Interesting Developments. Literally a Gunshot wedding if we can call it that! They were formally never engaged and it never reached to a stage of sealing it with a ring. Any way with her you can't be sure if she would have accepted the ring anyways. In my opinion though the girl can make an exception for a thing or two?!

I am waiting to see a couple of things .... if Raanav is onboard with Satyen. Is there going to be an official prenup?

But mainly, does Raanav even want to marry Viveka now given that the patti that had his eyes clouded fell off the last month?!! Or is it still a chat mangni pat byah like the one he always wanted when they were thick?

oh satyen, i feel for you that you want a good DIL for your family. but i guess its time to understand its their life and they need to take some steps forward. if raanav has changed let him show that, veev needs to let go her insecurities and look at them like family. apart from satyen nobody made a place in her heart. i hope this time veev opens her mouth and lets him know, not stay silent and drown in her fears, just forgetting thanks to the seduction.

Inder and Naina.... May be Inder will start to do okay when he's married to Naina. He likes the attention he's getting from Naina. He feels important and that's may be good for him as he's not being put down.

As parents, Akash and Anubha will find it so tough to see both the girls having to bear the brunt in life with inlaws not to mention comparisons much similar to that of his with his brother Anil.

The attraction between them is intense.

Coercion or no coercion they love each other and don’t want to given to ego hence didn’t reach out.

But if they are married then let’s see how much they resist giving into each other. Who changes how much? Does Ranaav understand Viveka’s point of view? Will Ranaav stand up for Viveka and her family’s respect when Smrita or Lekha mistreats them?

Ranaav had fallen in love with Viveka coz of various reasons and not only physical attraction. Let’s see if he can make Viveka fall in love with him for the man that Ranaav is not the handsome hunk.

If Naina gets married to Inder the trouble between sisters will only multiply.
Naina is under impression that Inder is rich guy and wouldn’t like the fact that her sisters FIL supports them from time to time.
Ranaav also is a wonderful person for his own family. Never put down Inder ever. Might not agree with Smrita and deal with her himself but I front of Viveka he never has criticised his mother. Such a man would definitely stand up for his wife even if married under coercion of Dad. Aur yahan to aapna hero heroin se hopelessly in love hai. It’s gonna be fun to read about their ego clashes.

Marriage condition

“You should get better first” she whispered emotionally

She gathered her voice and whispered “You have to get better FIRST”

“I need an incentive to” he whispered “Aap kar lo shaadi Raanav se dekho main fat se theek ho jaata hoon”

She turned side ways to look at Papa

“Do you want to get this?” expression

“Satyen ji we are so happy you are fine” Akash chimed in

“Aapki beti ko dekhkar meri energy yoon hi laut aayi hai” Satyen was gracious

“Thank you” Viveka nodded calmly “We didn’t know until this morning”

“Phir bhi aap aayi nahi” Satyen pinned her

“I am sorry” she nodded

“I missed seeing you bet” he said weakly

“I am glad you are recovering”

“raanav se miley aap?”

“Umm.. no” she lowered her gaze self consciously

“Just so I am being fair I told him he needs to marry you ASAP” and gasped for air

The nurse gave Viveka a dirty look and adjusted his oxygen tubes and flow

“I better go”

“I am hoping to see you married soon”

“Umm”

“To my son” he cracked himself up again and winced in extreme pain

Viveka stumbled back in shock

Akash put an arm around her shoulder

“Sir aap ghar chalne ki tayari karen, please rest” akash urged

“Can I talk to you?” Satyen whispered

Akash turned to Viveka who was already letting herself out tears flowing down her eyes

Taking her glasses off and wiping her eyes

Walking into that Parashar kid

Besides a “umm” both could not come up with anything as he steadied her holding her shoulders

“is he OK?” Raanav panicked

“Umm… yeah yeah… umm.. just me” she flicked her hand in front of her face turning away

“You could have texted me” she said quietly

“a lil busy as you can see” he said stiffly

“When will they send him home?”

“Don’t know… hes not out of the woods yet” he said grimly

She looked up at him in disbelief “He is talking”

“His vitals are extremely poor, hes lost a ton of blood” he said unhappily

“Oh?” “what can be done?” she panicked

“Don’t know”

“I am sorry”

“Thanks” “Why are you here now?” he asked silkily

“Mr Rajeev Syal said Mr Parashar wanted to see me”

“Oh!? “Umm” A wave of self realization swept through both of them at that moment

They were not strangers… No!

They were engaged to be married to each other until they realized the other did not fit the bill for what was important to each. They had intense physical chemistry but withdrew from each other abruptly.

But it was not going to work

The nurse walked out and went over to Rakshit and asked who Raanav was. She was new to this patient and only knew Rakshit

Rakshit pointed to Viveka and Raanav in the corner

Lekha was just buried in her phone, not even sure why she had to be here

Nurse walked over to Raanav and asked him to go in to see his Dad before she would turn off visitor hours

“you can wait here Ma’am” she said glaring at Viveka, as if she encouraged Satyen to talk too much

“I (wasn’t planning on going in) Thanks” Viveka nodded holding off on being catty and walked to the windows and stared out

Raanav went in

“chaliye sir hum nikalte hain” Akash got up, Satyen paused him

He was just sitting there, along the wall not talking but just being with his friend.

Satyen was stirring and breathing audibly

“Hey son!” Satyen smiled with pride

“What are you upto?” he enquired bending down with concern

“I met Viveka and told her she needs to marry you. I need to go home and find her there, or” he laughed and winced

“You did?” Raanav blushed unwittingly

“I am not going home if she is not there”

“Do we get married in the ICU then?” Raanav mocked his father

“Something like that” Satyen nodded weakly, unable to speak further

Akash and Raanav looked at each other

Akash was emotional

This was a man who ran jogged and sprinted, in supreme health, stylish and driven

He lay there unable to say more than a sentence at a time

He tilted his head in ack toward Raanav and let himself out

Found Viveka in the far corner of the lounge with her forehead pressed to the glass staring out blankly

Lekha was in the opposite corner on her phone, Rakshit was missing

“Beta chalen”

“Sure Papa” she nodded picking up her bag

“samples lekar aayi ho?” he peeked in her voluminous leather bag

“Hmm yeah we might potentially have two more craftsmen Walid and Raju also from Vapi, and Ishwar and Ratna met with Farha who koi database analyst hai she will help us inventory the work the team produces”

“Arey wah” Akash nodded

Viveka rearranged everything inside her bag after pulling some stuff out

“he is not out of the woods yet” she finally let her anxiety out

“Baat hui tumhari Doc se?” Akash was shocked

“You are cute, you think the Doc on call will share these things with me” “raanav told me”

“Hmm”

And then both father and daughter were reminded of Satyen’s demand

“Kal ka batao kab aaogi beta” he said carrying one of her bags

“I think evening” she said softly

Raanav was approaching them

Her heart skipped a beat

Even when his Dad was in the ICU he looked like a vision, the piercing navy eyes and the neatly parted and combed hair and those bespoke clothes

“We will leave now” Akash spoke on her behalf

He nodded

“Good luck to him” Viveka mumbled

“thanks”

“Rakshit nahi dikh raha” Akash scanned the room

“Not sure…” Raanav turned around to look

Lekha realized they were leaving but stuck her air pods and began a call anyway

Viveka never let such juvenile actions bother her she was too calm and mature for that

“Did he tell you about the marriage condition?” Raanav asked directly

Holy moly! Father must get it from his son, son must get it from father… how are they both so similar

I can see how Smrita could have fallen for Satyen

There is something so electric about such men

Viveka’s mind raced

Akash pretended to call Anubha and stepped away quickly

“Umm.. he did” Viveka didn’t look at him

Akash and Viveka have a lot of thinking to do. Looks like Satyen was expecting Viveka to visit him as soon as she heard, just like Akash wanted to. Yikes!

Lekha seems to be immature, very suitable for her mother in law’s mental age, alike mean girls. 🤔
