I can totally understand the feeling. I have been in similar situations a few times. Dinged for being a mom of small kids not able to travel.

Easy to say and very hard to do- see if you can look past and reassess if your long term goals are aligned. Otherwise find something else. They don't deserve you if they can't appreciate you or even do something like this to put u off.

This person did not fulfill one criteria of a good leader, unavailable, inaccessible, un involved, too self absorbed too busy promoting itself not availble to resolve any crisis, didnt care for what I want in my career or where I want to go next
