Curling his lips, Shyam shot him a dark look "I thought you were stronger than this, Arnav. I thought you knew better than to break your own daughter's heart."

"Don't you dare tell me what to do, Shyam." Arnav growled, his fists clenched tight.

With his eyes taking in a mocking glint, Shyam replied sarcastically "Why shouldn't I? Will you stop talking to me or something? You know what you are, a coward. A f**king coward."

Okay, I know the teaser sounds like more trouble brewing in but it won't. In fact, the next update will change the direction of the story totally.

How? Wait to know about it. Update will be posted tomorrow or day after that.

Firstly apologies for the very very late reply to the previous chapter. But thank you so much for mentioning me in the previous chapter!! 🤗

Ok, Khushi chose the 'greater-good cause' over her own & two other love-ridden souls. But once she cages Vikrant Chaudhry, then what? Will she go on hunting people like him and come to think of it the whole world is full of such people and it is going to take more than one life time to bring every such Vikrant Chaudhry to justice!!

Agreed she can be under peace that she had done some good to the society, but can she come clean to her own conscious that she never did anything wrong? In my opinion Never!

And Arnav?? Yes he felt betrayed that he had been kept away from the harsh facts by his brother. The efforts he put in to save his twin and her daughter was really commendable but now when he sees his efforts going down the drain, he just decides to stay away? Yes he cant make his sister see his POV and at the same time there is the pressing issue to safe guard Manyata as well, but running away from the situation will not help! What if the secrets he has guarded so well all these years comes out in light even if he shifts his base? Does he think that it will really help?

Someone please shrug these two stubborn mules by shoulders and make them see senses.
