Siddhant & Police who came with Siddhant looked around & found a police man in a distance of few feets...

They went towards him...

Police: Hello... Are you the one who is attending the accident...

Police1: yes Sir...

Police: can you tell me what happened...

Police1: Sir.. this lady seems to be walking nearing the shopping complex... May be coming out of it... the youngster who was coming in the bike hit her lightly while crossing her...She fell down and got hit her head on the stone which was on the road side...

Siddhant: OMG... Who is that idiot.. i wont leave him...

Police1: We have taken action against him & proceeding legally...

Police: You didn't informed anyone...

Police1: Actually she was carrying this cover on her hand & a purse... as she fell.. this too fall and the mobile which was inside her purse got broken.. So unable to see any contacts or anything... but someone came & meet doctor it seems.. when i went out for some other work..

Police: Oh ok.. he is her husband.. he came with complaint that she is missing...

Police looked at Siddhant...

Police: Mr. Siddhant.. now go & see the doctor to ask about her wellness..

Siddhant nod his head as acceptance & went to meet doctor... who was just coming out of Roli's room...

Siddhant: Doctor.. What happened to my Roli.. is she alright...

Doctor: Oh.. you are her husband..

Siddhant: Yes doctor...

Doctor: She got injury in the head as she got hit in the stone... we did operated and she is unconscious as of now.. nothing serious about her life.. but as the injury is in the head... whether she got any impact can be known only when she get back her conscious...

Siddhant: When she will get conscious doctor...

Doctor: By tonight...

Siddhant; Doctor.. how you proceeded with operation without my concern.. i am surprised... as its not done by doctors without relative signature...

Doctor: We got signature of her father...

Siddhant: Father!!!

Doctor: yes.. her father came knowing about this through some of his known person.. He came to hospital.. made the signature knowing about her emergency for operation.. Also paid amount for that...

Doctor left from there...

Siddhant got tears filled on his eyes...

He sat on the chair without knowing what can be done...

Siddhant was thinking.. Roli father came & signed the papers.. also paid for the operation.. but he didn't informed me about it..

Police came near him... He gave the cover which was carried by Roli to him...

Police: Ok Mr. Siddhant.. i am leaving.. do contact for any need...

Siddhant: Ok Sir.. thanks...

Police left from there...

Siddhant looked into the cover...

There was a new shirt with its bill inside the cover...

Seems like Roli purchased shirt for Siddhant...

The purse was holding some money & a mobile which was broken...

Siddhant was thinking.. Roli you went to shop for buying this shirt for me..

He got tears & closed his eyes.. The tears started rolling from his eyes...

Siddhant: How you will bear this pain Roli.. you are such a delicate girl.. how will you bear!!!

Roli told Siddhant that she will cook that day...

Siddhant: Roli.. let me cook...

Roli: Siddhant.. you are getting late for office.. get ready.. i will cook...

Siddhant: Time is there Roli.. I will cook.. dont worry...

Roli: Siddhant.. then when i can start cooking.. let me do it...

Siddhant: But you are not aware Roli.. you will find it difficult...

Roli: What difficult.. when you can do it.. then why not.. let me try..

Roli took the vegetables & started cutting it...

When she was cutting it.. the knife cut slightly her finger too..

The blood started coming out...

Siddhant was who saw that got tensed...

He rushed towards her & took her finger...

Siddhant: Look.. you didn't hear my words...

He took the turmeric & applied on the cut...

Roli: Ooch.. its burning...

Siddhant: Tolerate for a minute Roli.. Turmeric will heal the cut as well as its antiseptic..

Roli: Ok...

Siddhant: Why you do all these Roli.. I am here right to do..

Roli: How long you will do Siddhant.. one or other day i should learn right.. Its ladies who do cooking right..

Siddhant: What matters Roli.. whether it is ladies or gents who cook.. its between us.. inside our house.. i dont bother for others...

Roli: Ok.. even in otherwise.. wont i wish to cook & serve for you...

Siddhant: That is all right.. but who is suffering now...

Roli: I am not used to all these.. thats why got this cut.. but i will be used to it in some days Siddhant...

Siddhant: Is it paining???

Roli: Yes it is.. but i may feel better if i get this pain forgot...

Siddhant: get this pain forgot.. i know how to do that...

Siddhant wrapped his hand around her and pulled her closer...

Roli clasp her hand around his neck...

Siddhant moved towards her lips...

Siddhant was restless waiting for Roli to get her conscious...

By late evening.. Roli's father came to hospital...

Siddhant saw him... But didn't talk anything...

Even he was feeling guilty that her father paid for operation while he dont even have that much money to pay back immediately...

Siddhant decided to pay back that amount as soon as possible...

When all these were going inside his mind...

Nurse came out...

Nurse: She got her conscious...

Siddhant as well as Jamanlal rushed inside...

Roli was slowly looking around trying to open her eyes...

Siddhant rushed towards her...

Siddhant: Roli.. Roli...

Roli who saw siddhant.. didn't express anything...

She looked around again...

Jamanlal too went near her...

Jamanlal: Roli.. how are you feeling now...

Roli: Pappa... why i am in hospital...

Jamanlal: Roli.. Dont worry.. nothing happened to you...just small injury... thats why under treatment...

Roli: Pappa... my exams nearing...

Jamanlal: Exams!!!

Roli: Pappa.. only 1 week more for my 12th exam pappa.. i need to study...

Siddhant was shocked hearing all these...

Siddhant was thinking.. 12th exam!!! whats happening.. why she is not recognising me...

Jamanlal: Relax now Roli.. You get well first.. lets see other things later...

Roli: Ok pappa...

Siddhant realised.. something is wrong...

He rushed towards doctor...

Siddhant: Doctor.. Roli got her conscious.. but she is not recognising me.. she is talking about 12th std...

Doctor: 12th standard...

Siddhant: Yes doctor.. why she is talking about 5 years back...

Doctor: let me check...

Doctor came to Roli room & checked her...

Doctor went back to his room...

Jamanlal & Siddhant followed him...

Doctor: She lost her memories of past 5 years...

Siddhant: What!!!

Doctor: Yes Mr. Siddhant.. she is struck in the memory of some day 5 years back.. she didn't rememebr anything after that... thats why she is talking about 12th exam...

Jamanlal: So she wont remember her college.. marriage and other things of these 5 years doctor...

Doctor: Yes.. she dont remember...

Siddhant: Wont she remember ever doctor...

Doctor: thats cant be told.. by the head injury.. she lost part of her life memories.. if that cells are repaired inside naturally.. she may get or she may not.. that cant be told...

Siddhant felt upset...

Siddhant: Does this mean she wont recognise me...

Doctor: The bitter truth is yes.. as of now till she get back her memories...

Jamanlal got a smile on his face...

Jamanlal: Thanks Doctor...

Jamanlal rushed towards Roli room...

Siddhant too followed him without understanding.. what can be done...

Roli looked at Siddhant... then towards her father...

Roli: Pappa.. who is this pappa.. why is he coming to my room...

Siddhant felt like thunder fall on his head hearing that...

Siddhant was thinking.. Roli i never thought this day will come in our life that you will forget me...

Jamanlal: I think may be some hospital staff Roli..

Jamanlal words hurt Siddhant more...

Siddhant was thinking.. you are using her memory loss situation to get me out of her life... i wont allow that...

Siddhant went near Roli...

Siddhant: Roli.. i am your husband...

Roli: What??? my husband... are you crazy...

Roli looked at her father...

Roli: Pappa.. what is he talking...

Jamanlal: As you said.. i think he is crazy...

Siddhant: No Roli.. i am telling the truth... I am your husband..

Doctor entered into the room hearing that...

Doctor: Mr. Siddhant... will you please come here...

Siddhant went near him...

Doctor: Mr. Siddhant.. remember she has undergone injury & operation... we should not put pressure to her brain.. if she is not remembering.. give her some time.. i can understand your situation.. but we need to give her time.. you need to wait patiently till such time...

Siddhant stood shocked...

oh my god, what a terrible situation in SID's life!!...n that jamnalal, how he can b so mean n cruel?...poor SID, now what he'll do?one side he has to struggle to set up his business n other side bring back his Roli who is more important...
