Balancing needs is never easy. With marriage there are couples that have a common list and then there are that think the other spouse in really smart.

II and RnB face what all of us working couples do. II works because she loves her job and that is part of her identity. RnB has created his own job and life exactly as he wanted it. Both have worked really hard to give themselves options. Neither of them rested it took the slow route.

Uprooting is never easy.
But when you do uproot and work at life you grow tremendously too.
I wonder who between them is going to do that? The investor or the KMPG employee who is hoping to grow in her company?
Expectations from families are also now altered.. If II was married to Sree Appa would have ensured her visa was done on time for II t go with Sree. KMPG what KMPG? And if RnB was married or dropped anchor with M, I wonder if Sam or Ranjan would have expected anything off him?

They did marry because they simply could not stay away from each other. Either will there will be crushed dreams and compromises. But then much to gain to just being together and finding facets that most married couples can find.

After reading the update why do I feel there will be a short separation.
What can stop our dude going to Paris? I feel for him.
I don't want him to leave Argent company, it his baby. At the same I don't want him to abandon Dilli and everything.

So so real.
Many couple faces this situation in real.
One my of colleague's wife rejected two times US opportunities just because he could not travel with her leaving his job. He was very sad about this and he used tell me she has compromised for him. But later he got an US chance and she left her job and joined him. She couldn't work for next three years because she had to take care of 2 little daughters in foreign land. He was feeling very guilty that she couldn't not work because of him. Finally she started working two months back and he is so relaxed now.

I would say short separation is fine. The long separation is not good for any married couple. One need to compromise, but the one does it is very great!

So what started off over the bring back the sulking II to trying to placate her...she seems yo avoid him...he wants to hold on to her and others who are hurt too...So the weekend is going to be about how wht he doesn't want to blow will indeed...fireworks Dhamaka...
he has to go...she will be weepy...Sam will throw a fit...Tan will offer a logical view...II cause will get strengthened annoying the dude further...await the next...hope it is a longish piece...this seemed a thukkada

Yes to me the updates conjure the metaphor a morning melody and a evening cutcheri...since Nisha calls it Software Symphony i choose to look forward to them as ragas...sometimes when i try to review what i read i use musical terms or from literature point of view i know...thats the only writing i do...i cannot bring fashion or tech images like some of you lovely ladies and Vikas do...:)😊 and reading rereading so sy i so love is the only contribution i make to the group
