its seem that arnav learn khushi importance after she was hospitalised
in past he seem to be rude with her
how did khushi reach in this condition
i think it will be difficult for khushi to see arnav this side

What a beautiful concept. Sounds like ASR did not learn the value of his wife till she was ill and in hospital and then started his atonement and redemption.
