The Dadi fiasco is one such thing, I've always been baffled by the extreme hatred of Dadi towards Khushi. Although Arnav tried to stop her, he had his limitations. But I must admit that he did find a balance between thwarting Sumitra and maintaining deference.

The same cannot be said about Anjali's miscarriage. It was cruel and absolutely unnecessary. So a thumbs up on changing that one. Also, a refreshing change to see Anjali side with Khushi against Dadi.

Khushi's desperation when he gave her the papers was heart wrenching to read. That bewilderment she was feeling so well brought out.

I liked the way Anjali responded to the revelation. Seeing beyond the pain of her own betrayal. For all that she spent her life wearing rose tinted glasses, she was a fair person. Even right at the beginning when Khushi had come with the sarees, Anjali had wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, when Mamiji said all the sarees were probably damaged like the one Mamiji herself had made holes in.

Arnav really should have made more of an effort to find out about her fiance. As you showed, a few questions, a little bit of poking around was all it took to get to the truth. His repentance was there, but the reparation broke her heart further. His not coming through unscathed either.
