Wow beautiful story K !!! In such a short story you conveyed so many emotions . Khushi's anger for her loss , her sense of betrayal from Arnav , her pain that was still lodged in her heart in what she assumed that Arnav let her go easily without any fight . Jay was a small boy with such immense wisdom that you are left floundering . And Arnav made his impact with just two words . That's it . Just because you do not voice out your pain does not mean you are not feeling it . It means that you are silently suffering it so that you can be a strength to your partner .

Lovely one - Some articulate what they feel, some are unable to, but that doesn't define the extent or depth of your sorrow or love but sometimes, I guess words are necessary!

This was so beautiful. With the 7 yr old Jay having so much understanding and sensibility of relations was refreshing and good. Arnav never forgot his promise to take care of her. I loved this about him. Reading about a giving Arnav than taking is a rarity. Combining it with rain which for some can remind about the bitter past and for some beautiful dreams was superb.
Totally loved it.
