Around 7:00 PM Shree and Navika reached the venue. Shree had already booked a table for a candle-light dinner.
Navika gave him a sports watch. Though she didn't know much about the gadgets, but still she managed to buy one for him and he was impressed by her choice.
After dinner they went to beach for a quiet walk.
Shree couldn't believe he was in love. All he had in life was is obsession for gadgets and his quest for the latest technologies. There was a time when he used to spend hours learning how to hack websites, learning new ways to crack the difficult security systems keep him self updated about the latest technologies and in leisure time his gaming console was his companion.
His birthday never used to be a special for him. If he visited his home town Kolkata, his mom would make his favourite dishes for him and pamper him. But if in Mumbai, he never did anything special for himself.
But this year his life had changed. Navika entered his life. And Shree, who used to crib about work load in ETF was now thankful to it because this is where he met his soul mate.

He remembered the moment when he saw Navika for the first time. He was amused by her pink glasses but after knowing her, he was really impressed and admired her. And he didn't know when this admiration converted into love and a strong relationship which was to last forever.

Navika's state was no different. As a forensic expert, she had excelled in her career. But she was always scared of marriage. He sister's husband had burnt alive for dowry and that incident still haunted her. Whenever there were talks of her marriage in her family and the boy's family demanded dowry, her parents used to get sceptical. They gave a lot of money as dowry to their first daughter, but still they lost their daughter. They didn't want to repeat this and hence they were facing problems in getting her marriage fixed. And after all this Navika asked them to stop thinking about her marriage and they were worried about her.
But after meeting Shree, she knew he is the right guy for her. He knew about her past and understood her situation. But she was still thinking about this relationship. She wanted to meet his parents and get acceptance from them too and wanted her parents to accept him. And she was waiting for Sameer and Annu's wedding for this. But somewhere deep down her heart she knew she loved him. She had made up her mind and she was waiting for the right moment to express her love.
And she also knew once she committed to him, she will always be with him. She always dreamt of a sweet home for her family to be with and her dream was soon going to come true.

Shree had understood her silent approval and tried his best to make her comfortable and not force anything on her.
He dropped her home and headed back to his place.

Next day. Wednesday. 29th May 2013
There was no emergency case reported so team was just chitchatting. Riya was teasing both Shree and Navika asking about their dinner date and both were silent and blushing.
They saw Chhotu coming out of Sameer's cabin and decided to tease Chhotu. But they didn't know about Mona and Chhotu's confession.
Riya: Chhotu!!! bahut dino se ek baat poochhni thi... poochhoon kya?
Chhotu: Aise kyun bol rahi ho Riya... Poochho na
Riya: wo tumne Mona ke bare mein kya socha?
Chhotu blushed and smiled and Riya, Shree and Navika notice this. Earlier he used to get scared when she was mentioned in any talks.
Chhotu(tries to escape): Wo mujhe ek khabri se milne jaana hai ... ek drug deal ke bare mein kuch informtion nikalwani hai ... mai jaata hoon
Shree(blocks his way): ahannn Chhotey!!! humse bhaag raha hai ... tujhe kya lagta hai... hum tujhe aise hi jane denge... sach bata ...
Riya: Chhotu ... waise mere paas ek andar ki khabar hai... bataun?
Chhotu(shrugs): batao...
Riya: Rathod sir Mona ki shadi ke barey mein soch rahey hain ... aur uske liye rishta dhundh rahey hain ...
Chhotu(knew the truth and he smiles): To ??... ismein mai kya kar sakta hoon?
Navika: arrey buddhu ram ... wo Mona ki shadi kisi aur se karwa denge ... fir tumhara kya?
Chhotu(carelessly): tum logo ki bakwas khatam ho gayi ho to ab mai jaaun?
Riya, Shree and Navika were confused at Chhotu's changed behaviour. They expected him to panic and get scared, but he was cool. In fact he was blushing and smiling.
He turns to leave goes a few steps ahead and then turns back and gives them a surprise.
Chhotu: Aur haan Riya ... ye tum bhi janti ho ki wo "andar ki khabar" ye nahi nahi ki Rathod sir Mona ke liye ladka dhundh rahey hain ... balki khabar ye hai ki unhone Mona k liye ladka pasand kar liya hai ... par dusri andar ki khabar... jo tum nahi janti... wo ye hai ki us ladke ne bhi Mona ko pasand kar liya hai ... Aur Rathod sir ko bhi ye baat pata hai (winks)
Riya, Shree and Navika are baffled and before they could realize what Chhotu meant, Chhotu sprinted away smiling and waving his hand at them.
