Tara was getting a facial, two women worked on her, one giving her an arm massage the other rubbing her face

She had not said a word to Shubhra in the 4 hours she was home

“Achha aap pehle BAAT to kar lo Pawan se”

“I mean who told you I was arriving today”

“Betaaa”

“I cannot be treated this way Dad, I am f----g 31”

“Watch your language” Tara thundered

“I am sooo done talking to you Ma, you have been influencing Dad”

“Shame on you” Tara pushed away the girls and sat up

“Aapki SHAADI tay hui hai, KAL roka hai”

“I DONT want to marry him, I love someone else”

“KAUN HAI YEH” Manik shouted

“She is not telling me” Tara shrugged

“Have you ever bothered to even notice what I am doing or what I am going through?” Shubhra accused

“Haan puttar tabhi aapko destination wedding throw karne ki tayyari kar rahi hai” he had completely pivoted, now he was his wife’s mouth piece

Shubhra was stunned

“I NEVER asked for one I dont have a 100 friends”

“HAMARE TO HAIN” Tara shouted

“You guys have a big party, leave me alone” she begged with joined hands

“Dimaag kharab ho chuka hai aur kuch nahi”

“HAI KONE yeh banda?” Manik demanded

“I don’t know she didnt post anything”

“See Ma... you have to know about my life through SM posts”

The girls quietly packed up

“Aap log jao” Shubhra ordered tearfully

“Maine aapko kitne baar text kiya?” Tara threw it on her face

“NOW... YES.. because I ran away... in the last 31 years tell me?”

“Aapko pala kisne hai batao batao”

“Ma... thats not the point... we are not friends, I always feel inferior around you”

“To MAIN kya karoon beta... I cant just (disfigure my face)” Tara stopped suddenly a little ashamed... “I love you a lot”

“I know what you were going to say... and it doesnt even hurt me anymore” Shubhra stood up

“Kal roka haiga subah spa chale jaana”

“I am NOT. I will not marry Pawan, he is controlling, manipulative and not at all forgiving. His mind is in the 19th century, SORRY” Shubhra screeched

“Itni badi complaints ki list?” Tara shouted back

“YOU picked him remember?”

“See how she answers” Tara pointed to Manik

“Mumma hain aapki... respect karo” Manik squirmed

“She just told me I am ugly where were you then Dad?” Shubhra choked up

“Manik I never said that” “She is insecure” Tara did not mince words

“Wow Mom it took you 25 years but you finally got it girl!!” Shubhra stared at Tara tearfully and left for her room

Pawan would arrive in the next 30 minutes Manik and Tara would coach him downstairs....

WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH THIS FAMILY?

I’m so happy Shubhra stood up to her parents! Go girl.... and please get rid of this Pawan! Thank you!

For God's sake she has right to reject someone and her family should listen. There is something fishy in this alliance. This idiot pawan is having some ulterior motive behind marrying her.

And sometimes I doubt on her mother too. Because her mother only wanted her to get married but when she is saying that there is a guy whom she loves she is not listening to her...

Tapan should come back soon and handle this situation because noone knows when shubra will succumb to her family emotional torture...

Sonal... I lost my both Mausi and Maasa to depression and suicide around 5 years. We were never able to detect something like this till we discovered a letter from my aunt.
Please take care of him. 😔

Tara I had no expectation from. Manik is the one I am truly disgusted with at this time.

How have they not suspected Tapan as the love interest so far? They already know about Parul, sent goons after Gagan. So why is Tapan not in their radar?

They kind of know it's Tapan as Tara even mentioned him in reference to the 'married guy'. Sending the goon was a warning or a scare or just plain fishing with Gagan being the bait to bring their daughter back home. Asking for his name is just to get it from the horse's mouth.

When it comes to our children's acts , the ones we don't expect them to do, parents get great comfort being in denial. Both Manik and Tara are in Denial stage now🥱
