Sid seen that Arushi was taken into the ICU as a day passed and Arushi condition is becoming worsen he peeped inside through the glass window seeing for a sign of her coming back into consciousness he felt a hand on his shoulder it was Aarav he said to him

Aa : I can understand what your feelings Sidharth , don't worry

Roshini : Sid !! Just close by there is a church and there is a saying that,In that church if someone puts a wish their wish gets fulfilled !!

Arshi : Yes Sid !! I agree with Roshini Di !! Wishes do get fulfilled over there

Sid goes to the church and lights a candle on the altar and wishes for Arushi to recover soon he sits on the bench just hoping to hear a good news he was thinking

about Arushi her shyness,her beauty, her sweetness he remembered the moments spend with her, the kiss !! He then remembers seeing her getting shot by Shyam and then seeing her in the ICU suddenly he sees Arushi in front of him he went next to her she got disappeared Arushi then came back of him and said : Sid you need to live without me please, a final bye to you ,pecking him on his cheek; I need to go Sid (Sid was in tears and suddenly she went away and shouted Arushi...(it was a dream )

Arshi was sitting outside of Arushi's room and seen a doctor going into Supriya's room and said to her Is Supriya fine !! The doctor replies she is getting a back pain and abdominal bleeding its still on but surely she will be fine within 1 week , it depends upon her body whether she will be able to recover fast from her illness .Arshi was worried for her and for her sis suddenly Arjun caught her hand tight and dragged her towards the wall holding her tight and saying to her You have to repay me for the slap Arshi says to him you deserve the slap and Arjun replying her back . So you even deserve this

i wanna lust you he extends himself to give her a kiss he kisses her brutally pecking on her lips he carresed her ,he then caught her waist and then entering his tongue into hers Arshi was trying to avoid it but during the liplock kiss Arshi was loosing her breathe Arjun breakes the kiss and says to her that now (hisab barabar )everything is settled you slapped me and I kissed you !! Arshi says to him this kiss was not from my will cause I hate you and pushes him and he gets angry on her she replies to Arjun : Your so called Shyam Dad tried to rape me but I slapped him and went away Arjun gets shocked :What !! Did he try to do so !! (Arshi's silence and tears says him everything ) Arjun couldn't take it buy why would he do so then he remembers that he seen Shyam trying to snatch something even though once Arshi left her locket he tried to take it but I came in the right time that day he then understood why Shyam try to do so that , no one can find out who is Arshi and Arushi !! (He was left shocked and Arshi went away crying )

Arushi was loosing breathe and nurse called the doctor to examine her and put for her oxygen mask , In the church Sid was crying suddenly he felt a soft hand touching his shoulder and he taught it was Arushi he turned back and saying Arushi but he realized it was Bubbly

Bubbly : Sid !! I knew you would be here only !! Roshini told me that you are here ,Arushi is loosing out of breathe , go and see her (listening to that Sid went directly to the hospital )He was worried for her the doctor said she is very critical,we can't say anything right now he went and sat next to her he caught her hand

Sid : Arushi please come back to me, I cant live without you meri har saans mein tu basthi hai (In my breathe you only exist )he cried his tear rolled down to his eyes and fell on her hands her hand started to move she slowly opened her eyes and she said in a soft low voice : Sid I.. lo..ve yo..u

Ria : Rahul (Ria's husband) You don't even bother about me na here my kids are suffering , I know am the reason behind it but please dont give me such a punishment Rahul, I know in this 20years what I have gone through ,people talks, society issues , I couldn't even manage to take care of Supriya needs also during this 20years as I lost you Rahul !! Please forgive me and accept me as your wife

Rahul(Ria's husband ) : No I will not do so (hearing this she cried out and went 2 steps away and he caught her hand and said ) I will not make you go far from me Ria that's what I meant !! Even I cannot stay without you .In this 20 years even I felt a burden of being separated from you even I need forgiveness from if I wouldn't accept your sorry that day we would not be in this situation I kept you away just for a misunderstanding , I hate my self for that Ria hugs Rahul and they break their hug

as suddenly Anjali and Rahul (Anjali's husband ) coming to them Anjali says Riaji your husband and my husband names are the same they all 4 laugh Ria says to Anjali there is no need of any confusion to arise we can identify them by faces itself but if we call by names both arise at the same time then it will a confusion (they all smile )

Arushi moved her hand and places on Sid hands I ...am fine ..suddenly she feelings pain on her back, the doctor examined her and found that its because of the wound effect ,the bullet's wound will take time to heal but if regular dressing ,she will be alright soon !!

Khushi couldn't believe that her daughter is come back into consciousness she danced and jumped with joy she swirled Heer Heer smiled that she found Khushi happy after so long Arnav felt happy to see Khushi happy he went next to her and said I did say ,that nothing will happen to our daughter , Khushi's smile paused for a moment when she heard Arnav saying our daughter which even applies to Arshi she cries and lays her head on his shoulder and says our other daughter Arsh's relationship is spoiled I don't why our kids suffering first Aarav and Supriya lost their baby and then Arushi was in coma and then now Arjun and Arshi's relationship is spoiled

Arnav : comeon Khushi , please try to understand I am sure Arjun and Arshi will solve their problems by their own self and regarding Supriya and Aarav they will also solve their problems and live a happy life ahead !!!!hmm(with a cough) Heer and Prem interuppted them and they all smiled

Prem : Well are kids will surely be together and do romance but what about romance towards our wifes (all 4 of them smiled )!!
