walks off towards her home...

next day umesh is feeling a little bit better and he wanted to be
dropped off to his home..so sujal took him home and asks shruti to
take good care of him...umesh insists that sujal shld come everyday
to meet him...sujal nods and leaves...

umesh:pata nahi sujal ko kya ho gaya tha...kuch khoya khoya sa lag
raha hai...

sujal is walking towards his car and kashish enters just then...both
of them look at eachother...sujal walks off without any expressions
on his face...

kashish comes in and is very happy to see umeshji in a better
state...she goes to him and says good morning...

umesh, eversince he saw kashish, wanted to ask who her parents
were...but scared of what her reaction cld be....because kashish
always meant business and never allowed any scope for personal
things...

Today he cld not stop himself anymore...he asked kashish to come
along for a walk to the near by park...they took pinki also along
with them and also raghu kaka....when raghu kaka and pinki were
playing umesh made kashish sit next to him and asked her abt her
parents...

kashish always saw a father figure in umesh and did not find anything
odd in whatever he had asked...so she told him everything abt her dad
and mom and how there taken care of by her maamaji shyamlal vora...

umesh is totally shocked....he doesnt want to show it but he is
totally helpless..."so so...kashish is my...oh my God"

Kashish is surprised with this reacion...she asked him what happened?

umesh:nothing kashish...listening to ur story i'm not able to control
myself...

Kashish:admiring him for his compassion...umeshji i'm so lucky that i
got a boss like u...u r a very nice person....

umesh:not able to hear anything....so kashish who else is there at ur
home...

Kashish:my mom,maamiji

umesh:and...

kashish:and and my brother also...but he doesnt stay with us
anymore...while saying this she has tears in her eyes...

umesh:why..

kashish:sir,from the beginning he is very rebellious...he has grown
up hating our father...what to do...its not his mistake also...

umesh suddenly says..ok kashish can u take me back to home...i want
to take some rest...

kashish thot he is tired and also feeling bad for her...

they all go back to home...

umesh in his room....

"so savita is right here...gosh..how much i searched for her after
that..no wonder i felt so close to kashish...she is after all my OWN
DAUGHTER"

kashish is talking to chandru...they r standing in front of a shop at
a corner...chandru is looking even more handsome and masculine now
with his goggles and all that...kashish is having tears in her eyes
and she is verymuch worried for chandru...

chandru:kashiiiiish...please yaar...dont cry...i told u i'm okay
right...

kashish:what ok..do u know its been almost 3 months that u came
home...u know how much mom loves u right?

chandru wiping her tears asks her not to be worried and also tells
her that he will not be able meet her like this in open...

while they were talking a pair of eyeballs is observing them...and it
belongs to Mr.sujal Garewal....there is jealousy oozing out of those
eyes....he is not able to bear the love and concern that kashish is
showing to this man...and worst thing is, that man touched her to
wipe her tears....he is fuming with anger and wanted to give her a
tight slap...now he understood what she meant by very soon she will
be able to throw away that mangalsutra...he is very mad and want to
kick the hell out of everybody around,specially that man who is
behaving so close to kashish...before he realized both of
them left from there on a bike...

Dearest Piyush,

Sorry for not being able to write to u so far...i know we promised to
eachother that we will write atleast one letter every month...

How r u doing?hope u got adjusted to the new surroundings...i'm sure
u found some new and nice friends there...

Here i'm missing u verymuch....As u know u r the only friend i
have...i miss u more than u miss me...Thanks to u, the job that u've
shown is occupying my time nicely and i'm wnjoying my work...i love
the people there specially umeshji...by the way he recently fell
ill...but now by the God's grace his doing much better...

Things at home are also slowly getting better...mom is doing okay and
chandru got a new job in bombay...though i dont know what kind of a
job he is doing,i just hope its good....

U dont worry abt me and concentrate more on studies...i know u r
going to come out with flying colors and come back and join ur office
and take over ALL THE RESPONSIBLITIES....(kicking sujal
out...well,she did not write that but that;s what she meant)

thumhe bahut boora lagaa thaa...anyways she is now working for uncle

but he is not satisfied...he wants to do something...doesnt know what
to do though...filhaal to he is getting late so he leaves...

Here is the part 8 of my story....enjoyyy

Recap:Sujal sees kashish with chandru and misunderstands...sujal and
piyush talk on phone, when piyush asks sujal to observe kashish more
and clear all his misunderstandings towards her as she is a very nice
girl in reality....

...................................................

Sujal did not like the conversation that he had with piyush on
phone...its still ringing in his mind and not allowing him to focus
on anything...without realizing where he was driving he just drove
towards umesh's house and went in...actually after that day when
kashish blasted him off, he has decided that he's never going to see
her until and unless she wants to see him....but today again his
heart did not listen to his mind....

When sujal entered umesh's house this is the scene.....

Kasish is laughing out loud and enacting something to pinki and both
of them r lost in there own world...kashish is wearing a very simple
cotton short salwaar and kameez...she looked so heavenly to sujal's
eyes...he is seeing her for the first time so active, happy and
laughing...her smile made him forget everything else...its truly a
million dollar smile...looking at her, a small and sweet smile
appeared on his face too....since he doesnt want to disturb them, he
stood there only and is observing them very closely leaning on to a
wall there...all he can see there is kashish,kashish and only
kashish...he is completely lost in her...

Suddenly kashish becomes aware of somebody looking at her and she
sees sujal standing there looking very intensely at her....she
becomes very conscious and embarrassed...she just stops whatever she
was doing and quitely goes off from there....sujal also just crashes
back into this world...at the same time pinki sees him and as usual
gives him a big hug and clings on to him and asks him to play with
her...

Kashish is trying to forget sujal's face...the more she wants to
forget, the more she is remembering that sweet adorable face that she
just saw...she knows that this will only make her weak against
him,but not able to control herself....

Shruti just came in from outside and saw sujal sitting there and
playing with pinki...

shruti:hi sujal how r u?glad u remembered us after this long...

sujal:hey shruti..how r u...arre nai yaar...i'm coming here almost
everyday...yeah u r getting busy by the day i guess...i dont see u at
home that often now a days...

shruti:hm...very smart...ulta chor kotwal ko daatne lagaa..anyways i
want to give u one good news...guess what...

sujal:i dont know...u know i'm not good at these things...why dont u
only tell...

shruti:ur friend and class mate anjali is coming from USA for a
couple of weeks and she is going to be here with me for a week...

sujal:oh really...that's good for u...some time pass...

Shruti:good for me?what abt u?i dont know anything but u have to make
urself free that one week and take her around..i know she is coming
here to meet u only specially...

sujal:come on yaar...

shruti:seriously sujal...u r cominng tomorw right...we have to go and
pick her up...

sujal:i cant promise u but i will try...anyways where is uncle...i
have some important issue to discuss with him...

shruti:oh he must be in his office...u can find him there...ok sujal
see u tomorw...

sujal:thank God jaan bachi...ab yeh anjali yahaa kyo aa rahi hai?
anyways jo bhi hoga dekha jaayegaa....

anjali is his ex class mate and everybody knows that she loves
him...a couple of years ago anjali's parents went with the proposal
to sujal's uncle and aunty...but since sujal refused they cld not do
anything abt it...sujal actually is not at all interested in these
glitter girls...all he is looking for is a simple girl...(remember
his dream of a simple girl and a simple marraige)

sujal goes into the office room and starts searching for some file as
umesh told him in the morning that he will keep it ready with
signatures and stuff...kashish came out of the rest room that is
there and bangs into sujal....both of them fall very badly on
eachother...sujal tries to get up but since kashish is upon him he is
not able to get up...kashish on the other hand is totally
bewildered...she is so shocked that she forgot to get up...and also
actually without his realizing what he is doing sujal has his both
the hands tightly clasped around kashish....the clock stopped ticking
for a while...both of them r lost into eachothers eyes...

with a jolt she gets back into consciusness and just shruggs off
sujals hands around her very rudely,gets up but the mangalsutra
around her neck came out and got stuck in sujals shirt button....she
tries to take it out but with not much success...sujal finally is
able to remove his button from her mangalsutra...she just runs away
from there...he also slowly gets up,but still can feel her around
him...

umesh came there and brot him back into this world..."hi
sujal...looking for the file..here it is"

Sujal:oh..thankyou uncle...how is ur health now...

sujal smiles and takes leave from him...

sujal is driving and suddenly he saw a small comotion there on the
side of the road...he pulled his car and went there to see what is
happening...a small child is getting beaten up cos he stole a small
piece of bread...sujal gets very wild at this and catches the hands
of the person who is beating the child up....

sujal:are u not a human being?how can u beat a small kid like
this...dont u have anything called heart in u?

that man:oye...tum kaun ho beech me...patha bhi hai ke isne kya kiya?

sujal:ha...i know...he only did that out of helpless ness....hunger
can make u do anything....he did not take away all u riches
right...he only took a small piece of bread...

that man:but stealing is a sin...

sujal:ha that's right...but u have to see in what cicumstances he did
it and if possible help him but if not possible who r u to punish him
anyways....u guys forget abt those people who do big big things and
get away and catch people like this and show all ur valour on
them...shame on u...

sujal again:looking at the kid and with a very tender voice...dont u
know that stealing is wrong?

kid:yes sir i know...but my mom did not eat anything for the last 4
days and today also if she doesnt eat anything, i may lose her
forever...i did not do it for myself sir....i did not know how else
to save her...

looks at that man and that man just bends his head with shame...

sujal:where is ur mom?take me to her...and what work can u do?can u
take care of my plants...i have a lot of plants at my home...and i
will join u in a school also...like this he goes away talking to that
kid....

everybody who surrounded them also dispersed...but one person is
still
standing there and that is kashish....she saw a different sujal
today...she did not know that sujal can be so loving....in fact if
sujal did not come there she was abt to do the samething...with this
she developed some respect for sujal...things that she saw all these
days and the love and respect that sujal commands from people is not
for nothing...she thot that the sujal that she knows is different
from this sujal...for the first time she felt that she shld destroy
that sujal and shld make this sujal her companion....

hi guys

Here i'm with the next part of my story...but before that i just want
to give a big hand to all of u for the continued love and support...i
need it big time and thanks for making this a success...

Lets get going now with the part 9:

Recap:Kashish decided to take away that sujal who once tried to
destroy her, from her memories and make the sujal who is an apple of
everybody's eyes, her companion....
............................................................ ..

Kashish is very happy for some reason...maamiji gave her a cup of
coffee and found out that she was unusually happy...

maamiji:arre wah kashish..aaj badi khush nazar aa rahii ho.,....khya
baat hai?

kashish:kuch nahi maamiji...aise hi...

maamiji:ha kashish tumhe yaad hai naa aaj tumhare maa ko doctor ke
paas le jaana hai...

kashish:haa maamiji mai shaam ko jaldi waapis aaongi...

maamiji:theek hai...

kashish leaves...

Umesh is thinking abt kashish...

flash back:

umesh and savita love eachother and marry against everybody's wishes
at home...they start living together and have one daughter also and
savita is carrying again...that's when umesh gets a telegram from his
home saying that his mom is serious...so he leaves for home and since
savita is in full months she stays back....when he went home umesh's
mom is really in her last stages and emotionally blackmails him into
marrying their friend's daughter kamini...he was helpless and agrees
to it...but he tells kamini that he is marrying her just for the name
sake and he is already having a family... very surprisingly she agrees
to the deal...his mom dies after that and kamini requests umesh to
come along with her just for once to her home town to see her grand
father....by the time umesh goes back to his place it is a little
longer than he planned and alas!...his family is no more there...no
body knows where they have gone....so that's how he lost his family
and that's how kashish and chandru grew up without their dad....

What umesh doesnt know is, when umesh did not come by the time she
expected, savita gets a little worried and calls his home,but nobody
picks up...she gets worried and calls her brother as she is due
anytime now...so shyamlal, her brother,comes and takes her to his home
and takes care of her....he sends a word to umesh's home that his
family is with him...but that information reaches kamini and not
umesh...kamini very conviniently ignores that and does not allow it to
reach umesh....after that umesh searched for his family all over but
never cld find them....he finally gave up on them and decided to give
kamini,who is with him in these tough times(he thinks so),full status
as his wife...but he was never able to forget his first wife and the
kids,so deviated all that pain into focus on business and like midas
touch whatever he did became a success and now he is one of the top
most business men in the country....

so finally he is able to find his family thru kashish,his own
daughter...but he is scared to tell her the truth as he doesnt know
how she will take it....it pains him to see her in so much poverty
when the truth is she is the daughter of a millionnaire...he is also
worried abt his chandru and wants to find more details from
kashish...for the time being he has decided not to disclose the fact
that he is her dad...

Kashish saw umesh as soon as she entered and said good morning
sir...but he doesnt respond...he is totally lost in his own thots...so
she goes near him and says goodmorning again...umesh wakes up smiles
in return...he is very happy to see her...

Kashish;sir today i need to go hoem a little early....is that okay?

umesh:yeah...but why kashish?is everything ok...

Kashish:actually my mamma is not doing that well sir...so i need to
take her to a doctor...

umesh:gets very concerend and worried...dont hesitate to ask me if u
need anything....

he curses himself for his helpless ness....

kashish:ok sir

shruti comes running from her room and tells kashish how happy she is
today....kashish is very happy for her and asks her if she can know
the reason why she is so happy...

umesh:oh i did not tell u right...today shruti's good friend anjali is
coming from US...and our madam is no able to sleep properly eversince
she came to know abt anjali's trip to India...so shruti is sujal also
coming to receive anjali?

shruti:yes dad...dad i think sujal now likes anjali...what do u think?

kashish gets alarmed with this...she starts listening to each and
every word carefully....

umesh:well..cant say...anyways shruti we better not gossip...jo hona
hai wo tho hoke rahega...uske baare mein khya baat karna....

actually umesh doesnt like this candidate anjali that much...and now a
days his mind started flashing a new idea to him...why not get KASHISH
MARRIED TO SUJAL...he is all set to ask sujal abt it....just waiting
for the right time....and now this anjali's arrival is defntly not to
his liking...khair honi lo kaun taal saktha hai...

When they were engrossed in talking sujal comes in to pick up shruti
as they have planned to go to the airport together...he doesnt even
look at kashish...but kashish looks at him...to her he seemed to be
unusually happy and she doesnt like it...she thinks that this
happiness is coz this new irritant anjali's arrival....

umesh:hi sujal...talking abt u only and u came in...jug jug jeeyo...

sujal smiles and tells shruti if she is ready they shld leave now...

shruti says:lets go...bye dad...bye kashish...

Kashish and umesh sit there and do there work...kashish is busy
feeding something into the computer but umesh is thinking something
else...he suddenly asks kashish...

umesh:kashish can u introduce ur brother to me?i want to see him...and
if possible see if i can recruit him into my company...

kashish is a bit surprised...'sir...whenever i see him the next time i
shall defntly try and introduce him to u...but i told u no,abt
him...he is totally a mistery to me now'

umesh:that's ok dont worry kashish...lets see what we can do to
him...if because of me one person also gets benefitted,my life is
worth it...

kashish looks at him very greatfully....

umesh:kashish can i ask u something...if u dont mind...

kashish:sir please....dont make me feel ashamed...u just have to tell
me sir and its done...

umesh:can i call u beti?

kashish is really surprised now...but she is only happy to say yes...
'i'm so lucky to have u in my life sir...u make me feel like i also
have a father...sorry sir if i spoke too much'

umesh;arre nahi beta...u r right...even i feel the same abt u...

kashish and umesh very happy....

shruti storms in very happily talking very loudly with a new beautiful
girl....

dad see who;s here....

umesh:arre anjali aa gayi beta?safar kaisa rahaa?

anjali:oh uncle how r u?i'm so happy to see u all after this long...

shruti:more happy to see sujal..right?

anjali blushes and looks at sujal who just entered....

sujal takes it a little sportively and says...yeah yeah happy coz she
can eat my brain again like before...

anjali jumps at him and almost gives him a gentle slap...she sees
kashish in the meanwhile and asks shruti:arre shruti u did not tell me
that u 've hired such a beautiful girl as ur care taker....when u said
that uncle hired a care taker for u, i imagined a middle aged lady...

sujal and umesh for some reason did not like this word 'care
taker'...before they can say anything...

anjali says:hi...i'm anjali...nice to meet u and i think u r very
beautiful

kashish:thanks and i'm kashish...

sujal asks anjali if she is tired with jet lag and alll that...she
shld go and take rest....he will come in the evening and take her to
so and so place...(cld not think of any place so....)

kashish doesnt like this at all and she leaves from there into the
kitchen to see if everything is ready for lunch....

sujal:waise anjali....are u really in US all these years?

anjali:why do u ask?

Sujal:arre yeh fate hue kapde dekhkar lagta hai ki koi chidiyaghar me
khaid ho yeh saare saal...

she is actually wearing some stupid clothes...

anjali:sujal...arre tum itna mazaaki kab ban gaya tha...

sujal:jab se tumhe dekha

umesh is also a little bit uncomfortable with this whole thing and
shruti is surprised with this unusual behaviour of sujal...

sujal cld care less...all he wants to see is if he can find atleast a
ray of jealousy or concern in kashish's eyes....that;s all...that;s
why all this natak...nahi tho he hates this muh jali anjali....

kashish is listening to all this from inside and becoming very
irritated...she wants to push that anjali out of her sight...

Sujal:alright uncle ab mujhe jaana chahiye...aap log aaram se khana
kayiye...main baad mein milungaa...bye shruti and anjali...

umesh:arrre arre sujal...tum kaha jaa rahe ho...khana tho hum khayenge
hi lekin tumhare saath...chalo tum bhi rukh jaao...

sujal expected this....

alright uncle...

shruti and anjali become very happy but kashish is not....she is not
happy abt sujal spending some more time with that anjali...

Everybody is around the dining table...waiting to be served...

Kashish is helping ramu kaka...

sujal,anjali and shruti are cracking jokes and laughing for something
or the other...

finally food is being served...

umesh asks kashish also to sit along with them but kashish refused
saying today was her fast day...

anjali:so sujal when r u going to marry...i'm surprised that u still
did not marry...

sujal:hm...yeah...i will get married when i find the right kind of
the girl...
he looks at kashish to see how she is reacting...no reaction..sigh!

anjali:did u find any so far?

sujal:nope...

anjali:hm...cant believe the most eligible bachelor is not able to
find a suitable girl....right uncle?

umesh:what to do anjali...all of us gave up trying to tell him that
he shld get married...dont know what he is looking for...i wonder if
that girl is born yet...

anjali:sujal....why r u doing this?

sujal:dont worry now u 've come right...very soon i will get
married...

everybody is shocked...including kashish...she had to put in a lot of
effort to look like she is least bothered...

she takes the excuse of getting something and goes in...

here anjali is getting all blushed and happy...

sujal:what happened?why r u all so quite?i thot since anjali is
showing so much concern she will help me in finding my girl...did i
say anything wrong?

anjali's face becomes like a deflated tire....oooooooooooh....

sujal pours something on his shirt by mistake(or is it
purposefully),excuses himself,goes in to wash...

Kashish is fuming with anger...she thinks "khya samjta hai apne aap
ko...kitni shaadiyaa karegaa...he is talking to that anjali as if he
met his premika after a long time...be sharam...anyways why am i
thinking abt him.....well...why not?i think i shld let him know who
am i?if he thinks that he can spoil my life by marrying me
forcefully,i will tell him how mistaken he is...i will see how many
more times he will marry...by keeping quite i think i'm allowing him
to take me for granted"

she is lost into her thinking while taking the desert bowl from the
fridge...she is brot back into this world when she saw somebody
closing the fridge door...with a surprised look she lifts
her head...sujal...looking at her with a very mischevious smile...and
asks her if she needs any help...

kashish ignores him and tries to go away from there...

sujal:kashish...why r u so angry...did anybody say anything?

kashish is still on her way to the dining hall...sujal stands on her
way and holds her shoulders...he looks into her eyes in a very loving
way...kashish just gives him a serious look...

sujal is enjoying that proximity with kashish...he came even more
close to her...kashish is not able to resist...she is scared that
somebody will come in...sujal is not ready to leave her at all...she
suddenly remembered the conversation between him and anjali...that's
it she gets so angry again that now she is ready to give some peace
of
mind...

kashish:leave me...what do u think of urself?u can do whatever u want?
how many girls u want....i dont understand why u r after me...just
leave me alone...she rudely pushes him aside and goes off from
there...

after a few seconds sujal also comes out but doesnt even look at
kashish...they finish their lunch and sujal leaves,promising anjali
that he will come and pick her up in the evening to go somewhere...

kashish is leaving for home when umesh calls her...he says kashish
take this money...u said u have to take ur mom to a doctor right?

kashish:but sir...money...no sir...

umesh:please kashish dont say no...by taking this u will give me a
lot of happiness...

kashish:ok sir...
actually she was wondering how she is going to bye the medicines that
the doctor is going to prescirbe....

kashish took her mom to the doctor and on the way bought all the
medicines...her mom is really surprised to see her spend so much
money..she is scared what kashish is upto...she has seen so much in
her life that she cant believe that somebody will give money just
like that....

savita:kashish kahaa se laayi thi itne saare paise?

kashish:mamma my boss gave me...he is a very nice person...

savita looks at her with disbelief...

she is thinking now...

at home..."kashish kal se tum ye job chod do"

kashish:mamma....leking kyo?(she feels that her mamma is over
reacting)

savita:mein kah rahi hun isliye...

kashish:nahi mamma i cant do that...i'm sorry...

savita:ok then talk to me...she starts crying...

maamiji:she is scared that kashish will listen to her mom and not go
to the job...now a days after kashish started working there,they r
atleast able to eat properly...arre savita khya baat hai...khyom tum
nahi chahte ki hum do wakt ki roti thik se khaye?

savita:bhabhi aap nahi samajhte..

maamiji:ha ha mein sab samajh gayi...u started feeling that ur
daughter is unneccesarily spending her money on us...but kashish is
my daughter also...dont forget that i'm the one who took care of
her...bla bla bla...

kashish:mamma,maami please listen to me....NO MATTER WHAT...I CANT
LEAVE THAT JOB....IS THAT CLEAR....

maami is very happy....but savita asks kashish to never ever talk to
her in life...

kashish cries bitterly and sleeps....

next day morning kashish as usual went to her mamma taking a cup of
coffee...but savita doesnt even look at her...

from that day onwards savita stopped talking to her....

one may feel that savita is overreacting...but she has seen so much
in life,lost so much in her life that now she has become very
sensitive towards everything....already chandru has become very
distant from her...more than for kashish she always keeps praying for
chandru...

savita has become rock hearted...now she doesnt have any feelings
nothing...and with kashish not listening to her,she has become even
more stubborn....in this whole tension,savita got a mild heart attack
and she had to be rushed to the hospital...kashish is so lost in this
sudden thing, that she forgot to inform umeshji that she will not be
able to come on that day...

umesh is pacing back and forth...he is worrid why kashish did not
come yet...its almost lunch time and she still did not come....he is
worried abt savita...but doesnt know what to do...he can send the
driver to find out what is happening...but he is scared that it wld
like he is overbearing...

sujal comes in as he needs to take some signatures...

sujal:uncle what happened?u look so tensed...

umesh:arre nothing sujal....just thinking abt tomorw meeting...

sujal:uncle doctor asked u not to worry abt anything right?

umesh:its not that easy sujal...as long as we have this heart,heart
ache is inevitable...

sujal:alright uncle i give up...but please can u share ur problem
with me...

umesh:who else will i tell....i'm also thinking of telling u
something...but i'm looking for the right time...khair kaho kya baat
hai...

sujal:i need some signatures uncle.....by the way where is everybody
else....there is no noise...

umesh:anjali and shruti went to meet some of there old friends and
pinki is playing inside...

sujal is not satisfied...he is least interested abt these people and
the person who he is interested abt,he cant ask directly abt her...

sujal:oh...what's the plan for the day uncle....i have some time in
the evening...shall we go out to the park...pinki is also after me
for sometime now to play with her....

umesh:seems like a great idea.....we will wait for u...

"ALL of u be ready then...we will go"...saying this he leaves....he
doesnt know that kashish did not come that day,so he is expecting her
also to come with them...

kashish gets a message saying somebody wants to meet her in so and so
park...she understood that it must be from chandru...she feels very
happy that she can ask chandru to come and see their mom...she knows
that her mom will feel much better if she sees her son...
.....................................

sujal comes back at around 3 pm...by then umesh and pinki are all set
to go...pinki is very happy that finally she is able to spend some
time with him...she just loves sujal...sujal really has a way with
the kids...and after sujal if she likes anybody its kashish...in
these few short months pinki has become very close to kashish...she
started bonding with her more than her own sister shruti....

sujal doesnt see kashish there...he doesnt understand..."so uncle is
everybody ready...shall we leave?"

umesh:yes..lets go...pinki chalo beta

sujal holding pinki's wheel chair is looking around...umesh doesnt
understand what he is looking for...he thinks that may be he is
looking for shruit and anjali...so he says they are not back yet...

pinki meanwhile says:how nice it wld 've been if kashish was also
here....

sujal understood that kashish did not come today....he wants to ask
umesh,but keeps quite...

umesh:yeah...how i wish?but pata nahi kyo nahi aayi aaj...it never
happened before...i only pray that everything is fine at her home...

sujal now looks at umesh as to what he is talking abt...

umesh:ha sujal...actually i'm a little worried cos kashish told me
y'day that her mom is not doing well..and today she did not come
only...i'm hoping that everything is fine...

now sujal lost all his interest in going to the park....his mind
already went off to kashish....he wants to find out if everything is
okay with her....now its like a burden to be going to the park with
these guys...

But since he cant help it...he takes them to the park...

sujal is playing with pinki...but a part of him is not with him...its
thinking constantly abt kashish and praying that she is fine....

umesh is reading some book...

sujal while playing suddenly sees kashish and feels very happy...but
at the same time he sees that she is talking to the same person that
he saw her with, a few days ago....both of them are standing close
holding their hands talking very intensely and seriously abt
something...kashish is very emotional and angry and saying something
to that guy...but that guy is disagreeing or something like
that....sujal's blood just boils...all his worry for kashish
transforms into anger and doubt....he thinks that kashish did not
come that day to meet this guy...he feels very very jealous of this
guy....

He decides that he will teach a lesson to kashish....
