He was becoming a slave to this pleasure unknowingly'. He himself dint know when things got out of hand.
He was really young to understand his doing, and when he did, guilt ate him up. He couldn't tell anyone abt what he was going through' he was stuck.
these abv are from the update... he first liked it but then when he realised what he was doing, he became guilty... guilt makes young ones do a lot of things...

Kamya is a cheap low girl... she was only in her late 20s when she married his father who was like 20 years older than her... she gets tempted by Arnav and takes advantage of his innocence... if he had been in a good relationship with his father, he would have gotten help but as he had none he had to bear all this alone...
