Thanx for your comments guys!! The last part was sort of short because I was in a hurry and am really busy and I will try my best to make the next parts longer!! But since I have really been wrapped up with schoolwork and some other things, I haven't been able to start any of the parts for any of my old ffs! I update Revolutions OF My Heart more often if anyone has noticed and its because I have many expectations for that ff!!lol!! I have fun writing the parts in that because its first person and stuff, and I like the storyline,but I haven't forgotten about my other ffs (well okay I forgot about this one for a a little bit😆), expect the part by the end of this week . Pray that I survive this week because I am packed with homework and projects, and I am trying to squeeze parts in with my tight schedule, and it's getting hard cause its hard to maintain my grades. To sum it up: I don't really have time to continue but ill try my very best to put the next part up by end of this week!!😊

no worriez.. i am packed up to.. i was gonna update my fanfic, a treat for my readers, but i got midterms and stuff all week!!! i just get time to read fanfics.. lolz.. i actually make time for it.. i ant live without them.. i am an addict.. 😆

Part 5

Josh did not go in to meet Kripa; he was not ready yet. Meanwhile in Kripa's hospital room, Angad was entertaining her and cracking jokes that were making her laugh so hard her stomach hurt and tears came into her eyes. She wiped them and there was silence for a minute. Angad's cell phone rang and he attended the call while Kripa rested her head on her pillow with her eyes closed. Angad ended his call and came back, he saw Kripa lying down with her eyes closed, but before he could leave, she felt his presence and called out, "Angad" He turned around and forced a smile.

"I thought you were sleeping"

She shook her head. "I don't want to sleep, I want to stay awake" she paused and as he got closer to her, he noticed she was crying. He went and sat next to her, took her hand and caressed it. "I don't want to die Angad" she said softly. He was quiet, not sure what to say.

"You wont die, Kripa" he consoled her, but it was clear from his tone that he wasn't listening to his own words. His brain knew it but his heart did not want to believe it. The doctor had told him that there was nothing left that they could do, Kripa was in the last stages. She use to have huge migraines but she never imagined them to be symptoms for brain tumor, she took painkillers every time, and never mentioned it to her doctor. Angad was taking courses to become a doctor himself; he still had another year of medical school. His specialty did not include the brain, but he knew quite a lot about it. He felt so helpless; he could not help Kripa in anyway. In addition, he had to go back in a week.

As if she had read his mind Kripa asked, "For how long are you here Angad?"

"A couple more days" he replied, planning to extend his stay in his mind.

"Don't leave," she whispered, cuddling close to him and laying her head on his chest. "Please" she begged. He caressed her hair, deciding that he wouldn't leave, not now, when she needed him the most; he needed to be here with her.

"I won't" he replied. "I won't"

The next few weeks, Kripa was on leave from school on Josh's insistence. Angad and Josh were both staying over with her, pampering her and not letting her take any type of stress. Mostly, it was Angad, and Josh was usually silently observing this. Kripa had gotten many calls from Tanya who had also visited her a few times, but Kripa didn't let anyone know about her illness. She had noticed that Ria hadn't called her once and a couple of times she had seen Karan and Ria together in Karan's garden. This did bother her, but not because she was jealous. She was disgusted by Karan, a jerk who according to her, was playing with Ria. However, Ria was ignoring her phone calls, and Kripa was ready to give up. But she wanted things to be perfect before... She was talking about this with Angad and Josh one day at breakfast:

"So, bhai, did you make any girlfriends?" she asked winking. Josh almost choked on his juice and started to cough while Kripa giggled and Angad watched him amusedly.

"What do you mean?" Josh asked, narrowing his eyes.

"Did you find me a sister-in-law yet?" she teaseed.

"No" he replied.

"Hmm, so you don't have any crushes or haven't fallen in love yet?" she asked.

"No" he answered, this time a little too quickly. Angad and Kripa looked at each other as he went on with eating his breakfast. There was silence for awhile. Then, Kripa spoke,

"Well, if there is, you can tell me" she began. Then joked, "I'll keep my mouth shut and carry the secret to my grave"

Both Angad and Josh stopped eating at this and looked at Kripa who was oblivious to their looks. Josh got up and excused himself and Kripa watched his half-finished breakfast and frowned. Her eyes turned to Angad who seemed, angry, upset and lost. "What happened to him?" she asked, jerking him away from his thoughts.

He just stared at her for a minute, "Ask yourself" he replied, also excusing himself. Kripa looked down confusedly at the pancakes in her plate. She put down her fork and cleared the table, going over the conversation in her head. Finally, it hit her. She smacked her hand on her forehead and her eyes scanned the house, landing on Josh's second floor room. The door was closed, which meant he wanted privacy. The door was always left open unless there was something serious that was upsetting him. "Think before you speak" a voice said in her head. Josh always use to say that when she would say something to someone that she did not mean to.

She went up and knocked at Josh's door. No one replied. After knocking a few more times, she pushed the door realizing it was open the whole time. She went in to see it a huge mess, which was unlike her neat and tidy brother. She heard the shower running in the bathroom. After taking another look around the room, she left, closing the door behind her. Angad's room's door was also closed and she decided to leave him alone.

After reading all the books she had checked out from the library, checking her mail, taking a shower and writing in her diary, Kripa looked around her room. She was bored out of her mind. Her eyes landed at the clock which said 2:15. She looked outside her window and then picked up her cell phone. The bell rang twice before someone picked up. "Hello" a voice said from the other line. Silence.

"Hello?" the person asked again, annoyed.

"He-llo" Kripa said softly. We see the person on the other line, it is Ria. She starts to put the phone away when Kripa starts to speak. "Ria, please don't put the phone away, just listen to me once. Please" She paused for a minute, waiting to see what Ria do. There was silence from the other line, but light breathing could be heard. Relieved, Kripa began to speak, "Ria, I know you are angry at me, but I want to know why. You haven't attended any of my calls, haven't let me defend myself, haven't heard my side of the story." She took a deep breath. "You are mad at me because you saw Josh beating Karan up aren't you? Its not my fault! You don't even know what happened and you just made assumptions. I am getting punished because you just decided to support your boyfriend without even knowing why you have to support him, what he did."

"W****"

Kripa was shocked. She couldn't believe that Ria, her best friend in the whole world had just called her that. Frozen in place, she silently listened as Ria continued.

"I cant believe you Kripa. I cant believe you are such a b****! You were my best friend! I knew you always liked Karan and all, and were jealous because he liked me and didn't give s*** about you. But I cannot believe how low you would go to get him. You tried to take advantage of the situations, you" she paused. "I don't ever want to see your face again, or hear your voice. Stay out of my life and leave my boyfriend alone, I beg you." Kripa heard the phone slam and the line go dead. She didn't move a muscle, the phone was still poised in her hand. She stood their in shock and everything went blurry. The next thing she knew, she was falling to the ground.

Gr8 part, it was sooooo sad tho 😭 Pls make sure she dusnt die, u jus cnt kill her 😭
