Sorry, folks, been lolling around all day. I was going to write in the evening and instead spent time rewatching Piku that was playing on TV. Very rarely does Bollywood take a honest and affectionate look at us Bengalis and our affection for poop, so multiple rewatches are the norm.

But I am back to writing and hopefully will post something on Monday night or Tuesday morning-ish 😛

Thank you. I already do write for a living. Except that I write on fashion (but I suppose that is not real writing). This is my first (and possibly last) attempt at writing fiction though. And given how tawdry I am at it, I don't think I should rely on it to put the food on the table 😆

I deliberately left that a little vague tbh because I feel a lot of readers will see characters as black or white.. and I don't want them to be slotted so clearly. Plus bit by bit reveal is my thing 😆 I hope it becomes clearer when we eventually come to the part of physical versus emotional infidelity. Wait for three chapters maybe?

You underestimate yourself too much Radhika - way far better version of Chethna Bhagat..

You broke my heart saying last fiction..we won't leave u after one story..

You know Radhika in many other stories I read , I form opinions about characters or situations much easily but your story, I deliberately don't do it. Because I want to give each character their due prominence as each character feels real just like you and me and not fictional at all. They all are neither black nor white and instead shades of grey just like you and me.

So today if you say they just kissed, my feeling about them will be the same and if you say they had sex I will wait to hear their POV before forming any opinion or judging them.

That's the beauty of your story. It gives a fair chance to everyone without any bias.

I am such a master procrastinators, I feel I will accumulate too much bad juju from impatient readers. Also, I am unable to read any fanfic ever since I started writing, that just seems like an unfair deal.
