Now you must be wondering, ki India ke baahar toh yeh programme nahin air hota hoga. But people, this is granny, she can do anything. Well, though it is a little expensive if you want to view Disney Channel India, outside, but Granny could spend even a lakh rupees to watch her favourite program. And so, here it was. She even had this Indian Television connection in New York in the house. Gosh! But one thing which I liked about her was that she never used to watch any of the 'K' soaps, and only used to watch Disney, particularly, Dhoom Machaao Dhoom, That's So Raven, Art Attack and So Weird. Now that was cute, wasn't it?! Trin-trin! Trin-trin! Trin-trin! Trin-trin! Rang the phone of her room.

"Hello!" "Hello mummyji!" "Hello, haan puttar? Bol, kya hua?" "Mummyji, woh kya hai, ki sab bache waapis aa gaye hain, aur hum sab soch rahein hain ki zara neeche jaakar breakfast karlein. Toh, aap bhi chaloge, ki aapke liye oopar hee le aayein?" asked Alekh's mom to Granny. "Nahin, nahin! Main bilkul aa rahi hoon. Bas abhi pahunch rahi hoon." said Granny, getting down of the bed, to wear her slippers. "Mummyji, aaraam-se. Don't get hyperactive. Main aati hoon aapko lene ke liye." "Oye! Khabar-daar jo tu aayi toh. Arrey! Matlab, Huda aur Pooja ke parents aayein hain, zara unke saath baeth, unke saath rahe. Main khud aa jaaongi." "Par Mummyji-…" "Bada kaun?" "Aap!" "Toh, baat kaun kiski maanega?" "Aap, meri… Matlab, matlab… Main, aapki…" "Hm. Good, toh main aa rahi hoon." "Acha, theek hai Mummyji, main nahin aa rahi, Naina aur Pooja ko toh bhej doon." "Pooja ko kyun bhej rahi hai? Uske mummy-papa aayein hain! Aur Naina ko bhi us hee ke saath rehne dey. Maine kaha na ki main khud aa jaaongi." said Granny, in a scolding, yet warm manner. "Mummyji! Aap bhi na! Kabhi bhi kisiki bhi baat nahin maante ho aap. Chalo, theek hai. Phir dhyaan se pahunch jaana, aaraam-se. Bye, jaldi aa jaao." "Haan, haan." said Granny. Alekh's mom kept the phone down, and all of them reached the restaurant.

"Tum log chal rahe ho, ki hum hee ho aayein?" asked Alekh to Pooja and Naina. "Alekh! Huda ko kyun lekar jaate ho? Usey yahin rehne dey naa!" said Alekh's dad, because he thought that Huda might want to stay with his parents, after meeting them after so long. "Oh uncle ji! Waise bhi poori life toh mujhe mummy-papa ke saath hee rehna hai, ab agr 5 minute ka break mil raha hai, toh why not!" said Huda, shutting his eyes, and dropping his tongue out, as if he knew he was going to get a punch on his back from his dad. And yes, this happened so. Finally, Huda, Alekh, Pooja, Naina and Oyester went away to granny's room, and as expected, granny was still sitting, watching 'HER PROGRAM' on the television! DHOOM MACHAAO DHOOM! The episode was just about to finish, and because she was so engrossed in watching DMD, she didn't notice the Famous Five enter her room. "DADI!" exclaimed Alekh, not able to believe his eyes, unable to digest the fact that all of them had been so worried about her, and she was still sitting peacefully in her bedroom, watching some stupid stuff on television. "Yeh ho kya raha hai?" asked Pooja, shocked. "Oye-hoye, Nihaal, bad boy! Tujhe Koel ko hee apne band ke liye choose karna tha! Fool! Priyanka ko nahin kar sakta tha kya! Stupid!" said Granny, frowning, while she was watching the television, paying no attention at all to her surprised guests. "Yeh lo! Khatam hee ho gaya! Ab kal ke liye wait karna padega. Gande log!" said Granny, switching the TV off. "Baap re! Tum log! Tum log kab aaye?" asked Granny, as she got frightened on seeing 4 tall eyes and a short one staring at her in anger. "Hum kab aaye?! Hum tab aaye, jab aap apna yeh stupid-sa nonsense dekh rahi theen!" said Naina, scowling. "Acha, theek hai, I mean, chalo, main toh aa hee rahi thi na." said Granny, acting 'easy'. "Dadi, aapka kuch ho sakta hai kya?" said Huda, sighing. "Ab chalein? Sab humaara wait kar rahe hain." said Alekh. "Haan, let's go. Main toh itni der se keh rahi hoon ki chalo, chalo. Par koi meri sunta hai kya?!" said Granny, giggling, while she walked out of her room, saying 'Jaldi karo thoda, aur room lock karke aana." The 5 remained still at their places, shocked and amused, both at the same time.
