Its just that some friends went for outing and their due to some situations they all were forced to spend a night in a cottage,which was haunted and their they all come cross to supernatural things

Also more:

creaking floor board

Leaky taps

People being possessed

Glass breaking

Messages on walls

Things bursting into fire

Musical instruments start playing

Some strange people who might come to warn them

No signal

Phone lines cut

Freaky weather like lots of wind and window shutters banging

Hey I need a help.. Can someone help em with a horror story? I mean I want to write a horror story but I don't know how to create a story line and what all can be the scenes...pls help

Have never tried it, atleast you must be having some idea about how or which type of horror story you wanna write?

Scenes can be detailed like by having suspense, dark scenes, or situations in dark nights/forests.

Is it a love story too?

Rish is always behind love stories. Anyways, yeah, if it is a horror story then the detailing must be given top priority. You should use the weather, the windows and literally everything behaving in an abnormal way to get the eerie feel.

Yes detailing must consist good synonyms and stuff like that to add a feel of suspense and horror
