Okay I really do like Riddhima-Rahul's friendship:) You know how they have looked after each other all their lives but it is so beautiful that they have decided to not give a fixed name to this relationship-in form of a brother or maybe a partner.People always tend to link up people who are best friends (only in the case of a boy/girl) and that is really annoying!I am actually quite surprised that Muskaan didn't have any problems with them in the start of her relationship with Rahul(if she did we don't know😉).We saw some of her frustration in the earlier parts when Rahul didn't tell her about the past but I guess that's solved now.

Thanks again LOL. I love their relationship too 😳 I haven't mentioned this in the FF yet, but Rahul and Riddhima were first introduced to Muskaan in the fifth grade i.e when they were 11-ish. So Muskaan has always seen Rahul-Riddhima like that and hence has no problem. I did plan to put that in the FF somewhere but the opportunity hasn't presented itself yet :P

Okay since everyone's saying about how they love Ishaan & riddhima together,II really think Arjun & Riddhima would look good together. Because Riddhima & Ishaan are quite alike and if Arjun loved Ishaan,then he could've liked Riddhima too IF Arjun wasn't gay:P

Riddhima is protective by nature 😳 I know what you mean, Arjun and Riddhima would look good too. They do form a lovely, if slightly different, friendship later (3 chapters later :P) so yeah :)

She finds herself still wanting him and when he looks at her, it's obvious he wants it too and she thinks maybe they were wrong; maybe it's not over yet. People get back together all the time, right?

Okay the way you're showing the Ishaan-Riddhima's relationship in the flashback,it is making me really curious about how they broke up.Because they clearly don't want it but they DID break-up.I really want to know what happened that they broke such a beautiful relationship.It is confusing a little but we'll get to know it soon,right?

Oh no, they wanted to break up. They did. But its the familiarity of the relationship that comes in, in the flashback. The thought that maybe you could save this almost broken, thing and remake it. As for why they broke up, I will reveal that but it's honestly not that big a reason and the way you people are curious you'll maybe find it anticlimatic 😆

Exactly the kind of reaction I wanted to see🤗 Whether he was right or wrong,I really wanted her to say something instead of running away while crying.It happens,when somebody says something rude,you do not run away but snap back.The reality thing I LOVE in your FF was here,again.

I was just confused about Armaan's rude reply. Because he had become normal after she consoled him,so what happened suddenly that he snapped back at her so rudely 🤔

Okay you didn't exactly leave it on a cliffhanger but it surely is for me.Because I so badly want to see Armaan's POV on this last part.I am actually waiting for how he feels after he replied back so rudely to a person he had started liking.

Yeah, this is your first comment 😳 I can understand why you felt exhausted, the chapters span a wide spectrum of emotions, events and timelines LOL. But thank you for saying it was engaging, I do try :P

Starting from the characterization, I love how all your characters are flawed 😆 Because, like I've mentioned, I find it easier to connect to flawed characters, it makes them real :) And tbh, Ishaan is my favorite character <3 He's adorable to say the least and even though there hasn't been a proper scene per se, he's already made quite a place 😳 I'm not going too deep into each character but I love how you've kept minimum characters and instead chose to focus on all of them well :)

THANK YOU BB <3 Ikr, we discussed this, flawed people are real and relatable :) Oh yay thanks <3 He's one of my favorites too, because he's entirely my creation unlike AR whose characterization many not be anything like DMG but ultimately that show inspired the FF so. But Ishaan and Arjun are all mine 😳 He (Ishaan) has an interlude after chapter 9 :)

Yeah I'm more comfortable with that, too many characters spoil the story unless you're a genius like JK Rowling and can create entirely new universes -.-

Oh and I can't wait for the next chapter what with Riddhima's past revealed and all :P Because, my instinct is like very strong and I'm good at guessing stuff but tbh, this is the only FF when even after reading so many chapters, I have no freakin' clue what her past is all about. And it makes me all restless 🤣 But I'm sure it is something very poignant to the story, resulting in the way Riddhima has shaped herself up 😳 So yea, post chapter 8 already 🤣

Oh god you guys are way too eager for her past. I'm half afraid I'll disappoint you or something :P To make your life easier, she was never sexually abused. But yeah it's a huge part of the way she's shaped herself!

She thinks Home while opening the door to their house and it terrifies her just a little, there have been plenty of houses but no homes, yet. This is new and she's a little out of depth here and its scaring her because she's started to let go, to adapt already and she doesn't know what to make of the fact that she feels at home in the one city where nothing stays the same. It constantly moves and everything is just faster, better, stronger but she loves New York City in all its detached glory and maybe home might not be that bad a thing.

^This is my FAVORITE para from the whole FF. It has captured the whole essence of Riddhima so well. Her fears, her insecurity and this newly found feeling which is letting her guard, the wall she has built around herself all these years fall. And it is lines like these which make Ricochet a better read than LI 😳 Also not to forget, the story is like well-planned because this revelation of Riddhima's past was to come in like chapter 31/32 is LI and here we have it in chapter 8 only 😆

That's one of my faves too 😳 Thank you <333 I was really inexperienced while writing LI and I had no plans or direction until the last few updates when my writing style began to change and I planned to rewrite it :)

And the inevitable, your writing <3 My godness, Aanya not only has it improved heaps, it has a direction now and more depth because this, Ricochet is fcuking flawless <3 IDK what else to add. Oh Armaan, he's a sweet-heart and RM are adorable 😆 I can't decide who I like more, Rahul for being an uber-amazing friend to Riddhima or Muskaan for being this generously supportive :P 😆

EEE THANKS 😳 I love it too 🤣 I can't choose between RM :P But I love them too <3 I always wished that in DMG they focused more on the Rahul Riddhima friendship because I've always felt that they compliment each other beautifully :)

There's an entire page of texting in chapter 10 between Riddhima and another character (new character and no he's not a love interest for Riddhima in case your dimaag goes there :P) But yeah that texting session (in chapter 10) is definitely one of my favorites <3
