This update was really emotional. The spoken and unspoken understanding that they have of each other's emotions just tugged at my heart strings. Their texts said a lot more than the words themselves. These are such complex yet forbidden emotions for them both.

In his grief on Halloween night when his memories were threatening to overcome his self control and tempting him to drown his sorrows in drinking...he calls her...reaches out to her and yet keeping in mind her wishes...he hangs up. But she understood...struggled with herself and called him back. He does not pick up but texts her to say he is okay. How much more attuned can they get than this?

As for his memories of his son on previous Halloween, just broke my heart. This is a loss that a parent never gets over, never forgets,...the little baby sounded so cute.

Loved the last part where they came face to face...beautifully drawn scene and I could visualize every detail. she brings up Arav and upon seeing his grief, she herself tries to comfort him and they hug...awww...when will you update again? Soon...please?

Perfection! That is the only words to describe your writing.

The range of emotions I felt reading your update was amazing.
I loved the way you took us into Arnav & Khushi's minds. We really got to see what was going on through the passage of time.

I had a feeling that Arnav had lost his son, but now that you confirmed it for me, my heart just broke for him. That scene between Khushi & Arnav was the reason I love you as a writer. It couldn't have been written better! 👏

I hope Arnav opens up to Khushi and she is able to help him heal.

Read it again and again Jenny..it's so touching imagining Arnav Aarav conversation..my heart bleeds for Arnav..as much as I want to read the next update, I fear reading about Aarav's demise..its so difficult for you to write and for us to read..

Brilliant, absolutely brilliant...take a bow...you hit the chord with this update.

It was so emotionally that you can feel their pain. You felt the pain of parent losing a child, which no should ever have to go through. Poor Arnav and Lavanya who had to go through that, my heart breaks for them. With just the little flashbacks you can see that father and son had a great bond.

You feel the pain of Khushi and Arnav not being able to express their love to one another.

The relationship they share is one where words are not needed. From the text, the phone call and when he shows up, they both can feel each other's presence and feelings. Hoping that he share's his pain with Khushi as she has put her hand out. Their relationship will start with a great foundation as friends. Think she can help him overcome the pain.

Loved it, Jenny...thank you for sharing this wonderful story with us!
