It is 24 hours since I read this update and the pull is still intact. The way you had put forth that unexpected question from Khushi and his reaction towards it was so rightfully emotional without being loud.
I was reminded of the scene in IPK where Arnav talks about his mother's suicide to Khushi following the Aaja piya song. That was one of my most favorite scene in IPK for the subtlety of Arnav's reaction and her silent comforting and very soothing hug. And Jen the way you have described this excels the IPK version of showing the vulnerable aching man carrying irreparable grief. I am not exaggerating while I tell you that this fiction n it's characters feels so real and not just a story for the pain n happiness that it spreads is so very real!!!!! Thanks again for writing it out so beautifully.
