khushi is getting mature physically and arnav is attracted towards her and now he is trying very hard to control himself around her

Rage really blinds a man.. and in this case this is what is happening to Arnav.. I really hope that he doesn't do something he regrets a lit later on..

And Khushi.. sometimes I really wish she's sent away somewhere to complete her education and she returns much more groomed.. but maybe that's not how the story is based.. none of it is her faulty.. I hope Arnav realises this too
