Hey Krani and Rae

I am totally with you guys .This has become like a menace in the IF . I started reading the stories almost when the serial got ended and got addicted to them . I am one of the readers who has missed on some of the best stories half way through reading them because most of the authors have taken it off the forum and used restricted blogs . That included rae's best works . Then I knew her only as AngelTeen . I could not even make myself ask her to give access to her blog as it was wrong in so many levels and totally respected her privacy . I can name some other authors whose stories I have left half way through . But just don't want to take names . No one knows whom to trust anyone anymore .

Because of some people seeking cheap thrills , people like us miss out on some of the best stories on the forum and the blogs also . So this is an awesome and a wonderful initiative by you guys . All the best guys !!!!! I am with you .

I support u guys.
I am a reader, not a writer. As a reader i too feel sad and helpless. when my favorite writers story get plagiarized. i feel apprehensive for all the fictions i read, if their story gets plagiarized, the writer may move her/his work to restricted blog or stop writing the story. because of some coward and shameful people, the writers and loyal readers have to suffer.

There are many post against plagiarism, hope I-F Admins listen to u guys, and take a strict action against plagiarism.

I am in for the cause...when we write our fan fictions..they are our intellectual property ...I completely agree to your motto...

Wrongfully sharing someone's work without their permission or/and without giving a proper credit to them is infringement of copyright and posting someone else's work as your own counts as plagiarism - both of which are WRONG.

Few of the instances have come to our notice when such members are posting ether's storied on IF and Mods are not ready to take any actions as they have made FEW changes in the original story..which is NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Copying someones work is similar to theft of someones belonging...IT IS A CRIME..

Thanks for the post Krani and Rae ..Its a much needed initiative

I am a reader who often feels frustrated when I can't finish reading a story I like or the work of a writer I admire just because somebody wants their two minutes of fame by copying and pasting somebody else's hard work in their name. These people don't realise that this is stealing. Hope something is one to resolve this issue and the perpetrators of this kind of crime are punished.

i have joined IF a few days ago. I have heard about plagarising. Those people should really be punished. I mean every story is the writers hardwork and surely they would feel cheated. Yes it is true that by restricting there stories till a small group, new members wouldnt get oppurtunity to apperciate their works. But if it would help in this problem i would surely recommend it and would support in any ways possible. If it is possible you should tell us what should we do to gain your trust.

I just don't understand what (creative??) satisfaction people get by projecting somebody else's work as their own!!
It's plain stealing and I hate these people so much! because innocent and loyal readers like (who just follow FFs) have to bear the brunt!
