(Rose is at work...prerna calls her)

prerna: rose?
rose: yes mum?
prerna: rose..i need you home now..
rose: but mum..
prerna: erm..that sort of voice doesn't sound good...plz..tell me that you can come...
rose: mum...right now..is not a good time..i got a lot of work..
prerna: but beta..its your wedding...
rose: mum..plz..
prerna: try to...for me..
rose: ok..i'll come home at lunchtime...yeah?
prerna: ok..

(puts down the phone)

(rose's friend priyanka..notices something)

priyanka: so..rose..howz dan?
rose: fine..
priyanka: are you ok?
rose: i'm always ok..(tries to smile)
priyanka: even yur smile is hesitant...erm...rose...howz yur wedding preparations with daniel going/
rose: erm..about that...dnaiel is getting married to someone else..
priyanka(shocked): what?
rose: first time..i have loved someone..and he cant be mine..
priyanka(hugging her): hey..dear..it gonna be ok..for some reason..i feel that one day you will get together..
rose: how? i'm getting married to ansh...
priyanka(appalled): what? him?!
rose: yeah...on friday...this friday...
priyanka: one day..you and daniel will get together...i know it..
rose: i hope you are right..although chances seem impossible...i have to go..
priyanka: ok..give my regards to yur family..
rose: sure..

(rose comes home)

tulsi: hey rose..i got this beautiful white dress for you..
(rose takes a look at it...it has a sleevless shirt..with beads and silk skirt..)

rose(trying 2smile): its nice..erm...
tulsi: and this is..for renuka...(a white dress with a fluffy white skirt and sleeveless shirt)
rose: thats nice..i'm sure..she'll like it..

(looks around and sees the house decorated..rose quickly gets the shivers)

(kavya, karan and vikram come down)

vikram: erm..mum...hogaya..the decorations are done..and tomorrow..the wedding!
renuka: i cant wait!
rose: Escstatic!
kavya: erm..anyways..rose..erm...daniel needed help..(winks at kashish..kashish smiles back)
rose: what?
kashish: yeah..just a bit..if thats ok..tulsi aunty?
tulsi: sure..why not?
rose: ok..

(rose goes up)

kavya: Hi Five..kashish..(both give each other one..and smile)
vikram: thats the begining...i bet when they're upstairs...they will cheer up

(daniel is in his room..sorting out his bag..unpacking his clothes)

daniel: is that you...karan? karan..i..(looks up and sees its rose)
daniel(surprised): rose? thats a surprise..erm..
rose: erm...you ok?
daniel: yeah..i'm always ok...erm..so..what brought this on?
rose: kavya said you needed help..
daniel: help? oh yeah..i needed help with unpacking..back from the air base..and..erm..well..its ok..no need..
rose: o..its ok..i can help you..
daniel: rose..really..
rose: as a friend...
(both hurting over..as rose said this)

daniel: course..(tries to smile)

(rose and daniel were about to pick up the same shirt..their hands touch each other's)

rose: sorry..i'll put this in there..(places the shirts in the wardrobe)
daniel: thanks..
rose: no worries..and..erm..see you later..(smiles)
daniel: yeah..(smiles)

(but then..kavya calls up to daniel)

kavya: dan?
daniel: yeah?
kavya: someone's here to meet you..
daniel: who?
kavya: yug..mittal..remember?
daniel: oh no..
rose: who's yug mittal?
daniel: i'm in trouble..
rose: why?
daniel: a friend of mine..i'm supposed to go and welcome him...i completely forgot..
rose: oops!
daniel: you will back me up..wont you?
rose: hey..erm..course i will..

(daniel gives a quick hug to her..to rose's surprise..and both run downstairs)

daniel: yug!
yug: Daniel Virani..?
daniel: how are you?
yug: you call me here in London..and you completely forget about me..
daniel: i was busy..
yug: how can you be busy? unless you were..(sees rose behind him): unless you were busy with yur favourite journalist here..
(drags rose out of where she was earlier)

daiel: erm..yug..you are getting itall wrong...she's my friend..
yug(whispers): is that rose?
daiel: yes..
yug: oh then..you should have told me..rose..nice to meet you..
rose: nice to meet you too..(shaking hands)

(karan and diya come down..)

karan: erm..yug..isnt it?
yug: yep..and..you alright karan?
karan: yeah..and meet my wife..Diya Virani..
yug: oh..diya..pleasure to meet you..dan tells me..that karan talks about you all day long..
karan: dan!
daniel: dont believe him..
yug: come on..lets meet yur other family..ad we will talk..abouyt yur wedding...

(yug meets the others..and is talking to daniel in his room)

daniel: well..erm..i was going to get married to rose..but..erm..now i'm not..
yug: how come?
daniel: its been set with renuka now..that girl with the long hair..
yug(dissappointed): oh her?
daniel: yep..
yug: what about rose?
daniel: her and ansh..tomorrow..
yug: tomorrow?
daniel: yes..tomorrow..me and renuka will get married as well..and thats not only my wedding..but my funeral too..
yug: oi! dont say that..
daniel: its true..i was lookign forward to my life with rose..her and me..andno-one else...looking forward to those mornings..where i would wake up to see her face..first thing..but..thats all being taken away..
yug: listen..talk to yur parets..
daniel: no use..believe me..
yug: hey..but one day...you and rose will be together..and i'm never wrong..
daniel: really? i just want rose to be happy...thats all

(later..in the evening..the two families gathered together)

mihir: so..erm..is everything ok?
anurag: everything is fine..the music has been sorted..and..the hall is prepared..food is ok..everything..but..
prerna: the grooms and brides need rest for tomorrow..erm..rose? and renuka?
rose: yes?
prerna: why dont you go home? ad take renuka with you?
rose: ok..come on..renuka..
(yug gets up)
yug: bye..rose..(whispers to daniel): say bye..
daniel: bye..

(renuka says bye..and smiles...rose smiles too...and waves bye..)

kavya: is that it?
kashish: what?
kavya(whispers): smile..a wave..and thats it?
kashish: its too late..now..but..
kavya: what?
kashish: nothing

(rose and renuka reach home)

renuka: oh..i'm so excited about tomorrow..
rose: i know..you have been saying that for so long
renuka: i love daniel..
rose(thinking): me too
renuka: rose?
rose: what? (folding her arms across her chest)
renuka: do you think daniel loves me?
rose: how should i know? yur fiancee..isnt he?
(rose leaves)
renuka: he loves you..unfortunately..(tears coming in her eyes): i can never forgive you for that..rose! Wait till yur wedding night..tomorrow! (evil grin spreads across her face)

(daniel and ansh go upstairs)

daniel: goodnight ansh
ansh: erm..dan..tell me something...what is rose like?
daniel: why are you asking me that?
ansh: since you know her so well..
daniel: rose? more beautiful than the flower rose itself..more than the moon..and..anyways..i'm tired..goodnight..(gets in his bed and pulls the covers over his head..and whispers to himself "goodnight my rose")

(and over at the sinha house..rose pulls the covers over herself..and whispers "goodnight my daniel")
