I have a strange question, if someone wanted someone to read their whole work to give feedback where would they go? I know beta readers do this but they only accept a small amount and with conditions. I am thinking specifically if a writer wanted someone to read their whole piece and then give feedback on how to improve. Where would someone find/ who would someone ask? Does anyone know? I think you can ask fellow writers to help you. If you send your work to someone who writes they'd be able to do that.
