loved it

their social differences keep getting bought up reminding both of them of change between the past and present

Khushi felt something different in the hug yesterday like Arnav and thats the main reason she is keeping her distance

What a wonderful chapter.. Now he is trying to amend his mistakes, she is refusing to kindle the light of their friendship for the fear of something else. I just loved the chapter.

Congrats on New thread!

Nice update.

At first it was Arnav who was backing off,while Khushi was all for reviving their friendship.But now after the hug she is acutely aware of her feelings and more so the status drives wedge between them.

I can understand from where Arnav comes from.Slowly he is been made to face the social barriers.Like in the update it was mami who brought in status and difference betn. Master and servant.

I am liking the pace of the story.:D

I feel like I should give Arnav a hard shake!!! That boy needs to wake up and see reality. He thinks he is making amends but does he understand the reason...

Khushi after giving him a earful of their friendship 15 years ago, and after the hug, says they are a different class and status... hmmm... but she is right after all!!! She will be the one left behind when he returns to London after Anjali's wedding... (that's what it seems like to her now)!

I just finished reading the first 10 chapters and want to tell you how much I love this story. The best friends are so adorable in the childhood years. Khushi specially tugs at my heart strings with her fate and I am smiling every time at how she finds her happiness in life and how that is always connected with Arnav. The childhood scenes are reminding me of myself and my cousins in summer holidays. So familiar!!!!! We too stayed with our Dadi...beautiful memories of lazy summer days where all we worried about was...when is the next meal and what will be the menu and when will the Kulfi and ice vendor come by and finding our own amusements.

I can imagine the the situation that caused him to feel the guilt and pull away from her 15 years ago and can only say that her pain that she is hiding has to be a lot more intense given what I am imagining based on what you have alluded to. Khushi's lonely vigil for her best friend to return just made me cry my eyes out as I read. The hug made me think that they have both come home...literally and figuratively.

Now in adulthood when they meet, there is a chasm between them consisting of physical and emotional distances as well us societal influences. I love Ranvijay as the catalyst to propel Arnav into some self realizations. They are both struggling between what the heart wants and what the head dictates. Now that Khushi has realized that they can not be bet friends in adulthood, what will she do...will she try to put distance between them?

What is Dadi thinking and seeing. will she play cupid?

Are we going to get Khushi's perspective since so far the story has been Arnav's perspective?

Love the pace of the story and the detailed characterizations.

both missed eachother..and how much is shown

thru this hug...😳

unknown feeling towards khushi

i didnt liked the way naani n maami insulted

khushi...eventhough naani was right at the

point

so khushi started a feeling aftr the hug...

and this s the reason of avoiding arnie...

arnie too left in anger...

what will happen...in upcoming...

will arnie get khushi...?

ranvijay n daadi may play a part in bringing

arshi together...

waiting for futher parts..

Congrats on the new thread! Yay another update! This story keeps getting better and better. Poor Khushi. She's scared to get close to him again and I guess I don't blame her. Arnav will leave her and she will have to deal with that pain all over again. That hug definitely sparked an attraction towards each other. I wonder what's going to happen now. Can't wait to read the next part!
