Am sorry but am not too sure I like Estella. Her and tom? :( I have always been disappointed with rowling's romantic pairings and if these two are going to hook up, am not too sure I like your pairing either:(

Oh, I am sorry you don't like her 😛 But you're not the only one, Harry doesn't like her either 😉😊 Well, she's a bright girl, you may never know what she has in store for Tom and everyone else 😛 And may be her and Tom actually happens, and may be it does not, only time will tell 😊 In the meantime, I hope you can bear with her 😛😃

Harry and Tom entered Harry's office to find Ginny, Ron and Hermione already sitting there waiting for them.

"Tell us everything. What actually happened?" Harry asked the moment they had settled down.

"Riddle came to Private drive." Tom started as everything that had happened to him flashed by his eyes. "Everything happened as we had planned it to happen. He took me to his dwelling. You won't believe where Malfoy's kept him all these years."

"Where?" Harry asked.

"The Malfoy's Manor."

"That's impossible, it's impenetrable." Ron answered. He had tried raiding it several times with the best of aurors in the initial years after Voldemort's exile but no one not even Harry had been successful in penetrating it.

"To everyone else, not to us, I and Riddle." All four of Harry, Ron, Hermione and Ginny exchanged looks.

"You went inside?" Hermione asked excitement flooding her.

Tom smiled. "Yes. I did, and so did Riddle and Malfoy and a host of Deatheaters already stood guard inside. It's the power of the Dark Mark, I believe. It still exists."

Harry shook his head. "How's that possible, Tom? You and Riddle don't have the mark, and if someone with the Dark Mark could penetrate it, why did Malfoy give up on his family heirloom?"

"Maybe, because he wanted the place deserted. Think of it, you all gave up on it in a matter of years, then, he could be in and out of it unseen very easily. Why would he let anyone penetrate it if it gave safe haven to Riddle? And I think, Riddle and I have the power of the Mark inside us, in our blood, perhaps, because I did go inside."

"So, you knew who the servant was before you had seen him, then, what gave you away?"
Hermione asked.

"Malfoy." Tom and Harry both replied at the same time.

"Malfoy came here to hand me the profiles of the applicants for the vacant posts after Tom had left. He must have told Riddle about me being alive." Harry proceeded.

"Yeah, he did. When Riddle didn't believe him he showed him his mind and I stood there watching along with Riddle. I knew I had been made."

"Then?"

"Well, I had already been cornered so I thought I should try to persuade Riddle to stop all this. I tried that and made him angrier. He tortured me, stabbed me and sent me back to Private Drive with Malfoy."

"Not that anyone is complaining, mate, but why didn't he kill you?" Ron asked as all 5 of them sniggered. Atmosphere lightened immediately. Tom smiled.

"I don't know. He's simply reluctant to. Sometimes, even I wish he would just get it done and over with already, but here I am, not that anyone's complaining." He winked at

Ron as they all laughed out. Harry summoned drinks and glasses for them all. He served them himself, they all needed to relax. The past 24 hours had been so tensed everyone needed to take a deep breath and sit back for a while.

"Tom..." Ginny started but hesitated. No one wanted to ask him what she was going to because none of them wanted him to relive the ordeal he had been through but they had to know Riddle's intentions. What was he up to?

When Ginny didn't speak for a moment longer, Tom looked up at her then into her eyes. He knew what she wanted to ask him but she couldn't bring herself to. She wanted to know
why Riddle had stabbed him? Why hadn't he just cursed him or removed his memory if
Malfoy's secret was so very important to him. He looked at everyone else and saw more or
less the same questions lingering their minds too. He decided to save them the trouble.

"Riddle has no concern for anyone, not even Malfoy. He didn't care Malfoy's secret was
revealed, neither did he care about the consequences of it. But he has, as of an habit of old, enjoyed mocking me time and again. He had challenged me the night he attacked you, to save you if I could. Last night, he wanted to render me as helpless as a muggle, because that's what he thinks I have become. That, he believes is the mockery I deserve for not pursuing his ways and for betraying him." He stopped and gulped down. The torment he had been through last night had been nothing compared to knowing that Riddle had done all of that simply to mock him.

"How do you know...for sure?" Hermione asked rather alarmed.

Tom had himself been surprised at this, but somehow, Riddle kept his mind open to him, or maybe he let him know what he knew would be a cause of suffering to him. "I don't know why he does it, but Riddle keeps a part of him open to me, Or maybe, it happens naturally. Maybe our minds are so connected that we can hide only what we intend to, the rest remains unhidden."

"If he doesn't care about Malfoy then what is it he's after? Is it just revenge?" Harry asked.

"He's after immortality and rule over all. You could call him another Dark Lord in the making. He would appreciate it."

Harry didn't need to ask anymore. The glint of Red in Riddle's eyes had made it plain that he had chosen a dark road for himself, perhaps, the one Voldemort had chosen.

"What are you going to do now?" Tom asked looking at Harry.

"I want all of your counsel on this." Harry answered. "What do you think, Tom? Can we afford an attack on the Manor?"

Tom had seen about a dozen Deatheaters, there was Malfoy and there was Riddle. They could be outnumbered but the real concern was penetrating the Manor. "May be, but how are you planning on penetrating it?" He asked rather suspicious of Harry's intentions and his doubts came true when Harry answered him.

"You can penetrate it, you can take a team inside, can't you?"

Tom sighed. "Yes, I can but I won't."

All four of Harry, Ron, Hermione and Ginny stared at him.

"Why?" Hermione asked rather harshly.

Tom turned to her and for the first time in his life revealed the fear that had lingered him for all his life. "Because I don't want anyone to know that I am the Dark Lord's son! The Malfoy Manor is a legend in history, an impenetrable fortress, do you think no one will bother asking if someone stands up and says I can penetrate it. Questions of how and since when and what-not may arise. Questions that will most certainly lead to the revelation of my relation to the Dark Lord."

"May be we won't have to tell them that." Ron said cautiously.

"Then what will you tell them? Who else can penetrate it?"

"If it really is the power of the Dark Mark, then a Deatheater can. All we need to do is find one." Ginny said.

"I am still at a loss about the Dark Mark." Harry said. "Malfoy tried penetrating the Manor on order of the Ministry and he couldn't lie because we were all there."

"Perhaps, Riddle has redone the spell." Tom suggested. "That way when Malfoy had not been able to penetrate the Manor previously, he can do it now."

"In that case, deatheaters who have not had the spell redone won't be able to penetrate it, the ones in Azkaban and those who can are with Riddle and Malfoy." Ron said.

"But Malfoy can penetrate it, you can corner him like that, compel him to have another go at it." Tom suggested getting all four of their irritated stares.

"Don't you understand, Tom?! Malfoy, cannot be compelled anymore. He's the head of the Law Enforcement Department at the MInistry of Magic! 20 years ago things were quite different, now, however, Malfoy is as much respected as Harry! Suggesting that he is involved in any of this would mean suggesting Harry's involvement in bringing the Dark Lord back, which is quite impossible!" Hermione fumed.

"That leaves us with only you." Ron said.

Tom gulped down.

They all understood his fears but he was their only option. Harry spoke. "Look, we can't convince everyone of Malfoy's disloyalty yet, but the Minister will understand. With his help we might be able to expel him from the Ministry but even that might prove hard. In any case, it is important that we capture Malfoy red handed and hopefully with Riddle so things can be explained properly. For such a thing to happen, we have to invade the Manor with Aurors and catch Malfoy there so we can prove everything true. Once, Malfoy has been captured preferably with Riddle, we can put an end to this."

Tom sighed. "What exactly are you going to tell the Minister?"

"Everything." Ron answered.

"And do you think he'll just let me off if he finds out who I am?" He asked looking at each of them in turn.

"He'll have my word of confidence in you." Harry replied after a moment.

Tom smiled exposing all 32 of his teeth. "Like you had Dumbledore's word of confidence in me?"

"What do you mean?" Dumbledore put in from his portrait.

"Should you ask me that?" Tom asked turning to him. "Didn't you ever try to convince Harry of my innocence? Didn't you ever try to tell him I had nothing to do with Neville's and Hannah's deaths?"

Dumbledore bore his eyes into Tom's. He had understood. He turned to Harry. "I think he's right, Harry."

"About what?" Harry asked quite confused now.

"No matter what your word is, Bolt's reaction to the information that Voldemort has a son, who can penetrate the Manor that had been Voldemort's Head Quarters at the height of his power, would be in the first instance to convict him for the happenings in the past 4 years. Your conclusions about those happening had led you to doubt Tom, what makes you think Bolt will not do the same?"

All four of Harry, Ron, Hermione and Ginny sat stumped.

"Well, then, we'll keep the whole truth from everyone. No one needs to know about Tom's relation to Voldemort but everyone knows he has extraordinary powers. He can do what many are incapable of. Perhaps, that could justify how he can penetrate the Manor?" Harry said after a moment.

Everyone looked rather considerate of this option. "There's one more thing." Tom said getting all of their attention. "It'll be very dangerous going in there even with aurors. The place is very well protected. No apparitions in or out, the gates are the only way in and out of that place. If we were ever to get overpowered escaping would not be an option open to us. I would be the only one who could get out on my own, the rest will need me to take them outside by hand. If things get out of out control chances of escaping will be nil."

They hadn't thought of this. "He's right, Harry." Ron said. "Riddle can overpower an entire team of aurors on his own."

"I can overpower him." Harry replied.

"But you can't save everyone." Tom argued.

"And I won't be alone, Tom. I want you with me on this."

Tom stood up. "I will not lead everyone into danger knowing there won't be a chance to escape if need so demands!"

Tom knew he wasn't ready to take on Riddle. He couldn't do it last night, he wouldn't be able to do it ever. Harry will be one against him all alone and Riddle had been able render Harry wandless the last time too. If everything went wrong what would they do?

"Then what do you suggest?" Harry asked standing up too as Ron, Hermione and Ginny followed him.

"We wait for them to come out of the Manor. If we can corner them somewhere we ourselves don't get confined in, I think we can take them."

They all listened patiently. After a moment Harry broke the ice. "Very well, we'll discuss it later. Tomorrow, all 5 of us are going to the Ministry of Magic to see Bolt. On the last day of the Christmas Holidays we have a meeting with a group that you are yet unaware. I wish to introduce you to that circle. It is called the Dumbledore's Army." Dumbledore winked at him from his portrait. "We had all best be prepared for it all."
