CHAPTER 9

As khushi entered RM, everybody stood still in shock to see her here. Nobody expected her to be here at this time.

"khushi w..what are you doing here?Amma didn't tell me that you are going to come here...?'' Payal said putting a fake smile on her face, trying very hard to keep out the tremble in her voice. Payal knew if khushi so much so said a word about what happened two years ago , her world would collapse in a heap and she would be alone. Akash will never forgive her...he already feel so disgusted with her , if he got to know the whole truth , he will diso
wn her in the blink of an eye.

Khushi smirked.''Oh my dear jiji, you still don't know me ,do you..?? By now you should've understood that i am not the same old khushi that will turn deaf to the things around her and act as if i've never heard them"

She turned towards arnav and looked straight in his shocked eyes and asked "So , what were you asking her..??" He continued to stare at her for sometime. "Why she accused you..." he trailed off not able to complete the sentence.

Khushi turned to look at payal again and asked in a stern voice."Tell him payal. Everybody should know... what you think about your step sister."

When payal continued to look down ,not uttering a single word...khushi's anger rose and she yelled at her. "Tell them payal why did you accused me to trap so innocent , so pure man like Shyam Manohar Jha." Payal flinched at her voice. Anjali felt disgusted with herself to think that she eveq loved that leech of a man. Arnav fisted his palms hearing that man's name.

"Khushi its...its been a very long time, then why to bring this again when everything have returned to normal."

"Normal..??" khushi said in disbelief ."...ofcouse its been normal for you all the time..." khushi gave a mock laugh."...everything was normal for you when your sister married for six months.., everything was normal for you when you abandoned your sister in this very living room standing on your marriage night and when i came to you for some comfort , when you got to know the truth about my marriage what you said...??" payal started shaking her head in no, but khushi didn't stop."...you said that i wanted both shyam and arnav singh raizada..."Akash stared at payal in disbelief.'How could she stoop so low . She is not the girl ,i fell in love with ' he thought.

"...you said i am a Wanton." khushi said in a low but firm voice. Everybody froze, only one thing was going in everyone's mind..'Payal ?? Payal said this to khushi..??'

Akash who stood silent all this time started walking in slow dangerous pace towards payal. Payal have never saw him this angry. "A..akashji i..."she couldn't complete her sentence as she feld a sharp pain on her cheek, she put her hand on her cheek and realised that akash has slapped her.

"Akash...!!!" Anjali exclaimed.

"You...i don't know who you are...i don't know how i fell in love with you. I feel disgusted myself that i ever loved you , from now on you mean nothing to me payal." He turned to khushi ."I am really sorry khushi..." He turned on his heel and marched out of the house slamming the door.

Silence filled around them. Nobody knew what to say. Arnav saw khushi turn around and walk towards the door of the house to leave and she stopped for a second, she shook her head a little and resumed walking and then she started swaying . Arnav immediately ran to towards her. He gathered her in his arms.

Arnav panicked"Khushi...khushi...open your eyes." he said patting her cheeks gently. Anjali stood beside him. "Chote take khushi to your room. I am calling the doctor."

Arnav picked khushi in his arms. She was half concious
and can passout anytime. Arnav was not able to understand what happened to her all of a sudden. His heart beating fast in panic. He was scared as hell. By the time he reached his room, khushi was limp in his arms unconcious. He gently placed her on his bed and sprinkled some water on her face.

"Khushi..."he patted her cheeks. "please open your eyes. " 'what happend to her? 'He thought.

Anjali entered in his room with doctor. Doctor started checking khushi, he gave her a injection.

"What happened to her doctor." asked arnav.

"She is under some stress and i think she has also not taken her medicine today that is the reason she fainted. " said the doctor.

"Medicine..?? Medicine for what..??" arnav asked panicking.

"She has migraine problem Mr Raizada" informed the doctor.

"What..??!!" asked arnav shocked to core.

"Yes Mr Raizada . I have given her injection to relax her mind and don't stress her out or the migraine problem will increase and she should rest for sometime." saying that doctor started to leave and anjali left with the doctor.
