hi ! it was a very nice update and i loved how arnav took that step...the ff looks like it is set in the dark grey cloudy monsoon season and i can also picture the traffic and crowds. hope you update bigger and sooner!

Wow, really hope Lavanya is a true friend and genuinely wants to help Khushi regain some normalcy. The fact that Payal will be working at the orphanage leads me to hope the sisters will talk soon, is this part of Lavanya's plan too? Her request to be called La kind of reaffirmed my faith in her. Arnav helped her cross the road, is this their first step in talking, he told her he would let her know when he is ready, is this a sign. Crossing a busy road is a frightening feat add the noise and its like trying to run away from the maddening crowd, but sometimes you just cannot.

I have never been able to glide through anything! I am the one that gets honked at for crossing!

Lovely chapter! I am glad Lavanya introduces khushi to this aspect of thier lives, it will give her a chance to divert her energies and mind!

I am trying not got my hopes to high.. with this street crossing incident with arnav, there are alot of unanswered questions in between them!

i wanted more of Lavanya's interaction, be with it anywho.this girl has more potential.

is it just coincident or Lavanya is trying to patch up between two sisters by inviting Khushi for evening classes as well.

whats with Arnav gliding Khushi through traffic...is it symbolic that Arnav will be the one to guide her in the mess she has undauntedly created.

Hey!

I just read this fic and am overwhelmed. This is good. Really good.
K's actions, 7 years ago, seem not only impulsive but irrational for now. But this is only till wedon't know her side of exact story. Not trying to be judgmental, I've a feeling whatever led to her decision could have been avoided or dealt in a better way. I wonder if she tried speaking to Arnav or clarifying things then.

Akash has become another mystery all together. Does Arnav has no idea about him as well? Was the truth related to K and Akash?

Arnav thinks he tried to block out K and their memories all this time. How? By trying to switch from non-veggie to veggie? Quite a hypocrite, is he now? I feel for him. Surely being left waiting at the wedding, a love one at that, is painful, much more than we can think of!

My heart goes out to Payal. For everything that she has been through. It is like K left to run away from her sufferings choosing to leave them for her family.

La seems a darling. Very sweet, upfront and caring. What she did for Payal and Arnav and now is doing to make K comfortable is appreciable. Seems a genuine friend. I hope she finds someone who loves her back. She completely deserves it.

Anjali is someone I wouldn't like to comment on. As for Shyam, its too early to point anything. Its just I don't feel anything at the moment. Though he might make me feel nauseated if Arnav is right about S's philandering ways.

Also, the line ''He still hadn't let go of her hand. '' seemed so true. Literally. And figuratively.

Life is a traffic jam...

Do you ever feel that your life is just stand still watching the traffic go by... how do you take the next step when everything around you seems so lost...

Arnav holding her hand and helping her cross the traffic signify that there is a hope...

Have i ever been at traffic no knowing how to get to the other side...Indian traffic terrifies me..the pedestrians even more ...would be the superficial answer...

but being at the cross road in life...yes many times...its exhilarating ...terrifying...i cant say my throat constricts for sure cos it feels like the whole body is in a tight coil...

if you have ever jumped off a plane (sky dived)...that is the exact feeling...

and i think Khushi is trying to find the familiar and yet adjust to change...take responsibility and yet purge the guilt...

I think you are doing a fine job of making these charactors and their trails real but most of all they seem so accessible to all of us cos we have in many ways been them or known one of them...
