For that you need to ask your readers to like your post stating "If You want PMs for my first further update then please like my post. "

And who ever likes the Post update their name in your index stating "PM List "

Create a post in FF Forum

Stating "PM List "

And gather the people who are really interested in reading not those who are silent readers.

I have done this, so thats why I am telling you my way of updating PM list and then copy paste their username in to your index

fan fiction forum because it's a combined FF of 2 serials .

If the story was based on a particular serial or its characters then it's respective forum.

I read the very first chapter that was posted on the first page, first post. Here are some things you could fix:

Grammar
Punctuation
Spelling
Transitioning into flashbacks
Making clear as to who is speaking
Don't make your events too ambiguous. Rather than creating suspense or mystery, you will end up creating a lot of confusion.

hello...I have read a story which has no author that is the author is unknown... it's just written in single part and posted in two parts...this story has been rewritten by many writers...now my question is... can I continue it...it's just of one part with a tragedy end...and I want to write about 10 to 13 parts...so can I write it... ps: I found it on Google not on I-F WEBSITE...
